I do need translation service for myself, not only English, another language that hearing people do not understand my voice other than English. I have to use my own visual aids as alternative method of communication.

Do not worry, you all will be surprised to greet me in person once I come down to Nigeria. I maybe be THE FIRST AFRICA-AMERICAN FEMALE with other language speaking to help out Nigeria, maybe not!!!

Only i concern about get riding in major city such as Lagos or rural village from the MM airport, i heard about bad roads, robbers, tourist strand, and horrible stories. So I don't want myself alone in a strange country, so i rather have travel/business companionship with me.

I am still working on hybrid renewable energy house that contains a typical independent utility-interactive/high voltage AC, 2.4kW solar photovoltaics (PV), 1kW small-scaled wind turbine, battery backup and inverters.

I want to build the first FIVE single-family house with 3 bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and all energy-saving applicances to sell. Once first FIVE HOUSES sold, I will re-invest using my profit building another FIVE houses until reach 100 unit to satisfy my goal.

Right now i am working on one or two-page illustrated brochure with the price quote request for a hybrid renewable energy house including specificed low-cost building materials I seek for Nigeria licensed building professionals as well as realtors. (i am aware of Nigeria real estate fraud I read their site)

Finally, I will work on fundraising myself to have one or two-week(s) Nigeria trip as you said in order to get the idea what I need. The expenses costs lot of money for me alone: one round-trip ticket, hotel/meal, travel insurance, and translation service. But I will not myself ALONE FLYING DOWN THERE, must have partner with VALID PASSPORT/VISA come with me whatever i go. I have make my determination to change the Nigerian partner whom I met due to communication inconsistences---look for new one who has the same dream, business-oriented, technicially, artistically, well-educated, well-marketing, and seriously responsibility roles as mine, especially accepting WHO I AM no matter what!!!

Thank you for your suggestion on low-cost building materials and answered my questions. I will do more researching for another power energy housing affordable alternatives for low-income Nigerians as well as working-income Nigerians.

why not? in America, there are lot of married couples who are overweight. Nothing wrong with it!!!

Lot of them do dating overweight loved ones. U never see them before. 

I believe 3 years is minimum to have date in order to get married. I was married and divorced, now i am long time single. Still i want 3 yr dating before into serious marriage committment.

So far many ex-guys and I did stay 3 year relationship and broke up to move on another---no regret until find the right soul mate. Not easy!!! Most guys whom i dated were cold feet about marriage, no problem!!! SIGH!!!

In the USA, most company offers pregnant workers to have maternity leave benefit, some has family leave benefit in order to return work after baby born. Check out company policy/benefit handout manual book or contact your company human resource office for more information.

I was in similar experience what Chichimma had thru with her ex, but in my situation, I already talked to my ex telling how I feel abt him in order to end our closurance before I move on dating someone new. We had been together on/off for 2 years at the end of 3rd year he broke up with me.

Eventually last year, my ex called me to sit down and discussing that he was ready wanting move on to end our affair because he want to give engagement ring to someone else, make sure that I had no hard feeling about it. I have not see, contact, or visit my ex for one year until 8 months ago, i was happy found someone new.

Suddenly, this year 2007 he was not happy with current fiancee, called me wanting me back. I told him that i am sorry that i no intend to go back to my ex. Because he still currently live with his fiancee and 5 kids (not his) no intended to end his relationship with her---continue helping her finanically (she is jobless). Impossible for him to throw her and 5 kids out of the street. He cannot afford paying expensive apt lease ALONE if he throw her out.

I no intend go back to my ex, even I used to love him very much! Because his mind is complex---still confused and rebounded that I do not understand, why dating single mother of 5 younger kids (not his)? If you notice your man is insecure, why don't you and your man sitting down to discuss privately to find out why he is insecure that way? (do not use it to post here public, this is very personal. If you do this, you will lose friendship/relationship for good).

Your man will tell you why when time is right. Maybe from his childhood trauma? Maybe from his bad experience in relationship? Lot of reasons to act that way being insecure. When revealing, you have to be prepared to console his anger (usually woman-bashing talk) and listen to him until he finished talking.

Majority of men who is insecure REFUSE TO DISCUSS OPEN!!! Keep insecure inside their chest until die at young age (before 50s)! That's why male are first to die early before women. Caused by Lot of stress, hold back, fear of rejections,  heartbroken, poor healthy and goes on,

Generally, men who are insecure and married or single, are more likely to discuss open to only platonic confided friendship in opposite sex instead of the spouse/loved ones, vice versa for women who are insecure and married or single. By the way, from my experiences and point of my view, I had deal with my insecue male friends to get their ugly scars out of their chests---to feel themselves better.

(1) to register with UK mailing forward address and phone number without telling them that you are from Nigeria for the purpose of on-line product orders. It has required to have your notarized documents by government Postal Office and government Embassy before accepting new mailing forward address/phone number reveal. In case of criminal, police has the rights asking mailing forward service to reveal real contact information that is notarized documents they keep on file. There has 4 different options of payment using their UK mailing forward service: every month, 3 months, 6 months or one year.

(2) to register with US incorporation kit with everything required notarized documents with US mailing forward address and phone number, your foreign company name, bank account information, etc. are required. In case of criminal, police has the rights asking mailing forward service to reveal real contact information that is notarized documents they keep on file.Same principle mentioned above about payment terms.

Unfortunately, most USA will not accept working with Nigeria and specified countries (9 other countries USA refused to deal with---refer to yahoo boys).

After approval notarized paperwork from any mailing forward service or incorporation service, you then can order any products using given mailing forward address/phone number, in turn, the products arrived that address that will be forwarded to you in Nigeria. You already pay the selected payment term plus extra cost based on weight/length (same principle for Federal Express, DHL, and UPS shipping costs), the forward mailing service always send you invoice bill based on your payment term agreement.

Before you ask me, where do you get forward mailing service, I suggest you to google search.

I am aware about informal business agreement in Nigeria. I use lot of international venture capital through Westerner coast secured website with username/password to submit the project toward real capitalists to read one-two page proposal submission in order to contact me setting up REAL MEETING DISCUSSION before investing their money on project.

The online secured website of international venture capital has fully details of investors' backgrounds, goals, company overview, financial summary, etc, also screening potential proposal-submitters for being suspect on the ground of scam/fraud/criminals.
