all i can say is that , any one is free to wear whatever they like but these ladies just need to lose some weight.its not only about fashion,
a lot of diseases have been linked to fat, obesity and over weight.

fashion is having a body that makes anything look good, on you.

i am quite sure that these unhygenic habits is the reason why health professionals tell nursing mothers to stick to exclusive breastfeeding.
most nigerian mothers are not hygenic at all especially when it comes to feeding utensils for babies.

i quite agree with the posterr ,you have to dress with where you are heading in mind.That been said,i like to set trends and step out of the "comfort zone" . so for me it has to be fashion.its all about coordinating very well when Dressing fashionably to work.

how do you teach your toddler child your mother tongue ? especially if their first language is english and as a family you reside outside Nigeria?

is it true that as parents we don't allow our young children to speak igbo, and even when we want to talk to them or scold them or chat with them ,it is always in English.

this also goes with other cultures and igbo tradition that we as parents learnt from our parents and our environment and have grown with it and it stayed with us but because of civilisation,we are unable to pass it on.

i am an agent of positive change.

1. I start by asking ,even though it was the united nations building that was bombed ,why did it have to be the UN secretary general that was the first to issue a statement immediately after the explosion that took place in ABUJA .

2. RE: Bomb blast at the police head Quarters in June 2011:
Why did it take the president three , 3 whole days before he could issue a statement.

3. why is it that each time there's a bomb blast,shooting incidences,assassination or killings, in the country,security agents (the police ,SSS,the army,government agencies) come out on television to say ''' NIGERIANS SHOULD BE SECURITY CONSCIOUS'' ''NIGERIANS SHOULD REPORT SUSPECTED CASES OF DISTURBANCES TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES" ?

i believe that most Nigerians if not all ,always do report cases to either the police or ""other relevant security agents" so what happens from then on , we never know. all we hear is " we are on top of the situation"

4. Do the Nigerian Government even have an intelligence unit,if yes ,is it well informed,well equipped , are they made up of square pegs in round holes ,

5. Do these "relevant SECURITY AGENTS"" even have a forensic unit,if yes , are they up to standard and up to date?


so many questions, i just cant get my head around it all. so i keep asking ,WHAT ARE THESE RULERS DOING?

Another lack of sensitivity to the sufferings of the masses.(unemployment,good health food, water etc)

a long time ago i had my weave on extensions removed by this girl in the salon, and as soon as she took out the last row she used the razor blade and cut the the end of the braids of the corn rows ,i screamed ( that's my hair !!) and she said no it wasn't , that it was the attachment added to my real hair in weaving my hair to place the weave on. i almost slapped her.

my hair is very long with lots of volume ( very full) that i don't bother using attachments when weaving corn rows for weave on . and this was what i was trying to tell hair and she kept arguing with me , i had to cut my hair to allow the chopped off area to grow equally with the rest.

Infact I don't even know where to start.you have All said it all.
Smelly Arm pit,body odour,not getting the right hair style,giving u attitude,gossip,not having enough water to wash th hair(then close up the salon for crying out loud) watching and analysing boring nollywood videos tv while making my hair,and then when the hair comes out wrong they try to make u believe its finer than what u wanted.

well,i'm looking into making my own clothes for now ,something ( not for business) so i'm trying to learn at my spare time either by getting instructional dvd's or online softwareon cutting designs and pattern making.
you know, like Damsal said "'self taught" i have a lot sketches i've been keeping for years , and when i see an outfit i like to imagine it in another form.

i've been trying to fade 3 ugly dark scars on my legs (resulting from injury falling from the stairs) using the mederma scar gel but it didnt work for me. the scars stand out cause my legs are lighter than my face and the dark scars just stands out when i put on a skirt .
can you recommend something more effective in fading the color of the scars.

BTW , still loving my neautrogena clear skin formular , i also got their under eye cream recently ,i cant really comment on their eye cream for now cause i just started using it, but so far i think its getting there.
