my daily routine i do 600 skips in 30 mins, monday to friday 6:30 to 7am. then 30 mins sit ups. i do all my house chores u'll be amazed at the calories i burn doing these;dishes, dusting, sweeping, laundry, cooking, even scrubbing the floor on weekends, infact everything. can't really stand slow and sluggish house helps who never get it right anyway. guess i'm a neat freak. then i try to take long walks at least 3 times a week. i run on the stairs and carry groceries on both arms. (heard thats what Uma thurman does to get slim and slender arms) definately works for me. |
Only if we were stranded on an island and there was only one tooth brush, other than that,Nope. , sorry. |
iice is right about the chemical stuff(bad for the hair) i only use relaxers once a year and after that its au naturale i mix my own home made hair food purely from natural stuff.like oils(olive oil, honey, pure natural shea butter . . .etc) so here's what to do . avoid relaxers for now,get a good conditioner for your hair like (i use motion herbals conditioner). and use it 2 or 3 times a week after shampooing.leave for 30 mins or more on damp hair and rinse off. then when getting your hair ready for work use Morgan hair pomade ,massage generously to hair or affected areas and style as usual.(weave on ,braids ,extensions. .etc) for night therapy ,melt some natural shea butter (just endure the smell)and massage generously to the affected area only. ( shea butter tends to dry up on the scalp making it to look like dandruff) try to steam your hair at least every 10 days with home made stuff to penetrate into scalp. hope this helps.its sure working for me.your hair at least every 10 days with home made stuff to penetrate into scalp. hope this helps.its sure working for me. |
i forgot to add my weekend facials too every saturday i steam my face for about 15 to 20 mins then i apply fresh tomatoe juice on my face and leave for 30 mins then rinse off and apply egg white as my facial mask and allow to dry on my face then wash off. you wont believe how firm my face gets after this. and my pores can breathe. |
this has been my facial routine for the past 8 months plus and since then i havn't suffered from any break outs such as acne and the rest. AM scrub face with St. ives apricot scrub with small part of aloa vera gel.(3 to 4 times a week) wash face with moisturizing shower gel.wipe face with a seperate towel dedicated for the face only . i then use a mild astringent with a cootton wool to cleanse face. massage Neutrogena clear skin formula on the face. then i use a non greasy sun block with spf 50+. PM same routine as above except that i dont cleanse with astringent twice a day. and in place of the sunblock i use a night cream or just the Neautrogena. also, i change my pillow covers every two days. don't give room for bacteria or germs to thrive at night on my face. |
sexkillz:good advice! |
moisturize! moisturize! moisturize! |
i dont think there's any justifiable reason why one should brush in the kitchen sink . it absolutely gross. there's a reason why the bathroom sink (or wash hand basin as some would call it)is situated in the bathroom, and the ktchen sink in the kitchen. WHAT EVER IS IN THE BATHROOM IS USED IN CLEANING THE PARTS OF YOUR BODY INCLUDING YOUR TEETH. THE KITCHEN SINK IS FOR FOOD PREPARATION & CLEANING KITCHEN UTENSILS AND CUTLERIES. UGHHH , JESUS CHRIST! |
tishat:try MaMa lotion,i went through the this topic again and found where it was rrecommended for treating dark scars/discolouration on skin. i just ordered mine. by the way i think the new name is M2 lotion. i hope it works. |

moshoodn:i'm sorry if my post was misleading, "unhygeinic sanitory habits " (including brushing in the sink by the way)have been linked to the major causes of Hepatitis. want to know more? do a research online . or better still, try brushing in the kitchen sink yourself and then throw in your cutleries in there too. (abi? the taste of the pudding is in the eating) let it be a routine from then onwards. ![]() |
"you are a funny animal, your thoughts are inordinate and childish" damn! i must have hit a nerve. probably in my last paragraph. |
marriage is not for every one regardless of your gender. marriage is not a parametre to measuring if a person is responsible or not, mature or not,can procreate or not. marriage is "NOT" a ticket to heaven or haven as the case may be for some who think of it as a spring board to financial security. |
very and i mean VERY unhygeinic, you better tell her to stop if you both dont want to get hepatitis(which is worse than HIV by the way) its just gross ,totally disgusting to brush in the kitchen sink. |

that's one reason why i like NYC,every one's got their personal style, which you might call a signature look, and before you know it, BAM ! the trend is everywhere. i'm getting tired of my skinny jeans, jeggings ,leggings, cigarette jeans and whatever pair of pants that stick to your skin. i've got this gorgeous wide leg pants (that cost me a lot of $$$ by the way) and i'm having trouble putting it together with out going over board.(especially for work) its a navy blue high waist ,wide leg pants with gold button details by the side pockets. tried it on with a white tank but it looked too casual. . then threw in a jacket and i looked bloated. any ideas please? & also ,what type of shoes would be appropriate (wedges, stilletoes, flats. . .etc) ?? thanks y'all. |
i'll vote badagry. it has everything eleko and epe environs have except that it is cleaner (beaches), affordable cost of living,(damn, food items are so cheap) closer to the border (for importers), and did i mention the roads are now better thanks to an action governor. |
acne treatment has been discussed in the fashion section under "PRODUCTS THAT ACTUALLY WORK " and after going thru it ,this has been my routine for months now and i havn't seen a single spot on my face again. squeez a small portion of aloe vera gel with a small portion of apricot scrub (i use St. ives apricot scrub blemish & black head control) on to your palm ,rub together and scrub vigorously on your face in an upward-circular motion for 1 to 2mins and then rinse off.(i use palm olive shower gel with moisturizing milk to wash off)) wipe your face with a clean face towel then apply NEUTROGENA HEALTHY SKIN (clear skin cream with Retinol and Salicylic acid) apply am & pm.u have to find a sunblock to use on your face during the day after applying the Neutrogena.wash your face properly before applying the neutrogena but scrub only 3 to 4 times a week with your apricot scrub. avoid cleansers with high alcoholic content (i use PIXY)its a mild cleanser/toner and very affordable too. lastly, change your pillow cases or head rest covers every 2 days.dont give room for bacteria to thrive when u sleep ,which is actually what causes acne. u have to find a sunblock to use on your face during the day after applying the Neutrogena.wash your face properly before applying the neutrogena but scrub only 3 to 4 times a week with your apricot scrub. avoid cleansers with high alcoholic content (i use PIXY)its a mild cleanser/toner and very affordable too. lastly, change your pillow cases or head rest covers every 2 days.dont give room for bacteria to thrive when u sleep ,which is actually what causes acne. |

i think there's too much going own with the white thingy, for a dinner date, how about a nice strapless dress (leopard print) with a black jacket,a blackclutch and depending on the back ground of the leopard print dress(light, dark or coffee brown) i would say you finish off the look with a pair of toffee brown(nude) platform pumps, no heavy jewelry. for more tips you can go to www.polyvore.com. its a fashionista's haven. btw, my sets are under the i.d "beautilicious" on the site |
LMAO IF YOU BELIEVE THIS , YOU'LL FALL FOR ANYTHING. |

i think the cost of adoption is almost the same as the cost of under going IVF, so i would suggest you try going to any of the fertility centres in the country (Nordica, bridgestone clinic etc, ) they can help you with the TTC through IVF or other fertility methods. i think Adoption should be your last resort after that. Good luck My dear. |
