FoodRe: Tough Meat. How Do I Make It Soft? by uzoo: 12:42pm On Jan 13, 2010
@poster

boil with a pressure cooker .,it doesn't only soften the meat in less than 30 mins , but it saves you gas/electricity.

but make sure you don't over boil ,otherwise it will become too soft.
ComputersNeed Help On How To Use An Ntsc System Lcd Tv by uzoo(op): 4:52pm On Jan 11, 2010
hi,

there's a 19 inch lcd tv my folks got as a gift last christmas , the thing is that its from the states and

it uses the US system which i think is NTSC, they are considering puting it in an extra bedroom , is there anyway to have it changed to our system (PAL) in order to watch local tv or DSTV cable.

any suggestions will be appreciated.
thanks

i think you missed the point here.

you take a look at a guy at the first glance and he's style is all nicely put together,
and then he opens his mouth and something stupid comes out .

it puts you off immediately.

You're welcome, pk. Uzoo, haven't come across bust-enhancing products that work, though I have to take other people's words for this. Know someone with mosquito bites that did not increase after a fortune on pumps and pills and what not. Are you sure you aren't imagining the difference noticed? They seem to make extravagant claims but don't deliver, these bust products

@Mad Max

ha ha ha "Know someone with mosquito bites " cheesy lol ha ha ha ha ha good thing you didnt mention any names here.

well, i'm not really a fan of pills and pumps for bust enlargement ,i was pointing to the fact that it just enhanced mine since i'm a D cup , i had just finished nursing and scared that the force of gravity would be more at this time so after using a whole jar , it didnt , i still had the same cleavage as i did before child birth and stil wore the same size of bra.

the cream isnt for enlarging or pumping but to make what you already have firm, i went back to using local shea butter when i couldnt find the jar to buy , and i'm still using the shea butter and still working out too,and so far the shea butter is doing a great job, just that i cant stand the smell undecided
FashionA Guy With A Very Good Sense Of Style But Bad Attitude. by uzoo(op): 3:22pm On Jan 07, 2010
last month i came across a guy at an xmas party ,he was really well dressed , and wore some expensive designer accessories had a lot of confidence and all.

but he just didn't know how to talk , and he didnt even know how to approach a lady ,my God ,you couldnt get into a descent conversation with this guy, he ended of pissing off most of the girls at the party.

and many were really disappointed , and the funny thing was he wasn't even drinking ,(cos we would have blamed it on the alcohol)not sure if he was just too confident in himself , or something .

i think its quite common amongst Nigerian men.

so ladies i ask ,how would you react if someone like that approached you?

Remenber when the 'high waist'pants(jeans),and also the high waist pencil skirt was in,,right,
i tried slipping into one after post-partum thinking nothing a pair of girdle wouldnt fix and wore one,i got to the luncheon feeling comfortable and happy with myself,
after having several irrestable delicacies,i left the place looking like barney in a 'high waist'skirt.
The girdle only works when i starve myself.
FashionWhat's Your Fashion Regrets For 2009? by uzoo(op): 3:42pm On Jan 01, 2010
Whether its an outfit/apparel/accessories etc,we've all tried to rock one or the other, but i'm sure we've also goofed(fashionwise)along the way sometime in 2009,so i thought why not share it here so we can
learn a thing or two.
FashionRe: Whats Your New Year Fashion Resolution? by uzoo(op): 2:57pm On Jan 01, 2010
As much as i was able endure the pain of child birth, tooth ache and several ear piercings,i still have a phobia for tweezing my eye brows.
And since i've always had problems getting the right arc cos my brows keep growing and curling upwards,i just shave the damn thing and use a pencil instead.
So this year i've resolved to try the tweezers and stick to it no matter how painful it gets.

Well whatever it is,i think its worth sharing ,you never know, you might find a bit of motivation on here

FashionRe: Tips For Longer Healthier Hair. by uzoo(op): 12:02am On Dec 31, 2009
I forgot to mention that this routine is for relaxed hair, dyed hair or hair that has through various harsh chemicals,or for someone
who has had a hair cut in order to get rid of coloured or damaged ends.
For thinning hair, weak hair or hair that appears to be disappearing from the forehead or the sides, this is what you should do.
Get a hair cream or a leave-in conditioner that is rich in cholesterol,i think there's one made by
hair organics or organic roots, not quite sure of the name but its a plastic jar with a dark green cover.or just any cholesterl base hair cream really.
Apply generously to the hair every other day or at least until you're satisfied with the volume, texture and repair of the base of your hair.
One more thing take it with you anytime you're going to the salon to apply relaxer/retouch your hair, and apply when styling the hair,it will help protect the especially after all that heat from the iron, dryer and the relaxer.

FashionTips For Longer ,healthier Hair by uzoo(op): 3:41pm On Dec 29, 2009
Hi y'all,

have you had problems growing your natural hair or trying to stop breakage?, well ,here are some useful and proven tips that will help restore your hair and make it grow quicker.

forget the miracle jars on the shelves , the most important thing is to remember that everything about you grows faster when you eat what the body needs , like wise the hair.

secondly try to condition your hair every 10 days to 2 weeks, ( forget the big gallons used in the salons , they are meant to maximise profit, get your self a very good conditioner you can use after shampooing your hair )

follow these steps in getting the right treatment for your hair, watch your hair for about 6 weeks and see the difference.

1. 3 or 4 table spoon full of real mayonaise( the one used in salad dressing).

2. 5 table spoon full of real honey ( not the mixtures you see on the streets/shops )

3. dissolve 2 table spoon of REAL shea butter (its called ori in local language) you can get in the local market , or ask a relative to get you some and send down.

4. 4 or 5 table spoon full of castor oil ( where you cant find any, replace with olive oil , but the former works better) or use both

5. coconut oil 2 table spoon full.if you cant get the real one , try getting any from the store, there's one called emily millionaire.

6. finaly , this is optional , and its usually massaged into the scalp before washing the hair its the last thing you apply when you are about2wash your hair with a shampoo. break an egg apply egg white( thats the albumen NOT the yoke)

mix 1 to 5 in a container and massage into scalp ,and put on a shower cap , you can carry this to bed and wash of in the morning . or steam the hair during the day for about 30 mins with the shower cap still on your hair.

when its about 15mins to wash off apply the egg white and leave unitil you about to shampoo your hair , after washing the hair,

apply a hair conditioner, NOT a shampoo conditioner , NOT a leave-in conditioner , a good comditioner that says "apply to damp hair after washing and leave for a few mins ", then rinse off.
these are the ones i use 1. motions herbal conditioner (green bottle ) or 2. profective hair conditioner.

follow these steps at least once a a week. and dont forget to style or apply your usual hair cream /conditioner especially if you're in a cold weather everyday.that will help to prevent breakage, dryness.
or try using the local shea butter,(if you can handle the smell all day, )it works wonders

lastly,Protein repairs worn out tissues , its advisable to eat foods/fruits rich in protein or take vitamin supplements, its what you take inside that shows outside , the entire mixture above is protein based (mayonaise -made from eggs ), (egg white , castor oil etc ) all these repair already stressed hair .i'm not saying you should go finish a whole jar of mayonnaise grin, lol, eat healthy ,vegetables and fruits.use the mayonnaise for the hair treatment

i hope you're happy with the results you get . later!

i know this cant reverse what has happened only god can, but i'm sure it bring soem bit of smile on the poor girl's face, ,i also asked him to send me his account number to put in some money for the girls's upkeep and treatment and i want to keep in touch with her on a timely basis ,

@zemoby
thanks again , you can call the victim's father mr vitalis on this number 08051632191which i got from the editor of vanguard and see how you can come to the little girl's aid.
