2 do sit ups for 30 mins

well i think you should stick to a pair of skinny pants and if you are going to be doing a lot of bending down pair then put on a fitted top that sits right on you hips to go with that skinny jeans ,

bit of advice : if you've lost all the pregnancy weight and back to your figure at this point when your kid will be 1 please by all means , flaunt it!!

try applying real honey to you hair.

there 's another remedy my folks have been using for years even before they got gray hairs its the classic "MORGAN HAIR POMADE" and it really works ,you'll notice the difference ( black hair colour)after using a whole jar.

some people cant stand the smell , but it gets the job done for naturally black hair.

i was watching this on one of the local tv stations where Tony momoh and other media owners were upset
by the choice of media the president used in breaking the silence about his health wear abouts.


its bad enough he has to be flown abroad to get medical treatment, since our past and present corrupt leaders have rendered our basic health care system useless and not being able to meet up to international standards.

our dear president now had to grant a phone interview with a BBC reporter about his health and where abouts this is after media houses in Nigeria had speculated about his health and the report flying out of the online US newspaper that President Yar' Adua was dead.

thanks for the reply , dont know much about these things , as for the voltage thing,its been sorted , they got a step down transformer for the tv.

but its because of this complicated connection that they decided to put it away for now,but i think they are ready to use it.

in other words they can connect it to a nigerian system dvd player, or alternatively dstv decoder.

but can they watch other local channels using this type of connection with the dvd player/decoder, even when they miss their dstv subscription?

not sure of the size , i was told its a 19 inch , but can they still do this connection you mentioned if its a higher inch tv?
