Politics › Re: A WARNING TO STATES REJECTING GRAZING RESERVE ESPECIALLY abia state by Validated: 3:19am On Jan 13, 2018
Gpdwise:
It is no longer news that abia state government has rejected any plan of federal government to use its land as a grazing reserve. I really don't blame them due to the herds men reputation of late which has been soiled further by the recent Killing in benue state.

Abia state is a state that has little or no federal government presence. So you can imagine my shock when even without been named the government is in a hurry to reject this offer without even hearing what federal government plan

If federal government is serious about ending the menace caused by cattle rearers then I would suggest the following which will make States like abia state regrets it's decision

1) federal government should encourage sells of packaged meat products

2) grazing reserve land should be allocated or bought from 6 States in 6 geopolitical zone by both government and private enterprise

3) grazing land should be adequately fenced and local indigene should be used as security

4) open land grazing law should be enacted with serous fine. Nobody should be seen with cattle on roads or Street

5) adequate transportation should be provided to move this life stock from one grazing reserve to another..

Most of you won't agree but if this my little common sense can be implemented I believe this could be the end of fulani attack.
All of Sambisa forest should be acquired as Cattle colonies for herdsmen. This is simple since the place is a forest and already liberated from Boko Haram. Anything short of above have sinister objectives and should be resisted.

Science/Technology › Snow Fall In Sahara Desert... Are We Safe??? by Validated(op): 4:59am On Jan 10, 2018
Had to post this here as there is no Weather Section on NL

The orange dunes frosted with snow look at first as though they could be images from a frozen moon circling some distant planet.

In fact, the rolling hills with the alien-looking white peaks were formed by a more earthly — if unusual — phenomenon: snow in the Sahara.

According to news reports in Algeria, about 15 inches of snow fell on Sunday in the region of Aïn Séfra, in the northwest of the country.

Unforgivingly hot in the day, but freezing during the night, the Sahara is renowned for its extreme temperatures. Experts said snowfall was rare — though nobody knows quite how rare, because the desert is so vast and there are comparatively few monitoring facilities.

Question is Can Nigerians survive snow fallhuh

Investment › 9 Popular Online Ponzi Schemes In Nigeria - What Are Regulators Doing? by Validated(op): 3:07am On Jan 09, 2018
Well, more than ever before, online ponzi schemes are now popular in Nigeria. Some have blamed this on the biting economic situation in the country – that has forced many Nigerians to look for alternative means to make ends meet, and put food on their table. The Nigeria's cyberspace was awashed with lots of these money-doubling schemes last year, with the Central Bank of Nigeria coming out strongly against the prominent among them, MMM. Nigeria's Security and Exchange Commission also warned Nigerians of investing in the scheme, before participants accounts were frozen last December – and with assurance that it would be reopened on January 14, 2017.

But, not only MMM now, a number of these ponzi schemes have crept into Nigeria's cyberspace, with tens and thousands of Nigerians pouring in their savings. Some of these include:

1. MMM Nigeria (): MMM currently is the most popular online money making portal in Nigeria. MMM Nigeria is part of the MMM Global community, a Russian Ponzi scheme dated back to 1989. MMM gives you a technical platform which helps millions of participants worldwide to connect those who NEED help to those who are ready to PROVIDE help, for FREE. All transferred funds to another participant are your help given by your own good will to another one, absolutely gratis. The scheme promises a 30% return on investment to members.

2. Ultimate Cycler (ultimatecycler.com): Ultimate Cycler was founded by Peter Wolfing, a United States based network marketer. When you register, you will need to donate the sum of N12,500 to a fellow member and the person will then confirm your donation.

The system (Admin) will put 4 other registered people under you from spillovers who will also pay you N12,500 each, into your bank account, making N50,000. You can also bring people to register under you if you can’t wait for the system to do it for you.

3. Givers forum (giversforum.net): is one of the top online money making Ponzi schemes in Nigeria just like MMM Nigeria, Ultimate Cycler, i-charity, crowd rising etc. With the increasing rate of new Ponzi schemes in Nigeria today, one can only imagine how long these schemes will trend on the web. The domain “giversforum.net” was registered on 17th October 2016 and as today, it is one of the top 5 ponzi schemes in Nigeria.

GIVERS FORUM is a community of givers, people who provide each other financial help on the principle of “Give, it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over…” In GIVERS FORUM you don’t have to make contracts or pledge your property, there are no lenders and no debtors. Everything is very simple: one participant asks for help — another one helps.

The only thing that GIVERS FORUM demands from its participants is to be honest and kind to each other. You ask for financial help when you need it, you give financial help when you are able to do it.

Just like MMM Nigeria, there is no central account, where all the System money flows to (and where it can be easily stolen from). All the money is only in the bank accounts of the participants themselves.

4. Zar fund (zarfund.com): Zar fund is founded by Hannes Jordaan, an online entrepreneur living in South Africa. Zarfund help with direct funding for your financial needs. With this program you are just a click away from financial freedom.

After joining your level 1 upline’s referral link, you pay your upline 0.03btc per month to be in a position to receive the same from each of your level 1 downlines. This is followed by receiving the same amount from each of the two people you recruited. This initiates a chain such that with enough collection of funds from your level 1 downline you get to upgrade to level 2 in the same manner you joined. This process keeps expanding and helps you gain enough money in a convenient way.

5. Icharity (icharity.club): International Charity Club (iCharity Club) is an International network of donors. iCharity.Club is a peer-to-peer donation platform for members to help other members in a systematic way. By using this platform, member can give and receive donations from each other. It is open to everybody, anywhere in the world can join this program.

The major difference between iCharity.Club and other networks is that iCharity.Club platform allows members to donate directly to each other (peer-to-peer) while other networks allow members to donate to each other through a central system (peer-to-server). This is why it has been very difficult for people to succeed in other networks being that every payment goes into a central system which further decides who to give, when to give and how to give members money.

6. Crowd Rising (crowdrising.net): This is relatively new in the online Ponzi Scheme market in Nigeria, although it currently receive low traffic as one of the visited sites in Nigeria. The system was designed in such a way that it can be used by Fundraisers, such as for Charities, Schools, Clubs, Churches, non-profits, family, and personal financial needs etc., etc. The donations are NOT collected by the Administrator, nor are they automated by the system, rather donations are sent directly and personally from one member to another member, from one member’s payment processor to another member’s payment processor.

7. Get Help Worldwide (gethelpworldwide.com): Get help worldwide is one of the trending mutual fund peer-to-peer donation portal in Nigeria today. The scheme has only been in existence since August 2016 and it already having a major share in the mutual fund community.

It is simply an online Community where people are helping each other Financially Directly with No Third Parties Involved, whatever Help you give to someone financially grows by 30% if in Local currency or 50% if in Bitcoin in 30 days.

8. e-Cooperative.online: Unlike MMM Nigeria that gives 30%. returns on investment, e-Cooperative.online do not promise any per cent on capital donated, rather it a simple system that enable members raise the money they seek for any business project, make money from their venture, show them ideas on how to manage the money they have made, and of course show them how that money can be multiplied using various financial instrument. There are two sides to ecooperative and you can choose which one you want to be involved in. The first side is the multilevel part of ecooperative. The second side is the business part.

Some of the services that ecooperative renders are – Fundraising through cooperative, Online and offline business development, Internet marketing and training, Online Advertising, Agro-economic ventures, Financial Empowerment services, Hire purchase service, Micro-credit, eCommerce/Online Shopping and Skill Acquisition training.

9. NNN Nigeria: Barely three days after the alleged crashed of the Mavrodi Mundial Moneybox popularly known as MMM, another Ponzi scheme resurfaced in Nigeria, NNN. NNN is a community of ordinary people, selflessly helping each other, a kind of mutual aid. This is the first sprout of something new in modern soulless and ruthless world of greed and hard cash. The goal here is not the money. The goal is to ACQUIRE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, as stated on the website. The website is modeled after MMM Nigeria but while MMM promised 30% on investment, NNN promises 35%.

According to the website, NNN is owned by the participants, its a community by the people and for the people. A team of freedom lovers in America headed by an influential Yoruba man came up with a logic ad tested it offline in New York City in 2014. In September 2015, these men held a conference in VI Lagos where they introduced NNN logic. It was an improved MMM system- there will be no moratorium and the system will be automated.

-----
PS: While Nigerian Bulletin does not have the exclusive right to dictate how individuals choose to spend his money, income, or savings, it is wise to CAREFULLY CONSIDER where you put in your funds. Ponzi schemes are not reliable means of investments. They have no tangible business models worth investing on. And this article is NOT in anyway promoting any of the Ponzi schemes.

Maybe you are currently aspiring to be a Pastor in Redeem so you can get paid as well from the lucre tithe
At bolded, unfortunately, it is not your prerogative to determine who rots in hell. Only God Almighty knows His own.

That said, all you who are good at criticising Christendom dare not say a word about muslim clerics for fear of being hounded down. Who are you if not cowards? You are fast to create threads about Christian leaders but dare not speak about people being killed daily by Fulani herdsmen. I have restained myself from this tithe bruohaha for a long while. However, I realise that ignorance will keep people deceiving others for what they do not know. For many years I served as a freelance Treasuer at RCCG. Tithe is not given to GO, rather the Parishes retain a greater %, Area Hq, Regional HQ and Provincial HQ share the rest. The same applies to offering and first fruit. I observe that lot of comments are made sarcastically by those who are ignorant of what obtains in Christendom. I cannot speak for other churches but OP and his co-travellers should be advised that GO of RCCG Pastor EA Adeboye was not the first GO and neither does he claim to own RCCG. Anytime he retires or he is called to glory, a new GO will emerge, who may not necessarily be a family member.
On tithe and other givings in church, noone is forced to do these. If your faith is not able to carry it, you are free to attend church as a "goatie" rather than be a "sheepie". Let the goats live and let the sheep also flock. God knows His own.

By the way, am not a pastor not church leader, but a simple brother and follower of Jesus.

I fully support the President on this. In fact,
I was already thinking of writing to the President on this Our people are too lazy, waiting for handouts snd entitlement. You only see them as either touts, Okada riders, drivers, street hawkers, money changers (unregistered bureaux de change) and agberos. Noone wants to farm, yet we talk of groundnut pyramid, palm plantation, rubber plantation and cocoa plantations of old.

Beyond banning imports, Government should be prepared to buy up excess grains at market prices from farmers. Farm produce takes time to mature from growth to harvest, what plans do our governments have to sustain these farmers?
It take more than just ban but a deliberate government policy to address the agricultural potentials of Nigeria.

I wonder why Nigeria with good arable land, great seasons all year round will be importing food from countries that have only 7 months for agricultural production. Shame on all of us!!!

Oh how I wish some of us have opportunities to turn things around. Nigeria is a great nation filled with great people, but government turns the people to become lazy. Politicians patronise agberos to win elections, we settle lazy pple on the name of militants. We encoutage hordes of almajiris to continue to use them for electoral gains, I can go on and on.

I recall years back one time Rivers governor PC Oyakilome launched School to Land project. Where is it today? Yet Amaechi and Wike are busy rearing tugs and giving ND pple hands out and creating imaginary empires and murderous warriors. .

Nigeria need to rise up above oil money. In fact oil is already becoming uselessness anyway.

I am wondering why some people are hallucinating over a USELESS UN resolution.
Of what use is this resolution? Will it make US to change her stance on Jerusalem and Israel? NO!!
1. None of those that voted in favour of the resolution have their Embassies in Jerusalem. So, to me it is like you have not been eating meet. Then one day you wake up to vote that you do not want to eat meat. Meaningless, because you never ate meat anyway!
2. Those against; to them it is a wake up call to now move their embassies to Jerusalem just like Trump has instructed US to do. A huge win for Israel and US. Before this vote, thought werr that US was alone, now we know they have supporters.
3. Those that abstain are saying two things. We support US but just want to wait to see the turn of event. Or rather, we do not want to offend our Arab partners. Again to me it is a tacit support of Trump's move.

So what? Nothing changed!!!

On another note, small as Togo is, they are wiser and more courageous than Nigeria. Just wait and see how that country will blossom just for their support of Jerusalem as Israel capital.

I know you have read all the advices above, but I have just three to offer:
1. Most women lose their senses of sexual appeal immediately they get married, worst after they put to birth. They forget how they took care of themselves when they were courting their spouses. Some lack basic hygiene. If this is your case, change! Always take a good bath and make sure your underneath is well maintained, get yourself good roll on for your armpit snd posssibly a good fragrance. Do not go to your husband 'dirty', he will just pity you with a 30 seconds sex.
2. Insist on sleeping in the same room with him. Again, cultivate the habit of eating together. Most women serve their husbands food and just walk away. No girl does that to men they are after. You are already married, so what is it you cannot share? At dinner.share your frustration with him, not with fighting gesture, but as a loving wife. Tell him you desire him. Be outspoken, afterall he is your husband. Ask him for his honest advice on how you appear to be failing him. Based on your story, this issues started after your child birth, so deal with it together. To me he does not have a personsl problem, but he has with you and thinks you know what is the issue.
3. You tried by initiating sex and he gives you just 30 seconds. Please, beyond initiating it, try and put him in the mood for long lasting sex. Have you ever tried generating the pre-intimacy? Do you touch his sensitive parts? A girl somewhere may be giving your husband 'mouth action' while you are competing by laying like a log of wood! What would you expect? Sorry am being hard on you but it is a wake up call on you. Hold your husband, kiss him, make him ejaculate outside of you first put him on for a long lasting love making. Penetration should follow naturally. If you are still the church girl type, please, upgrade. Even your phone has not remained the same all along. Mount him and give him real fucking. He is your husband.

Please if these fail, then see a doctor!!!

Best of luck darling!!!
