5. Modern-day equality in marriage does not mean competition. It simply means partnership. Taking advantage of such equality to turn around and become the de facto head of the home and oppress the man is tantamount to playing with fire. If you destroy your home, soon you will be the boss of an empty home.
6. A wise wife makes the man feel so good that he assumes that he is the head. Once he gets that feeling, the woman gently

Many stop bothering about their looks, shape, dressing, etc. Within 5 years of marriage, people start wondering if the wife is the man's aunt, even though she is 7 years younger. Her defence is that if he truly loves her, he should love her the
way she is. But when looking for a wife, he saw people like the present YOU and ignored them and settled for the former YOU. Today, you go to bed smelling of onions and ogiri. You go to bed wearing grandmothers' clothes. Why are you playing with your marriage? Love is not about looks - we know. But looks enhance
love and marriage. There is a difference between someone disfiguring herself and the person being disfigured by an accident. Please don't be complacent. As hard as it may be, work on looking like you were when he first saw you and began the chase.
9. If every night you are tired, sleepy, sore, down with headache or fever, "not in the mood," you are a joker, a serious comedian!
10. If your children suddenly become more important to you than your husband, you need prayers.

Education is not all about classrooms, pens, books..etc. Education also entails diversity, being open minded, ability to interact freely with people from different corners of the world, people with different ethics and cultures. most guys are immature, chasing a girl is not a sensible idea even if you like her. I do not agree with anyone who says that he might like her that is why he chases her to her home or certain other place. If you like someone then the first thing developed for her must be respect for her at your heart. And respect never appreciates the idea of chasing a girl. Chasing always gives pain to the girl as it looks too odd to be chased. I do not find any good reason to chase or being chased.

If one wants to talk about something then one must talk through a proper channel in a reasonable manner. Chasing never let a girl to give regard the chaser. So if you like a girl then never chase her because it will destroy your image; in fact liking and love never allow a man to chase her beloved. There might be some sort of clash between a girl and a boy and so he chases her so that it can make her worried and tensed. Chasing never shows any sign of liking or love but I think it symbolizes disrespect and disregard.

why are y'all so mean to folks like that..i am just saying in general the so called "hot guy" can pull off a lot of crap and you wont care and the ugly guy will say hey or look at you and you just ignore them or laugh at them..."They hate ugly guys just because they're ugly. they are born with the wrong kind of face and they pay a terrible price for it. Why do many live in GREATNESS (movie stars, billionaires, celebrities, successful business people), while others stagnate through life in struggle, hardship and limitation?

Truth is that you are already great. There is only one problem. WHO YOU REALLY ARE - your non-physical and authentic self- is already great but you don’t realize this if you’re experiencing lack and struggle.


A metaphor to describe this is the seed of an oak tree. Imagine the seed; or acorn, everything that defines the oak tree is already in the acorn. Unlike people, the acorn doesn’t live under the illusion that it has to be something else or strive toward an accomplishment or goal that isn’t within its very own nature.

In other words, the greatness that is inherent within you is your soul, your authentic non-physical self that is stripped from all the excuses, and conditions. These conditions, excuses, and contingencies have created your LIMITED SELF.

So if everyone’s born GREAT, why is there struggle? Why do we tend to worry and fear the word ‘failure’ and all its socially imposed meanings? Why do relationships and businesses fail?

The answer is you’re as great as you ALLOW yourself to be.

Most of us don’t ALLOW greatness. Instead were quick to form conditions that place huge limits on what we can be, have, or do before we have even begun.

The only limits in life are the ones you place on yourself. So put yourself up for a challenge, put aside your limits for some time and ALLOW yourself to be great for the next few months…then see what happens.

I have a difficult time being around people who complain about money and always talk about how expensive things are. I'm grateful for everything and, from my point of view, whining about money is the opposite of gratitude.

When I have to listen to people whine about something being too expensive I want to say....

Buy it or don't buy it.

Most of what is done and learned in lent is true for the rest of the year,too,but with a different feel.most people couldnt even dream of keeping their intense focus all year on what jesus did and what we are to do with that.forty days is long enough not to be short-term,bt too short to be thought of as a substitute for year-round christian living.a short burst,such as the forty days of lent,can go a long way.but only for those who make some hard decisions.

Giving something up for lent
in lent,its traditional to give up(or fast from) something(s) that we do a lot of and that we find pleasure in.this giving up or fasting is done:

*as a discipline for learning self-control,to free our minds frm the chase after material things,to tell ourselves no and make it stick.

*to identify with christ's suffering and remember that true pleasures are followers of christ.

*as an act of sorrow over our wrong doings and our state of sin.

In fact,it prepares us for easter,in which a risen christ leaves us no cause(or even room) for such guilt or shame.

Sometimes we dont notice how certain things we do ve gained power over us and dictate our actions.in lent fasts,we discover these things and give them up so that God can be in charge.christian parents sometimes use the season to teach their children more about taking responsibility in God's presence for their actions.

Food fasts for lent...the most common thing is to fast from food for lent.to catholics,dis means giving up meat on fridays for the season,or to fast entirely for one day a week.for others,fasting is tough cos they enjoy eating.for diabetics,it can be dangerous,if nt designed with blood sugar level in mind.you might try giving up pizza or fast food or alcohol or snacks.food fasts re not just the most traditional way of living lent,they re also the simplest to do since we all eat routinely everyday.

NOn-FOOD FASTS
if gIving up food isnt much of a task for you,choose something else that you have to make a serious effort to give up.for many people,that may mean 40 days without:
*television
*gambling
*impulse shopping
*catalog shopping.
*leaving flaming comments on blogs and forums
*dancing and clubbing
*having sex. Etc

finally,jesus is not looking for self-torture,self-hatred,woe -is-me thinking,40-day starvation and oceans of tears.(many great saints and plain fools ve taught that's what he wanted).lent is for soberly looking into yourself and getting down to wat's real.self-hatred is nt being real.

How could it be right to despise someone whom God loves and treasure??

If any one of you can honestly claim that you'd be okay with your mother, sister, daughter or friend becoming a prostitute, then this world has gotten far darker than I had ever imagined.
