If your ex-falls in love with someone else, why be jealous? You should be happy for that person for finding happiness, my advice, follow your heart, consider your happiness first, cos it should be paramount.goodluck |
(1)F*ck Pride” - Every success I’ve had in my life has come from my ability to suppress my pride and do what needed to be done. The most shameless person is the one who will grow the fastest, they won’t care how stupid they look, they won’t care about what others will say about them, they will do what is necessary to succeed. There are probably tons of things you could do to make your life way better right now but you don’t do it because you are trying to preserve your self-image. Remember, at the end of the day, life is about doing what it takes to accomplish your goals. (2)Change Your Philosophy Like T-Shirts - Change your life philosophy to fit what ever goal you have at that time in your life. For example, if you are going to be an entrepreneur, adopt stoicism so that you will not be too attached to things going according to plan. Your ability to adapt your philosophy will make you dynamic and allow you tackle the multitude of challenges that you will face in life, it will also allow you to let go of a philosophy that helped you succeed at one level but is causing you to fail at another (3) Ask For What You Want, Especially if it Scares You - We have all been one question away from getting something we truly wanted. There have literally been thousands of opportunities that have slipped through your fingers because you bit your tongue. To live the life you want, you have to ask people for the opportunities you want, so make it a rule to always ask for exactly what you want. Sure things will get awkward from time to time, but you will learn how to navigate those situations with ease the more practice you get. In the end you will realize, it’s not what you ask for, it’s how you ask. GOODLUCK |
From the start, the only thing that a gold digging girl wants is to milk your money left, right and center and if you happen to be broke, she leaves you on your own because it is for richer or for more richer and not richer or poorer. Here are the signs that your bae could be nothing more than a gold digger. (1)She only asks you about what you do and how much you generally earn. (2)She will gauge how much you make depending on where you take her then will say things like “you seem to have a lot of money”. (3)Talks about her designer clothes and fancy trips and that she can never date a guy who takes her for less than that. (4)Likes you so much more after she sees your Range Rover and your house (5)Actually, she only strictly dates rich men and yet she doesn’t even have a job. (6)She always invites all her friends on your date nights because she is sure you will buy the liquor (7)She always sends you pictures of the things she likes on your WhatsApp as a hint for you to buy her those things. ( Gets furious if you just chill in the house and watch a movie instead of going out.(9)Generally, puts in more effort in bed when she knows your balling with money only. (10)She doesn’t care if you are married or in a committed relationship as long as you spend more money on her. |
He is your Mr Right. With him around, things make sense. With all that said, there is one problem. Your dream guy isn’t the politest guy you know, and his rude behavior is a major turn off. You want him to speak nicely but he just cannot stop being mean. You don’t want him to break up, but you want this behavior to be dealt with. Here is what you can do: (1)Encourage him. It’s hard accepting that someone has changed. People change! We are not always perfect, and it is completely healthy to change a few things about you to make yourself a better person. Encourage your partner and appreciate him for all the small steps that he is taking. Don’t make him give up on changing himself if you aren’t willing to cooperate. (2)Confide in someone. If you have a rude boyfriend, probably that’s his nature and maybe he is always rude to alot more people! If you think that letting him know hasn’t worked, ask his friends and more so his closest friend for help. Let them know that they have to be secretive with him, because he might get offended. (3)Stop compromising. Well, if he talks rude to you, you have to let them know and if you won’t complain, they will never improve upon it. Show them that it has hurt your feelings, or made you upset. However, don’t go over the line and be extra dramatic! You don’t have to fake to him. (4)Seek professional help. If you have tried everything and notice your rude boyfriend hasn’t changed, you need to seek professional help. Talk him into seeing a counselor. Persuade him and talk him into going and seeing someone who can actually help him. Don’t offend him, or make the situation present itself overly. If you do not keep things in control, you might offend him and then, he will never be willing to listen to you. (5)Let him know. You don’t have to be straightforward but at the same time, you don’t have to as well start a fight . Hint at how something he did to you was very offensive. If you want it to be more personal, remind him of how he is always rude to you . Let him know that it hurt your feelings and you need him to be nice to you at times. Let him know that you are a big fan of him but you want this to end. |
Throw Away Your Script - Don’t walk into a social interaction with an idea of how the interaction should be going. In my opinion the best conversations happen when they are organic and free flowing, with no pressure from either party to maintain a certain image or status quo. I’ve had conversations about tipping over elephants or the idea of marrying a robot wife and those are the most memorable social interactions I’ve had! Ask Better Questions - If you want to take your interactions to the next level, ask better questions. I personally believe that when you come from a mindset of genuinely wanting to get to know somebody better those questions will flow out naturally. First Impressions Mean Everything - It’s hard to shake the first impression you make with someone. When you meet people make sure you look your best, you’re smiling and appear friendly, and are maintaining strong eye contact. Be genuine and respectful to those you come across. You want people to have a great idea of you when the interaction is over. Talk Less, Listen More - We as people love to talk about ourselves and deep down we want to be heard. Nothing feels better than someone who genuinely wants to hear what you have to say. Similar to the first point, ask questions and actively listen to what they are telling you. Open And Positive Body Language - Avoid crossing your arms! Make strong eye contact. Smile! Look like someone who wants to have a good time. Trust me, it goes a long way. |

Ostensibly what I deduce from this train of thought is someone vehemently seeking for attention or prolly trying so hard to objurgate another.believe you me! It's lame and from your post, you are damn chesty and unfleged. It's fair if you don't like her, no1 will force you to like another, but saying sorts of cruddy stuffs cos of the so-called obsession you claimed she has over you is wussy and it makes you a simpleton .you ain't the only dude that have had such experience before, if actually you are being honest with your story. There are Lotta ways to solicit for advice without chastening the lady in question cos nobody is perfect,we all have flaws, I wish the lady is here to tell her own story. I had wanted to lay in an advice, but your presentment is an arrogant one and it sucks. Good luck |

Successful people have a few unique qualities: They were all inspired by a bigger goal. One of the first questions I did them was “Why did you want to be successful”. The answer was almost never “because I am ambitious” or similar. They all seemed to have sort of a bigger reason, like coming from a very humble family background or make it justify their parent's sacrifices. They found motivation in other people trying to take them down. Another common trait. Most of them told me they would all find motivation in having other people trying to take them down. One of them even told me the best year of this business was when one major retailer (and competitor) opened a location across the road. Boy, that was powerful! They never ever give up. This was also a pretty remarkable point across the entire set of interviews. One of the guys I interviewed finally got his product into retail after 80 something trials. He told me he spent 1 year living off charity while looking for a retailer to accept his product. They were all very optimistic and confident in what they were doing. I believe that most of what it takes to be successful are innate. This is the perfect example of that. The guy from 3. proves my point. He lived in inhuman conditions for a while but he was so confident he never gave up. I think that there is more to successful people, but I found this to be interesting to share, given that I’ve learned it directly from the people I interviewed and from experience too. feel free to add yours |
Don’t aim to be the best student in your class. Aim to be above average instead, so that you have more time to develop other critical skills. Your certificate will be obsolete and forgotten. The world is changing rapidly, and you must keep up with it. Merely scoring A’s doesn’t make you a valuable person in the marketplace. Party and night life aren’t as glamorous as you think. Don’t fear missing out. If you’ve something important to work on, say no. Spend more time reading, even if that makes you appear less sociable. Remember, you’re “socializing” with the best minds on Earth while reading. Explore seemingly unrelated things, such as activities, competitions or groups, and see how the dots connect each other in future. Start building your success cabinet. Start looking for like-minded people. Start experimenting stuffs together, start raising each other’s standard. Don’t wait. It’ll be fun too. Get into love responsibly. Unless you want to remain single throughout your life (which is perfectly fine), you’ll need the experience. Take calculated risks. You have almost nothing to lose. Don’t make foolhardy decisions, though. Don’t forget about your parents. They’re probably missing you at home. Call them regularly. Let them know they’re not gonna lose a son or daughter. feel free to add yours |
Situation is as follows: There are 3 doors in front of a group of people and they are asked to choose among the doors and take the surprise kept behind the doors. Door 1 has happiness. Door 2 has knowledge. Door 3 has money. An intelligent person would choose door 2 and would work hard to earn money and be happy. A wise person would choose door 1 and would demand no more because if in the world you are happy you need nothing else. A clever one would open door 3 fill his bag with money, then open door 2 and gather knowledge then to door 1 to have happiness because it isn't mentioned that you can only choose and open only one door ;p P.S. This was just a mere example, a way to relieve my final defense masters program pressure… |
Heartbreak over someone who doesn't love you - I've learned this multiple times in life. You can't be in love with someone who isn't in love with you. Let it go. Being fake - It takes a lot of energy to pretend to be someone you're not. To smile when you're sad. To laugh when the joke isn't funny. Be yourself. Be authentic. Regretting the past - Most of our mistakes turn out to be small ones in the big picture. Ask yourself - will this matter in 10 years? Seriously, let it go. It already happened and you can't change it. Accept it. Learn from it. Move on. Worrying about the future - It doesn't accomplish anything, other than making you feel sick. Focus your energy on creating the future you want Comparing yourself with others - Other people can be a great source of inspiration and learning for you, but don't fall into the trap of comparing yourself to others. There will always be someone that is richer, more beautiful, more successful, more adventurous, more "in love" and more admired. Such is life. So instead of comparing yourself to them, try to focus on being the best version of yourself possible. Jealousy - If your ex falls in love with someone else, why be jealous? You should be happy for that person for finding happiness. Unnecessary material goods - You'll need some for the basic necessities of life (shelter, clothing etc) but there's a lot of unnecessary extra stuff that can weigh you down. For example, if you have 40 suits, I'm pretty sure you'll need more closet space. If you have 5 cars, you'll need more parking space and more insurance coverage. Ask yourself - do you really need this? If not, donate it so that someone in need can use it! i drop my pen here, feel free to add yours |
We conflate sex with love - Look I’ll never stop loving my mom or dad, but I don’t think I should be having amazing sex with them every night either. The fact that we make having good/great sex a prerequisite for love puts undo stress on the relationship, and stress can cripple your ability to feel love. The longer you spend with someone the less attractive they will become - Sure there are people who say everyday they fall more in love with their partner, but usually, it’s the opposite. Most people aren’t as great as our imaginations made them out to be, and the reality is they are quite demanding and overwhelming. You out grow them - There are people who are amazing for you in a particular time in your life and then you guys grow in different directions and you don’t relate to them in same way, and that’s ok. We fall out of everything else in life, why would love be any different? - I’ve gone to bed happy and woke up sad, and later that day I was happy again. Being in love comes in waves, much like a psychedelic experience, you can be lost in another world with someone, and later that night thinking about bills. I think it’s a lot more constructive to look at being in love as a state you get access to. Our point of view of the relationship evolves - Sometimes we are in love because we have a limited understanding of what that relationship means to us in the grander context of our life. But as we get older and get more insight into the relationship we might see that this relationship has played its role in our lives and it’s time to move. FEEL FREE TO ADD YOURS |
Marriage is changing. The marriages we see today are far different than the ones of our grandparents or even our parents, for that matter. Our ideas and how we view marriage has evolved, and while for some it still might be the ultimate goal, the truth isn’t a pretty one: Marriage is overrated. Yes, you can take the route of saying it’s just a piece of paper that binds you and your partner, so it’s overrated in that regard, but there’s more to it than that. It’s overrated in a lot of ways. 1. Marriage doesn’t equal happiness. For people who have been longing to get married, pining away since they were kids to do so, they might live under the delusion that marriage will fix everything and make it all perfect, but that’s not true. Even if you marry the love of your life, there’s no guarantee you’ll be happy. 2. No one is immune to divorce. With the divorce rate lingering around 50 percent, no one is immune to becoming a statistic 3. You don’t need to be married to live together. Sure, it might have been frowned upon in the 50s, but if you can live together now and no one cares, locking it down with legality just seems silly. 4. You don’t have to be hitched to have kids. Actually, all you need is some sperm, and you’re golden. 5. You can get insurance by just being someone’s partner. Although this isn’t the case everywhere, a lot companies offer insurance to the partner’s of their employees, straight or gay couples. 6. It’s expensive. Unless you run off to town hall, getting married with all the frou-frou is really pricy. So you waste all that money on one day, then start your life together with pennies. The wedding day is even more overrated than marriage, to be honest. 7. It can make you feel trapped. At least if you’re cohabitating, you can bail when things get scary or you realize it’s time to move on. Being married doesn’t allow for such a luxury. 8. It’s a lot of work. Like, A LOT. It’s one thing to be in a relationship where you live together, but for some reason, marriage changes everything. You’re suddenly two parts of one whole in the eyes of the law and nothing is completely yours ever again ― everything is shared and divided. 9. Fidelity is a struggle. Not to burst anyone’s bubble, but remaining faithful to one person for the long run isn’t easy. And the fact that marriage isn’t viewed as being as sacred as it once was and the reality of temptation always being nearby, fidelity can be one of the biggest challenges of marriages ― a challenge you could avoid by just staying single. 10. You end up sacrificing yourself. Even if you swear you never will, you will absolutely sacrifice much of yourself for your marriage for many reasons. One being because it is so hard, and the second being because people don’t change, so all you can really do sometimes is sacrifice just to get by. 11. It’s becoming obsolete. Not only is marriage overrated, but it’s becoming obsolete. It no longer offers the benefits it once did, because we no longer need it. Both men and women can take care of themselves, human beings are more and more independent, and it’s just become and unnecessary step that people take out of tradition, obligation, or convenience. It really is nothing special |
Being self-critical: Smart people can see through themselves. They can keep their ego aside and see their flaws and shortcomings. Perhaps they lack social empathy or have a slurry speech. Unlike the commonly perceived trait of intelligence, smart people may be slow in processing information or they may be less creative than they expect from themselves. By accepting their shortcomings, smart people are often unsatisfied with a part of themselves, especially the part which is inherently present in them and can’t be changed much. Social ineptness and the inability to find pleasure in small things: Smart people have a chaotic mind. Their brains are always oozing with thoughts over-analysing even the simplest of things. Sometimes they wish there was a stop button. While being around with people, they inadvertently analyse the talks whether they follow logic or are racist, ageist, sexist, prejudiced, or judgemental in any form. Small talks are not meant to follow strict idealistic lines. But smart people can’t help themselves. They may enjoy small talks certain times, but their minds keep buzzing about what people are saying. So when they decide to talk, they usually check whether there is actually a need for their input and whether there is a meaning to it. They try to make sure that their statement is logically sound and isn’t offensive to any group. This makes the smart people inept at social interaction. Seeing the truth: Smart people know that there is no ultimate justice- that this is not a fair world we are living in. You can see people condemning and criticising others far more than applauding and encouraging them. Smart people can more easily see the flaws in people and are more likely to remember them. Of course, they also see positive qualities like love and generosity, but they reject the idea that humans are predominantly “good”. Smart people know that the media, television, and our society are often pretentious about showing goodness. Seeing the truth is an ugly realisation for smart people. Stupidity: Since smart people are smart, they have to deal with a great deal of stupidity in their daily life- stupidity not because of lack of knowledge or intellect, but stupidity because of how self-righteous, arrogant, and rigid people are. Uncertainty: Smart people don’t think in absolute terms- be it morality, societal norms, or the universe. They can form two sides and carry out arguments within their heads without a significant role of their cognitive bias. Several times, they realise that even the logical approach of reasoning can yield conflicting viewpoints. They realise that some things are uncertain and are neither falsifiable nor provable. People find comfort in drawing lines and sticking labels- theist, atheist, socialist, conservative, liberal, feminist, INTP, etc. Since smart people don’t think in absolute terms, they don’t like to cage themselves in a pre-labeled box of ideas. They are reluctant in choosing sides when they acknowledge the uncertainty. Uncertainty gives a sense of incompleteness which doesn’t bring peace to the mind. |

1)No one actually cares about you the way that you think they do. It is human nature to be more self-involved and worried about oneself rather than others. (2)Money doesn't buy happiness, only financial freedom. It is a harsh truth that people only realize once they gain some type of wealth. It is the same reason that many very wealthy individuals decide that they do not want to live anymore. (3)We will all die one day. Sadly, no matter what you do or accomplish in this world, death is unpreventable and we will all have to face it one day. So many questions runs through my mind when I decided to ponder and questioned everything. If God is not partial, then, Why do some people have to struggle, struggle and struggle all alone and still struggling. they have so many dreams, the dream of going to school, which died off,due to one problem or the other. Sometimes, I mused over some ironies, and I wonder why some people have had everything in life easy. Go to high school, make good grades, come out and within a year get into the university, four years later they are done, with good grades and then within a year they are doing their NYSC program. If God is not partial, then Why some people are poor, very poor and cant afford three square meal per day. While some people are Rich, so rich and swimming in the ocean of Richness. Why is it that some babies die even before they are born while others are born? Why do some people live very long and some die at very early age? Why are some people who are very prayerful not succeeding in life while those that didn't even know God are succeeding in all endeavours of live? I wonder: is God partial ? #valentine okeke |

We have categories of ladies that's likely to sleep with any guy any time. No Time to check my Wristwatch, time's ticking fast. 1. Those That View s*x As A Game In their mind, s*x is not connected to love. s*x is just a game in which she gets points for every man she beds. Even though she may be in love with her partner, she’ll have s*x with as many men as possible so she can gain the maximum number of points and win the game. 2. Those Addicted To Alcohol Or Drugs Ladies who are substance abusers are much more likely to end up sleeping with any guy any time. Female alcoholics are susceptible to infidelity because their inhibitions will be lowered and their judgment impaired. Female drug addicts may sell their bodies for drugs. Either type of woman is likely to have s*x without realizing what she’s doing. 3. Those That Have Lots Of Close Male Friends “A significant number of affairs begin as close friendships with members of the opposite sex. The relationship may be platonic at the beginning, but chances are, it won’t stay that way. The closer the lady is to her platonic male friend, the more likely it is that he will eventually end up sleeping with her unless he’s gay. 4. Those That Have Girl friends Who Sleep With Guys For Money Never underestimate the power of peer pressure. Adults are susceptible to it, too. If a lady has one or more close female friends who have s*x almost with every guy in the world, she may eventually start sleeping with any guy, too. 5. The Materialistic A materialistic lady is likely to have an affair with a wealthy man because of the material things he can provide. She can easily be seduced with jewelry, designer clothes, lavish vacations, or the cash to buy these and other expensive things. And she'll end up sleeping with him. 6. Those That Are easily bored A lady who is easily bored, or who leads a dull, routine life may sleep with any guy any time just to alleviate her boredom or add some excitement to her life. 7. The Gold-diggers Or Runs Ladies There's a probability of 9.5/10 that they do sleep with any guy any time just for what they need from him. They don't mind if the man is older than their Father. I drop my pen at this juncture. Feel free to add yours. |
Here are six habits that will draw you nearer to God. Submitting to God James tells us, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded” (James 4:7- . Step one is to submit to God and to His Word. Then resist the temptations cast at you by the enemy, and finally he will flee from you and you won’t be as easily influenced by the demonic habits that so easily beset you.Being Broken Before God Want to draw closer to God? Certainly you do. And the psalmist gives us a way to do that by writing, “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit” (Psalm 43:18). We can’t get any nearer to God than when we are broken the most because God cannot fix what is first not broken. Interestingly, we are nearer to God when we are at our lowest point in life. In an ironic way, the way up is the way down, with humility and brokenness and being crushed in spirit. Fasting Before God When we fast we shouldn’t tell anyone because Jesus taught that this can turn into a self-righteous act, even more so if we tell others about it. We should be fasting in private, and it should be between only us and God. Fasting can draw you nearer to God, but check with your doctor first and make sure you don’t have any medical conditions that might cause you harm. Ministering to Others When we are helping the least of the world, we are doing it for Christ Himself (Matthew 25:40). This might include visiting the sick or those in prison, helping those who have little or nothing, and being hospitable to strangers (Matthew 25:35-36), for we are also strangers or sojourners on a pilgrimage to the Promised Land. Doing for others is really doing for Christ. Praying Always Want to know the will of God? Many people are praying for and seeking to find God’s will for their lives. Here it is: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). To draw nearer to God, you must be in more communication with Him, which begins and ends with prayer. Abiding in the Word Jesus tells us that if we abide in His Word, He will abide in us. Don’t you want that? Jesus told His disciples, “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15:4-5). Since we can’t do anything apart from Christ, why not abide in His Word on a daily basis because we can’t live by physical bread alone (Matthew 4:4). Conclusion To draw near to God, we must first submit to God, which means submitting to His Word; we must come broken before God in true humility because He’s near the brokenhearted; we can fast to see our utter dependence on Him for everything; we can minister to others since it’s really doing it for Christ; we can be praying at all times; and we must abide in Christ and in His Word because without Him we can do nothing. And nothing is not a little something. |
Many girls(women) willingly chose to be prostitutes! And that is one thing u must understand. God created humans and gave them the power to decide. Yet, everyone is looking for whom to blame. The blame game started in the garden of Eden: the man blamed the woman and the woman shifted the blame to the serpent. If u ask those girls why they are doing this business, they'd tell u that govt failed to create jobs for them; and many other reasons. They can blame it on their poor parental upbringing occasioned by death, divorce and the ilk. Therefore identifying the major catalyst propelling the growth of this ancient trade is a continuation of the blame game. Here, u can blame anyone u feel like but the bottom line is that prostitutes chose to be what they are. Others too are lured into the act by peers and. |
There are some bad messaging habits that some people put up esp ladies, most especially via WhatsApp. WhatsApp and other messaging apps like, Viber, Google Duo, IMO and Telegram, have taken over the world of communications and for good reason too. But most people have abused and misused the platforms massively This list has been compiled to offend specifically some individuals who text badly. 1. The Epic “K.” What do you even mean by “K”? Is that a yes? Or a no or “know”. I think this response is the most stupid of all responses you can send a text message, especially when the person had typed a long message. 2. Tru/True Most people reply “true” to messages that don’t even deserve it. I don’t understand what is the logic behind answering “True”. Obviously, I know whatever I said is true; you don’t have to reassure that. 3. LOL I know that you’re not laughing but saying that to cut the conversation down. You can’t just capitalise three letter and use it to get yourself out of a conversation anytime you feel like it. LOL 4. Nice Nice was a very nice word until now. I just had to do that. I excitedly text you how exhilarating my trip was, and you reply with a “Nice”. This response isn’t even qualified to enter in the “good sarcasm” category. 5. Ummm Umm or any of its variations (Mmmm/Hmmm) should out-rightly be banned from SMS lingo. It reads like the sender is tired of your crap. What is this even supposed to mean? You’re thinking, out of words, bored, or what? 6. Smiley (or emoji abuse) People have a smiley or emoji as a response to anything. It can get exasperating at times. 7. Replying with One Word One word replies are irritating. And you can expect this from any Lapaz girl. Please stop!!! 8. Responding with Paragraphs Long sentences or chunks of them are equally annoying just as “one-word replies”. And you can expect this from Tema boys when they are trying to corner a new girl. 9. Irregular Letters and Abbreviations WhAt Is WrOnG wItH sOmE pEoPlE wHo WrItE lIkE tHiS? Oh god, I feel that it was a huge task to write like this, yet some people to do it very fast and almost all the time. As if that wasn’t enough, they even use some horrible abbreviations which give an impression that they’re talking in some weird foreign language. 4 wat (For what) and TTY L8R (talk to you later) are some of these strange words people use. Guys, please learn to use some good language! 10. No reply No matter how they come back to try to explain this, the blue ticks would have already told you the truth. Do you know of any other response that you TOTALLY hate? |

menwongo:because its sexxy..Women love to watch a man cooking. “Men in the kitchen is super sexy…It’s hard for a lady not to fall in love with the man watching him cook!” Plus, there is just something sensual about cooking, even if it is simply creating a drink or a cup of coffee. Perhaps that’s why bartenders are so sexy to women. |
dmgr:lol, then you are prolly a ghost living as human |
i agree without research everything the op says, the reasonableness of the write up is a literal one.i see no reason why he should be chastised,we all are entitled to our own decisions and write-ups, irregardless if its right or wrong. The write-ups should rather be objurgated not the person, its lame doing so and all those objurgating him are all simpletons. |
Gets furious if you just chill in the house and watch a movie instead of going out.
