DSS are to be blame for their unprofessional misconduct. even if buhari daughter sent them, they should have handle it in a better way. and forcing the man to sign a document not to take legal action against them before releasing him is another crime on its own, that document is useless because he signed it by force. though, if he has a good lawyer he will make a very good case.
