So I closed from the office at about 8:30pm this night while others where enjoying the easter holiday...

I had no time to cook before work because I was indisposed... I got home after work and was too hungry to sleep... so I decided to go and look for food. I went round and round until I finally got to captain cook around 10pm... they said fried rice was not ready and I could not wait so I opted for rice and beans... and chicken.. everything cost me 1000(one thousand naira) plus Pepsi 200 making it 1200 of which I paid cash and left... only to get home... opened my food... no chicken....


I'm still in shock....


I'm not mad about the deceit... I'm just mad about the pains it took me to get to unity from GRA... I would not touch the food as I have Lost my appetite...I'd definitely be visiting them first thing tmao...

This is wickedness...

have you not seen families where everyone suffers but one particular person among gets everything on a platter of gold. its called favor and grace... even in my house its like that. i remember back then, some people, when its time for their school fees, you will look for who to borrow you and you would not see. while some people in fact the day they want to resume one of my father's tenant would bring rent. the person would not just get school fees but pocket money and everything on the list will be double plus extra while the other would not even get transport back to school... ever since i understood that concept, i stopped struggling and started praying moré...


look around you, its not just from your parents. how often do people do things for you?... i pray for favor and grace all the time, you do that and testify...

I have two(younger) also.... they both used to complain I didn't like and have time for them....
So I made up my mind I'll be their best friend.... it took a while sha... but that's was the best thing I've done that I'm happy about. A whole lot of letting go of precious personal effects helped tho. Calls, gifts, etc.

Honey. You didn't need to quote me in order to make your statement. This thread was opened ages ago... and just got to front page now. I'm happy to let you know that she took some of our advices (although harsh) and she's happier now. I don't know if she has given birth at the moment cus last time I checked she was already pregnant. Circumstances might put us somewhere but the choices we make determines what we make out of it. I'm not a saint neither was I trying to ridicule the op. I'm happy she found a balance with everything happening around her and that's all that matters most.

I seem to have this common problem with dating:

After a few weeks of talking, and/or one or two dates, communication ceases without warning. I would send a text message every few days wishing her well. If I call, the phone will just ring to voicemail. If I send any text messages, it will not be returned.

If this had just happened once, I'd quickly get over it. If the girl would simply tell me that she doesn't want to continue, I'd be okay with it. This cessation of communication has been from every single girl that I have talked to, and it has always occured in this fashion.
