When is the time for this initial conference that you were denied?

Travelling to cape Verde isn't much of an impressive outcry.

Maintain the first Conference when you apply again (maybe), changing lanes could be seen as a means of cajoling or appearing differently.

Travel history isn't much of an issue of you want to raise a history, Countries like European countries should be on your mind.

Have you considered travelling to Netherlands or any scanda (sweden, Netherlands, etc) countries?

But needs a reason to give you a Visa.(from what you just wrote out).

Compare it with a VO that doesn't ask you anything about your trip or Travel History or Married or Kids

Just come up with sorry, you are not qualified for a visa!

The latter VO has already taken a decision with your application to deny you even before you go to the consulate.

To apply with your wife wasn't a mistake but Wat I will urge to do are, either u apply for your gcms note for the 1st and second applications...try to tackle each of them in your LOE if u wana apply again or u can look up for other countries though u still need to specify that u have been denied Visa shaa...thats my 2kobo on it

when did you apply and when did you get your admission letter and Offer of scholarship?

Someone who applied for same Sept 2019 hasn't received admission decision he was told it will be March Ending.

I NEED HELP ON TRV APPLICATION

I have my letter of offer, admission letter and Full funding Award ($23,400 per year for minimum of two years) for a Research Masters Program at University of Sask. I have no travel history and no sponsor on sight. I thought TRV is something i could do on my own just like i found supervisor and got admitted on my own (All Glory to God). However, navigating the www.cic.gc.ca site with the failed effort of downloading necessary IMM forms, and other confusing procedures, it doesn't seem like something one can attempt on his own. Also, I have studied the thread word for word, still confused about the practical procedures.

Please i need help on complete and successful TRV application as I am self-hustling die-hard scholar and researcher not rich enough to afford agent fees because i am currently a serving Corps member. My program begins September, 2019 (Fall term) and i don't have a clue up till now. Please help me out as this is my life, a golden opportunity i may not forgive my self for if i miss. This is a dream i have nursed for years.

This is the truth...

1. Helping out doesn't make you an agent!
2. Some Rejections could be so grave it breaks the person down, it equally affects the person who had helped out.
3. One thing is probably certain with US visa, Rejection could come if what you are going for is still way ahead ... in a case where you will attend a function in September and you applied in February, a rejection is very possible.
4. They have a quota to give out each day, you may fall in the wrong time.
5. Most of the time when you get a rejection without any probable reason given or any thing visibly wrong situation anywhere, allow some time before you apply again, don't rush it .
6. It is not like getting a rejection is the end of the world, but having to go through the processes again is tiring for most people.
7. Most people on this thread react a little to harsh and compelling to issues that is raised by a member, we are having this issues together and the way out could be to make everyone feel good at some point, lets continue to be nice to each other around here.

There are some applications that are almost not but approved (quote me).

DS-160 form is a form of the person attending interview now the person filling it.

He may have appeared too good to be true, for obvious reasons, maybe !

95% first time applicants are rejected , it is a fact, but dont think you did anything differently , it was all in the books.

Instead i came back and that was when i discovered this forum and since then i read it everyday like its naija new, Anyway i applied the next year, got the visa cos i learnt alot from the guys here. LAdy G, Chloe, Omobendel, SEYEWEST and a whole lot of Gurus that i no longer see their posts . Now i got the visa stresslessly, after READING this forum and learning. You said that you dont know why the man would be denied but you fail to understand that its their country and they have the right to Deny him. People get VISA everyday and travel to USA everyday. do the right things and make sure you application or that of you CLIENTS are in other and they would get their VISAs. go to Embassy and see the stupid answers we NIGERIANS give the VO when asked why they are going to USA. even You listening would know that they dont deserve to to there cos them NO GO COME BACK AGAIN. We are all aware that granting a visa to any country is not a right but a privilege.

And about the man having all those countries he visited in the past...how were you able to know that and maybe there might have been some things he might have done in the past that it's only the visa officers who have such information at hand.

Like I've said and will continue to say that with every visa rejections or approvals we read about or observe there is always two sides to every reason or cause.

VOs "often" give rejections on Impulse , straight up sentiments!!!

Some rejections are not even worth a penny, Just mere perception.

Do you know what it takes to fill this forms and how much it cost for VISA? Sometimes the VO wont even ask you any question concerning anything about the form you filled and just go abstract... keeps your mind guessing.

A guy was given a white paper, he said thank you and was heading for the door when the VO ordered him back and she said she didn't see the shengen rejection at the end of the passport, and that was it , Rejected !!!

one graduated and he sent for his father to come for graduation,

Dad has been almost everywhere around the world ... China, Europe, ASIA but USA like 10yrs ago, he had no reason to be there.

At the interview today he was rejected, Man got angry and shouted at the VO, "why are you rejecting me" I have all documents but you are not even checking for any he said!

VO(SHE) stood up from her chair and removed the mic, left the man standing there, i can bet you he almost felt like ......

Very very unfair, the other man said, "isnt this slavery" You have everything but you still shed tears to give yourself some form of happiness.


I was not there with him, didnt see it happen, but the way he explained it, even God will be unhappy!

Study permit comes with your Visa.

i don't know which one you are referring to, but if you meant paying before Visa is issued, it depends on the institution, I prefer the ones that would only ask for application or acceptance fee...
Paying tuition doesn't mean you will get Visa, but may also be of essence.

Go back to your DS-160 page, retrieve your information with the Confirmation code.

Then click on new application, from there you can go back to the Visa Type and correct it. (very Valid)

it will generate a new confirmation code, Update this code on your traveldocs in your application where you schedule appointment !

That is why you need to order your GCMNOTES, Those ticking are generic.

I know someone who got a refusal on purpose of Visit, when he ordered GCMNOTES, it was discovered that the VO only wanted a particular document that wasn't involved in the application, He included it and waaala!!!

There seem to be a new trend of refusal reasons this days. Not that it is entirely new, but it is fast becoming a reoccuring ground for refusal.

That is refusal ground on ''Personal assest and Finacial status''.

What I really dont understand is what else they want or what they really require of the applicant based on the stated reason. Despite the fact that applicants go ahead to present evidence like documents of landed properties either belonging to them or their parents, VOs still go ahead to tick personal assest.

Same goes for the financial status too. With evidence of income and proof of being able to foot the bills in Canada, they still go ahead to tick this.

What really do they want from applicants as regards this reason or is it just part of the generic response?

Is there a certificate for it?
Does it upgrade your CV in anyway?
Does this travel history reflect on your present passport or it has been so many years ago?

They wont even look at your invitation letter, you have to explain what is in it to the VO.

What is the nature of your jOb?

How much do you earn?

The balance in your account presently doesn't matter!

I have been to Australia, South Africa, Kenya and a transit through Ethiopia... I have never overstayed my visa and I have no plan to

1. Apply from Nigeria
2. if you dont have a very good grade (3.8/5) consider another country like Australia,Germany etc.
3 When you are rejected , order your GCMNOTE immediately.
4 Don't gather fake documents to apply to Canada, You will get a ban.
5 Be sure what your agent is submitting for you.

This re just some clue to kee you on the safe side , even if you are rejected , it doesn't dent your future prospects.
