pinehearst: You kinda right Vicjustice but some countries don't permit the conversion of short visa to residence permit for example Germany.
My advice is for you to make findings your best bet is to ask the school the possibilities of converting short to long term.
After getting the information be generous enough to share with everyone.

babybird82: Please the documents needed for making the general visa applications, which ones should i submit the originals and which should i submit just photocopies. How many sets of photocopies is needed? Someone just informed me i need 3 sets.

Please kindly avail me more documents i might need for the application and documents i listed that are not necessary. Which ones need to be originals and which should just be copies.

I had a refusal in 2006 about lack of evidence of accommodation and anomalies and inconsistencies in bank statements submitted. I appealed and the Judge dismissed it based on the accommodation but allowed the bank statement as authentic.

Do i need to submit a copy of the refusal and also the decision of the Judge?

P.S. I just received my tax clearance card today and there was a letter missing in my first name. It was spelt Chiagzie instead of Chiagozie. I hope it wont affect my application?

I was told to go to Turkey or Egypt but when I wrote to Turkey, they said they dont give transit visa to student anymore though they told me that France is Accredited for Lithuania but Neither France nor Belgium give LONG STAY VISA TO LITHUANIA except short stay which is not for Study. segunolad: Hi Vicjustice and All, I am a contractor using my enterprise company name to receive my salary at the end of every month. Equally I am in automobile sales.
I intend to apply for Canada study permit using my company name since it is my salary account operated with my company name. A week before my application my balance is 5k USD. I sold a car worth 20k USD of which the money was deposited into my company account. at the end my balance rose to 25k USD. My Tuition Fee and maintenance funds amount to 34k USD. My Contract letter shows my earnings corresponding to what I am having in my account.

1. can I still make use of this account for my Canada Study permit application.
2. Hope the 20K USD will not be considered money lodged if I should back it up with cover letter and docs
3. With my contract continuous to show that accrued funds from subsequent months before my travelling will be used to balance my payment for the
Master program.
4.Would my application scale thru according to my above submission.
