Thanks a lot justwise ur of great help. But please in my last application when it was asked 'why is this person sponsoring you?' I wrote it is a gift. Won't the eco question where that 'gift' went to when I apply as a sponspor for myself? Thanks
Hear me, if you apply any time soon, even if your finance reaches a high, your chance of refusal will still be very high.
You have just been refused a visa today in an application where you claimed that your Uncle is your sponsor, and now, you want to reapply claiming your want to sponsor yourself this time?
Do you want to make them see you as a desperate liar?
If they consider you a liar, they may begin to scrutinise your applications for other discrepancies and consider giving you a ban under "Fact Misrepresentation".
You got to be careful, man
Hello Nairalnders, because of this thresd I had to sign up to nairaland smiley
Vicjustice and justwise your really doing a good job God bless you.
I have an issue I started reading this thread after I had already applied for visa without much knowledge and infomation. I was denied today, though the denial hurt I knew it was my fault the Eco said I didn't provide any other documentation apart from the I'd card of my uncle( who I said I would be staying with) and also I didn't provide the financial statement of my spononrs earnings ( I said my uncle will part_sponspor me) the statement of account he gave me was his savings account with a bal of N350k not his salary account.
My passport is a virgin passport I applied as a family visitor to visit my uncle.

I want to reapply in sept and with ur help and Gods grace I belive I'll get it. The questions I want to ask are:
1) I want to apply as a tourist/ general visitor now, cos my uncle won't be around @ dat time. Is it ok?
2) This time around I will sponspor myself and will have a bal of N350k in my acct is that ok?
3) Insteadd of staying with my unlce as against my last application I will book an hotel for 1 week and stay with a friend who is a student for the other week, but in my application I want to write just one week.
4) How would I explain to the Eco in the additional information part that my condition has changed cos I will save up for the sept trip and sponspr myself fully.
5) Is it necessary I pay for the hotel online? As I would prefer to book and pay when I get there, would that reduce my chances of getting the visa?
Iam a banker currently earning N120k per month
Lastly its imp I go this year b4 dec cos my friend that I want to see would leave England by Dec and I would really love to see her she's the reason I rushed to get the visa in the 1st place.

All your help/ comments/ suggestions as to additional docs to get will be taking very seriously. As I do not want to be refused again.

Thanks as I expect a reply
Justwise and Naiko have said it.
And actually (with no intention of arrogance), i did smile when i read the N350k because, it is near impossible to get a visa with this amount as supportive finance, in fact, your money will reduce to N300k by the time you are through with the failed application.
Your job and salary are impressive enough to represent your obligation or ties to return to Nigeria for, but your savings is a major problem. And (for reason of your job) the Visa Officer can be satisfied that you have something to return to Nigeria for, i will recommend that you give yourself some time until your savings get to N800K and apply again in due time. Cheers

Note: Even N800k is questionable, but the virtue of your job can be taken into consideration; the Visa Officer knows that no normal person would quit his bank job in Nigeria and become an illegal resident in the UK

Unless you seek asylum and your application is successful (even though your chance is less than 5%), this action will greatly affect your travel history thus having a long term negative effect on your future travel: you may face a ban and the severity would depend on how you remove yourself or get removed from the UK

I applied for a 2 year UK visa 3 weeks ago. It is the third time I am applying (I have been granted visa twice).
I have emailed the VFS office but they said my passport has been forwarded to UPS, on the 17th of July. The curious thing is that the tracking number is invalid.
...and I am yet to receive the passport two days after.
Has anyone had this experience before?

Chuks84: Hello vicjustice, I intend to go to the uk for my masters. I have paid the required deposit of 3000 pounds. I intend to use a letter from a company stating that it will take care of my fees and living costs for my visa application. I will also produce a bank statement showing that the firm has enough funds to sponsor my Msc programme. Will this be acceptable?
It would be acceptable if the firm is indeed connected to your study, and you must demonstrate the benefit that the company will get from your education.
As much as i like to believe that your intentions are genuine, i also like to warn you of the risk involved in applying deceptive measures or giving misinformation: avoid the 10 years ban.

Am planing to go 24th of Aug and return 7th of September, but in my application i wrote 16th july to return 23rd july.

What are the things i need to do, so has not be bounce back when i get there? Am planning to book for 13night stay in hotel and also book for car rent to pick me from the Airport to the hotel.

Guys! kindly help and suggest what i need to do more to scale through the entry clearance.

Thanks. You guys are the best
The (arrival and departure) dates that you gave during your application is merely for estimation or for an idea of your duration of stay: therefore, it is susceptible to changes or amendments, and the statutory privileges of the visa is not affected except your arrival and departure date does not correspond with the given accommodation details.
So, what you should be more careful about is your accommodation details, whether hotel or private, make sure the duration of stay corresponds with your arrival and departure dates.
Trust me, most travellers do not make the travel on the dates that they gave during visa application. You are fine to travel at any time, but avoid travelling toward the expiration of the visa otherwise, the immigration officers would be concerned that you don't intend to return to Nigeria

The error is trivial, it could be overlooked, but a stringent visa officer could pick this as an issue to determine your knowledge about your host-to-be. But you would get away with it if you deserve the visa, this issue would only come up if there are other things to question about your application
Hi Vic.. pls i have this issue and don't knw how to go about I applied for uk visiting visa twice last year and i was refuse basically on becaus i did not submit any documents on my part except my sponsor (an oyinbo i met online)I submitted his banks statement, invitation, utility, work letter and every documents require frm a sponsor but submit nothing on my side because i was a novice and that is the first time i was applying for a visa to visit a country and state on the visitor form that i am not working which is true then as i just finish my nd and don't have any work or any reasonable bank account.
Yeas, this is extremely naive cheesy grin
So now i want to apply again to go to Uk because my situation as change now as i now have work, apartment, car, a land and reasonable bank account n can show evidence am owner of all this and another sponsor again (another white person which i met in nigeria)
It is OK for your romance partner to invite you and provide accommodation and other reasonable supports such as accommodation details and welfare, but i do not encourage you to apply for a visa under the sponsorship of a total or partial stranger, you are an adult and you are travelling to the UK for pleasure, therefore, you are expected (by requirement) to be responsible for the expenditures of your trips, and you must be accountable for yourself by the terms and conditions of the visa policies: Please, refer to the original posts and learn how you can be sponsored and by whom.
but don't know how to go about it as i have 2 refusal on my passport
The only reason that any fresh application would be decided on the basis of previous application is if you involved fraud or misleading information in the past, otherwise, your new application will be treated in its own merit even though the reasons for those previous refusals will be considered.
Bear in mind that it is a silly thing to get a new passport (because the existing one has refusal stamps), it would be OK if you are applying for a visa to another country that does not share immigration intelligence or correspond with the other. but some silly people go for new passports and yet return to the same embassy that retains details of the previous one. So, do not go for a new passport because, if you do, your action will be seen as illusive attempt which will subject you to more scrutiny to the jeopardy of your application: Know that an applicant with multiple refusal stamps in his passport has a better chance than the one who comes with a fresh passport every time he applies for a visa
and have not travel to any other country before nor apply for any other visa apart from that so pls give me genuine advise as if am your younger sister and what i should do to apply this time to make my application successful
Travel history may be of advantage, but it is not a necessity, and not all countries that you travel to that helps in your chance, the quality of the countries is what matters, and yet, there is always a first time in everything

Malthuss: Thanks a lot vicjustice for ur prompt response. Please a few more questions if you don't mind. By alerting the authorities do you mean writing to them and if so where do I write to, the home office in the UK or the embassy in Naija. Thanks a lot
The embassy has little or no power to make decision in a situation of this nature, the rulings have to come from the Home Office. I don't live in the UK, I am in Ireland, and if you were here, i would have recommended that you first visit your Local Immigration Office and then write a formal letter directing it to the Family Re-union section/department of the Ministry Of Justice (which is the equivalent to the Home Office in the UK).
Honestly, this might be time consuming since these offices are very slow to act as they would sluggishly and lazily want to exhaust every avenue before deciding that your kids are indeed deserving the visas.
To save you the stress, i like to suggest that your wife ignores her current visa and make a fresh application with her current circumstance, she may be given the visa quicker than it would take you to incorporate your children into the existing scene; and besides, it is ok for her to reapply while you act on rectifying the current situation: it is not illegal to do both
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice: 1:33pm On Jul 12, 2012
Malthuss: Hello vicjustice
Yes we informed the entry officer on the application form that she was pregnant. We also notified them of the expected date of delivery.
So what do we have to do now, return the visa given and make a fresh application? Please advice . Thanks
Good if they were aware of her pregnancy; now, they should be notified of the births as well because: the visa that was issued to your wife does not cover the infants, the Authority will either require your wife to make a fresh application or they would have to make some formalities in order to recognise the eligibility of your kids.
The reason that they would be taking these measures is because of your citizenship rights which automatically qualifies your children as UK citizens otherwise (in the event of an ordinary Visa applicant), the visa would be cancelled with no reserve.
As for what you should do now, you just need to report the births to the Authority, and let them proceed with the Paper-Works and treat your case according to your circumstance: your wife just have to be patient until the kids are cleared to travel with her.

Malthuss: Hello house,

I have a general inquiry for which i have not been able to get a direct answer. Maybe u guys can help. embarassed
I am a British citizen and I applied for my wife to join me in the UK. The application was made while my wife was pregnant. Her application was processed and the visa was issued in early June. Since the issue of the visa, my wife put to bed(twins)in Naija middle of June.

My question is what is the situation regarding the twins visa, am i looking at a new application altogether? can they be added to my wife's passport as they are infants (3 weeks old). Will they cancel the current visa issued to my wife expecting an application with details of the dependents.
Please those in the know kindly help
Thanks
First of all, I like to congratulate you for the twin births.
Now, be warned that it is considered a deception for a pregnant woman to apply for a visa without advising the Visa Officer of her condition. Anyway, the visa issued to your wife is still valid, if the authority is unaware that she now has children: and if she is travelling alone. But if they are aware of the births, then it is subject to be cancelled due to change of circumstance. The onus is on you and her to report the change of circumstance to the authority otherwise it would be judged that she was deceptive: and besides, she may pass through a lot of obstacles in trying to bring the babies to you in the UK in future.
Did she advise the Visa Officer that she was pregnant?

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice:
prayerful: Good morning everyone..

I'm a recent member to this forum (which I must commend for the relevant information/ advice given)

I came across this via google last night as I searched for info relating to applying for a Uk tourist Visa..

My story goes thus:

In sep 2007, I traveled to England for my Masters degree and graduated in dec 2008, in the same month, I got the Post Study Work Visa which is valid for 2 years.

But I moved back to Lagos in 2009 as I got a good job offer (back at the office where I initially worked before I went to school.. It was an advance in level/ salary)

Its an Oil n Gas company. In 2010, payment of staff salaries became irregular, some times up to 3 months before we get paid, sometimes when payment is made, its half of the salary.. On my employment letter/ contract, I earn 381,00 after tax n pension deduction.

Anyway, due to this situation, I became reactive in order to make up for unpaid wages. I sell brazilian jewelry n when I travel to the Sttates, I bring things back to sell (but this is not a registered business, just something to keep me going)

Now I've decided that I want to apply for a Uk tourist visa.. First thing, Is it ok to use my personal bank statement instead of salary account as inflows there are irregular and I don't want it to seem as if my Coy's having issues n I wanna leave the country.

Also, please could you explain what you mean by money lodgment? Cos I deposit/ make transfers from my savings to my current account (same bank) monthly, (usually a total of 200k- 250k each month as payment from what I sell)

Also, is it ok to use 3 months bank statement? I ask this cos I'd be travelling to Ny at the end of July to be back in August (hence, my account balance would reduce). The period of the Statement would be from Sep- Nov as I want to apply in Dec so I can go to England in Jan 2013.

I'd appreciate a response+ any relevant advice.

Thanks
If you deposited lump sum of money into an account that apparently stood in isolation for the purpose of applying for a visa, that is Money-Lodgement. But if you deposit money as a routine practice in sequence, then, that is fine provided the sources is verifiable. From your post, i understand that the deposits that you make is more or less a serial arrangement in which your savings follow in logical order or a recurrent pattern: so, that should be fine.
And although, it is a standard rule for bank statement to have 6 months transaction details, but it is not a necessity, you can do with 3 months if the transaction details in it is comprehensive enough; but i must warn you that some unreasonable visa officer could be silly enough to use this as an excuse to refuse your application
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice:
opsy4real1: Hello roomies,
please I need your opinion on my case.. I applied for UK student visa in 2007 and I was refused.....I wasnt given the right to appeal.. then in 2008 I reapplied again and also was refused...Now am intending to apply for a visit visa and am afraid if the past refusals would not affect my application on different category this time around. As at the time I applied for the student visas, I was unemployed and now i suppose my circumstances have changed and want to know if the past refusals would not be visited to affect me this time.

Kindly go thru this refusal notice....
The first Refusal:
The Entry Clearance Officer’s reasons and supporting evidence
In support of your application, you have submitted an Oceanic Bank statement. As a result of checks made by this office with Oceanic Bank, I am satisfied to a high degree of probability that this document is not genuine. The production of such documents undermines the credibility of the application and causes me to doubt your true motivation for this visit. In the light of this, I am not satisfied you are genuinely seeking entry to the UK as a visitor for a period not exceeding six months as required by Paragraph 41 (I) of HC 395. Nor am I satisfied you intend to leave the UK at the end of the visit as stated by you and as required by Paragraph 41 (ii) of HC 395.
The cost of your tuition, maintenance and accommodation is to be borne by your sponsor. Funding your education will impose an additional financial burden upon him and I am not satisfied that this increased financial outlay is commensurate with his current economic circumstances and that such funds will actually be available to you in the United Kingdom. Therefore I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you are able to meet the cost of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds. Paragraph 57 (vi) of HC 395.
The educational establishment in the UK has stated that the costs of your tuition fees are 1,170GBP. British Council guidelines suggest students require between 5,500GBP and 7,500GBP covering a nine-month academic year for maintenance and living expenses in the UK and his assessment is based upon 2004 prices. This brings the total cost of your studies in the UK for one academic year to 6,600GBP. Your sponsor’s financial documents do not satisfactorily confirm that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of your studies in the UK and adequately maintain and accommodate yourself whilst there. Furthermore, I do not find it credible that your sponsor is willing to exhaust all of their savings to finance your studies in the UK. You have not satisfactorily demonstrated that such expenditure is commensurate to any benefits to be gained by your sponsor in doing so. Paragraph 57 (vi) of HC 395.

The second refusal.....2008

The Entry Clearance Officer’s reasons and supporting evidence
The UKBA provides information to visa applicants about the types of documents they will be required to produce so that they can demonstrate to the visa officer that they meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules. We advise applicants that the failure to submit such documentation may result in refusal of the application. This decision has been made on the basis of the evidence you have supplied. The onus is on the applicants to demonstrate that they meet the requirements of the relevant rules.
*You have declared that the information you have provided is complete and true to the best of your knowledge.
You say that you wish to go to the UK to pursue an MSC at London school of economics
You are unemployed. You already have a degree in economicsfrom 2005 and yet you have failed to secure any employment. You have failed to submit any evidence of your own financial circumstances. In an overall assessment of the credibility of the application, I am not satisfied the cost of these studies is proportionate to your current economic circumstances or that there are advantages you might derive from this course of study. I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities that you intend to follow the course. (Para 57 (ii))
Your application also falls to be refused under paragraph 320(7A) of the Immigration Rules:
Where false representations have been made or false documents have been submitted (whether or not material to the application, and whether or not to the applicant’s knowledge), or material facts have not been disclosed, in relation to the application.
You state that the cost of your tuition, maintenance and accommodation is to be borne by your uncle Mr. Ajala Oluwadamilola. As evidence of his means you have submitted two vehicle ‘Proof of Ownership’ certificates. As a result of checks made by this office (detailed in a document verification report), I am satisfied, to a high degree of probability, that this document is not genuine. The production of such documents undermines the credibility of the application and causes me to doubt your intentions in the U.K. In the light of this, I am not satisfied you intend to follow your proposed course of study in the UK. This further leads me to doubt you will ultimately leave the UK at the end of your proposed course of study in the UK. Paragraph 57(vi)
Following careful consideration of the documentary evidence provided, a am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you are able to meet the cost of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to full time employment or public funds as required by Paragraph 57(viii).
Your right of appeal
You are entitled to appeal against this decision under section 82(1) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002. If you wish to appeal you should complete appeal form AIT-2, a copy of which will be given to you with this notice. A guidance leaflet is also enclosed which explains what to do.

Although I was not banned and now i wish to apply after 3 years of my last application ...hope I stand a chance cos I want o apply towards the olympics game.

If am able to provide my employment details and evidence of finances...I hope there wont be problems..Please kindly help wwith your candid advice
What gave you the impression that you were not banned, or are you expecting the visa officer to tell it to your face?

The economic or social situations in Nigeria is not something unknown of, so, it would not be a big problem if you admit to the fact that you have been doing nothing but seeking a job; and that due to the fact that you have been unsuccessful in your job hunt, you thought it wise to further educate yourself so that you may have better chance in future. This is just my recommendation, you may following your own opinion

olapo: Please advice me, I am an adult and I want to attend a wedding in UK with my parents and 4 other family members. My dad is my sponsor as I do not work now, I have my personal savings as well , I have about 700k in my account, I have an invitation for the wedding and I will be submitting my application next week cos the wedding is coming up in August, what documents do you think I should take along and do you think I stand a chance of getting a visa. I got married recently but my husband works in another African country and he doesn't have an account here , do you think I should fill the application as married or as single.
But judging from your personal circumstances, in your own opinion, do you really think you meet the requirement for Tourist/Visit visa?

Well, i always have these to say about Ukraine
Anyway, I always have this to say about Ukraine:
Just take these measures into account:
*Be prepared to always watch your back whenever a person walks behind you as the Skin-Head racists there are extremely physical and can attack you with deadly force.
* Always make sure you don't walk alone at night or in an empty street during day time.
* Always make sure you're fit and athletic enough to enable you run fast for your life whenever you're being chased in the streets by their Skin-Head racists.
* Prepare yourself to always elude banana missiles that are thrown anonymously at you in the streets through upstair windows.
* Be prepared to get familiar with the "Hail Hitler" salute, and also with the name "Makaka" (Russian word for Monkey) without protest as protesting them may cost you blood.
* You'd learn to be appreciative whenever someone says to your face "Go home Nigger" or calls you "Makaka" because, the same person could have shot or stabbed you and ran away.
* Be prepared to be mockingly offered bananas occasionally, and know that you won't have any police to report the abuses to as there is no law in place against racism in Ukraine.
* Ensure that you have enough funding from Nigeria to maintain yourself as you would never find a job how much more to talk about its poor wages ranging from 754 to 900 Ukrainian Hryvnia (about 70 to 85 Euros) a month.
* Be prepared to sometimes sleep in extremely cold room during their biting winter as you might find it difficult to pay for the Soviet style central heater.
* Be prepared to study in an ancient Greek style alphabets
* Bear in mind that your education certificate will not be recognised in EU countries as you will definitely have to upgrade.
* Bear in mind that you would have to return to Nigeria as soon as you finished your education because, you would not like to become a wayward person like many stranded and frustrated Nigerians before you.
* An unfortunately, you are a woman, the only positive thing that i reckon about them is irrelevant to you: Ukraine has some of the most beautiful women in the world: tall, slim, blonde, blue-eyed sexy girls who crave for black guys that's if you like white girls
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice:
vixen007: Hello guys, pls I need some help before applying for my Uk visa. I got invited to the UK by my son's Godparents who are also my dear friends, my son is presently on his summer holiday from school and I own a nail salon business which I opened 1st of feb but it isn't registered and I paid my tax to my local govermentfor this year already.
Honestly, i wonder how you pay tax on a business that is not on papers.
Well, such (unregistered business) can not be accepted as a supporting factor for your application, you can not use a verbal declaration of your business, it needs documentations

vixen007: As a single mum I get child support from my ex but not all is reflected in my account.
Again, verbal declaration can not be compensate for an actual document. But do you really think that child support payment has something significant to do with your visa application?

vixen007: I have some money in my account and can still build my account, plus my friends are willing to sponsor our trip.
Dear, believe me, Visa Officers have heard every story in the book and i don't think they have ever given visas to adults whose "FRIENDS are willing to sponsor" their trips.
Please, go through the thread on this link for this query:

https://www.nairaland.com/967110/main-reasons-many-refused-visas

vixen007: Can I present my savings account and my tax receipt even though its in my business name?
But i thought you said your business is not registered, how then you have tax receipts in its name?
I expect you are here for advice or recommendation and not encouragement because, if what you want is encouragement, then, i am the wrong person to persuade you into applying for a visa that you can not get. But if you want a honest assessment of your intended visa application outcome based on your circumstances, then, allow me to freely contribute my mind without fear of offence.
I believe that you already suspect that you can neither get a visa by your circumstances alone nor would you get the visa by your friends sponsorship alone; this is why hence you are combining the two means together. And to be honest, even at that, you still don't stand much of a chance because, you are way short of the requirements.

vixen007: I dnt have a business account yet. Would it contradict?
You do not need a business account if you are applying for a Tourist/Visit visa because, you are travelling for pleasure and not for official purpose

vixen007: Also what documents does my son need to accompany ♍ƺ? Would getting a letter from my son's school and paying his feesfor the coming term prove that we have ties in Nigeria and would be coming back after our visit? I have appliedfor a visa in 2007 and was turned down, I admit I made a lot of errors, now I want to do it right so pls help ♍ƺ. Thanks
I'm afraid your son's academical ties can not compensate for your own obligations, everyone knows that it is easier and more convenient for a minor to study abroad than to school in Nigeria: so, what stops the Visa Officer from suspecting that you would seek asylum and have your son study for free in the UK?

justwise: You are walking towards another refusal, only if you are ready to explain where that 600k came from with paper. evidence
Exactly, and I wonder why some people still don't understand this
TravelRe: Ever Been Aboard A Plane That Seems To Crash??? Share Your Experience. by Vicjustice:
Slizbeat: In the month of july 2009, i was aboard an Egyptair flight from Nigeria to the UAE. I was a first timer then but fear gripted the whole passenger when it was announced that the plane was loosing height after barely 3hrs+ on air(those of you who knows the time of flight to the UAE is 6hrs plus 3hrs for GMT=9hrs in all) due to some indications that air was entering the plane due to maybe a place unclosed. Behold it was true, the emergency exit was kicked open by a guy who the crew members and Air marshal suspected to be have swallowed some raps of drugs and maybe a rap had opened in his stomach making him to react. Mehn it wasnt easy for me as i started thinking East and west like
1. Ma grandpapa, neither ma own papa die for crash.
2. I never marry talkless of to born as God say make we come world come multiply.
3. Na ma 1st time, why i go just die like that?
4. After all the school wey i don go as at then, so na like that i go just die? e.t.c
Thank God the crew members used pilows to cover the exit and we managed to land safely at Egypt where we stayed a day before furthering our journey, though the guy was arrested on landing and taken to the Nigerian Embassey for further processes. A lady couldnt even walk after landing so she was brought down with a wheelchair. But i no go lie, egyptians treat us well o0, mehn see dinner na, 9ja no dey carry last na. The kind tin wey me chop ehcheesy, Share ur experience nlanders as una travel pass.

The story is questionable:
You can't kick open an emergency door, there is a mechanism that places it in the lock position, and it needs to be properly operated to open it.
The plane would not loose altitude if a cabin door is opened, what would have happened is, the plane would loss its cabin pressure and that would trigger the release of emergency oxygen masks
And because the oxygen mask can only sustain for 20 minutes, the pilots would have to descend to lower altitude where the air is thicker with richer oxygen
Yet, this incident (as frightening as it might seem) is definitely not enough to bring down a plane, and if all of the things that i mentioned wasn't observed, then, the story is exaggerated
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice:
ololo12: @Vicjustice and Justwise.

Thanks for the good job you're doing on here. Just a quick question.

I applied for the first time ever, UK visa on the 3rd of March this year and got refused on the ground that I did not show prove of the amount in my bank account, with supporting documents like Payslip and tax clearance. I only included Tax clearance but did not include payslip. So I reapplied again with the required supporting documents asked of me. I got refused again on the ground that I said in my application that I earn 120k, and traveling to the UK 450k, including Ticket fare. Wwhich means I am going to be using all the funds in my account to travel to the UK, so therefore they are not convince that I am going to come back and on the probability of blah lah blah blah blah they have refused me entry into the UK. I have no clue why I was denied again. Could it be because I have a virgin passport, I don't know. Could you shed more light as to why I was refused bro?? Because of this I have sworn I am never going to reapply for UK visa, I am going to try US next year
Your query was treated in this thread:
https://www.nairaland.com/967110/main-reasons-many-refused-visas
Well, N120K is a good salary by Nigerian standard, you definitely have no issue with that. Although, i have no idea of how much money that was displayed in your bank statement, but i have reasons to suspect that you have relatively poor balance hence the Visa Officer was not satisfied that you are willing to spend 450K for a trip to the UK.
Bear in mind that Visa Officers can not trust your intention to return to Nigeria if they observe that your trip would badly affect your life savings: Now, know that the mentioned N450K would barely be enough to sustain you for the trip, and yet you were refused on suspicion that you can't afford it... this is the problem i see here.
Now, do not worry about your salary (it is impressive enough), but focus on how to improve your savings. You need to satisfy the Visa Officer that you have good enough money to sustain you after your trip:
NOTE: Not only the UK embassy, also, every normal embassy may find it difficult to approve a visa for you and as harsh as this would seem. i must warn you that YOU CAN'T GET A VISA UNLESS YOUR FINANCIAL SITUATION IMPROVES ABOUT 3 FOLDS
