you can then fill in N450,000 on the form.i did a similar thing for my wife and kids last summer.similarly for my wife this july for our 2 year renewals.
it is not expected that a student works in nigeria so you having 450k may be suspicious except if you are a mature student above 30 years of age.
also pick up a letter from your dean of student affairs and your HOD.

emmanuelson20: Good Evening Everyone, i have a friend who got an admission to study in the US & every other documents needed for a visa interview are ready but to his surprise, he couldn't get an appointment interview date for the past few weeks. Although, i advised he should defer his studies till spring, but he said deferring will nullify the Partial Scholarship granted as rightly stated in his I-20 form & e-mailed by the director of international programs. Its obvious his chances of getting a date is very slim, but we are hoping for a miracle. Please house, your assistance is highly needed in the area of getting him a date preferrably 17 Aug-22 Aug. NB: As a trades skilled professional you do not need to be a university graduate. The work requirement is for you to have a minimum of secondary school education and also for you to have undergone an apprenticeship or work experience in that trade or undergone training for a minimum of 3years. This applies to skill trades like welders,plumbers and so on

justwise: Whoever want to buy ticket should us the airline's website, if there is sales you will see it there, it works for me, sometimes cheap ticket pops up just days before you travel, agent will not sale cheaper than the airline.

Please..I am a carpenter, and I went to don bosco vocational school in my ondo state to learn capentry.
I am interested in going to Canada to undergo training that can set me apart from other carpenters in Nigeria as most don't have certificate to back up the work.
I already applied to monhawk college in Ontario fo apprenticeship certificate.
I attended university of ilorin but didn't comlete my degree due to some problem.
I just set up my carpentry company here in Nigeria about a year ago.
Finance is not a problem.
But my real concern is what will Vo @ the Canada embassy will think of me going for apprenticeship training as major Nigerians go for bsc and masters....do you think I have a chance

The first denial was due to my inability to proof the fundsin my account with supporting documents like payslip and tax clearance(01-03-2012), I reapplied again on 03-05-2012 with 450k in my account, and the required documentation, I was refused on the grounds that I am taking more money than I can afford for the trip. Now I've lodged enough sum in my acct and want re-apply next month. I'll like to know my chances of getting the visa this time around!

Its most likely Naija would come back home with no medal to show for her participation.The Olympics so far has been quite heart-breaking for Nigerians all over the world considering the power of sports as the greatest unifying factor in Nigeria. This is the period the nation needs sporting men and women who can help inspire the country given the present discord and brouhaha all over the country but here we are all but completely despondent.

For our abysmal performance so far, all the tirade should go to our sports administrators. They have all but killed sports in the country all in the name of short-circuited vision and corruption. A country of about 167m people and that claims to be Africa Super Power though on paper, what a massive shame!

I am so sure after this Olympics,our sports administrators would tell us all, back to the drawing board,a common cliche that has held the country captive.

Its indeed a pity!We cannot get things right with our present attitude of 'God dey' where as we are not godly in deeds.

prisca1: i was just refused a family visa with my son,because i didn't add my personal salary statement but i added my husband's statement with larger deposites and no evidence to support them. my husband has a part time job which earns him that deposits and he has invoices to back them, i aslo have a personal bank statement but the money is not too much. do u think i should re- apply or appeal am not in a hurry to travel

I already filled my form just that the area of my NI I filled the ni number but was asked why I applied for the N.I (during my previous visit 2 UK as student) which am thinking of an appropriate reasons to give even since ii believe my uncle sponsored me and applying for NI won't it mean anything though I only worked with the N.I for a week during sch hols.
