These words have partially succeeded in eroding what we used to know as RIGHT and WRONG. To a lot of people, you are JUDGEMENTAL when you apply the rules of right and wrong. I wonder why Christians support gay marriages. they claim Jesus never condemned homosexuals for once. But when defining marriage Jesus said, man shall leave his parent and cling to his wife, two shall become one. he didn't say, 'Pharisees wait o, that one is for heterosexual. the gay Jewish community can also do the same by marrying the same sex and becoming one'. That's one way to show that homosexuality isn't right. no one is horrible because they sin but that doesn't make sinning ok. there are nice gays with good intentions and hearts but that doesn't make homosexuality right. there are nice people who steal, kill, fornicate, accuse falsely but that doesn't make what they do ok. We need to die to self and kill the flesh. Christians shouldn't get soft towards unrighteousness. Jesus said, if any part of your body will hinder your path to heaven cut it off.
Naturally we love sin and the Bible says many have sinned and come short.......but shall we continue in sin for grace to abound? Homosexuality is a sin like fornication, adultery and the likes, it isn't different.

When you die in Christ, you resurrect and all you do in heaven is give praise to God not busying yourself interceding for humans. The same Jesus is the mediator between God and man, not the saints or even the Blessed Mary.

Nothing like purgatory. those Catholics like confusing themselves, that's why you see some of them drinking to stupor in their meetings and doing things that contradicts the doctrines of the Bible. they make themselves believe they can sin till they die and get corrected in purgatory before entering heaven. They are good for being united in the wrong set of doctrines and being blinded by it. better correct most of the dirty doctrines prevalent in your denomination before your behinds land in hades.

How are you so sure she's in Heaven? Has your pope been there? We are to intercede as believers (not only pastors) for believers like us and unbelievers. And the bible doesn't tell us to ask the dead for help in anyway. better stick to what the Bible says than some far fetched doctrines that have no biblical backing.

ravgach: This is laughable! If you do not want to be a Christian, I think it is optional. It will not serve any good purpose for you, if you try to hide under any guise to be disobedient to God's laws. It will be better that you are set out to be openly known to be God's enemy than pretending to be his child and in the end be an enemy. The word of God is for all people in all generations. The word does not discriminate on the account of geographic location or nationality. It is universal! It is a deception of the devil to think the way you are. May the Lord help us understand His Word.

ravgach: The Church one attends does not matter. One can be one of the disciples of Jesus in the mold of Judas Iscariot. Upholding the true word of God is the most essential thing not the church you attend. Infact many of these churches that teach error today broke out of 'good' churches.

It's so hurtful to see fellow Christians ignorant of the truth. this doctrine is one in which you can choose to adhere to or not cause Paul said that in vs. 16 of that chapter. Some Christians have got issues renewing their minds and that is so sick. Ignorance is the canker worm eating the body of Christ and the only medication is for us to renew our minds. Most of the people against those who uncover are those Christians I view as short sighted.

If you check the reasons behind Paul's stance, it was because of the Jewish societal norm then. It was only a prostitute that could go out with the head uncovered. I am not a Jew and I don't live in their society, I am a gentile and that doctrine doesn't apply to me.

Catholics are just so tough to convince, they believe their mode of worship is impeccable which is not. I believe they're operating on a faulty doctrinal foundation. When Jesus taught the disciples how to pray, He never mentioned Mary or the prophets or the saints. no where under the new covenant are we asked to use aids or carve images or worship dead creatures. Given the example of Joshua, that was in the OT, the old covenant, you better drop it an embrace the new cause they are totally different. you cant pour new wine into an old wine skin and vice versa, the result you all know. Some say the rosary causes miracles to happen, I had a friend who said, "you don't know how many times the rosary has saved me", such heretical belief causes me to wonder. they also claim Mary helps deliver their messages to Jesus, deceit at its peak. and when pastors pray for us, they intercede which is fully backed by the Bible. And the images they make is just out of it, what then makes Christians different from idolatrous heathens?
