Thank you so much for shedding light on this! I'm deeply sorry about your brother and I pray he is in a better place now. You obviously went through a lot in that house and we should be thanking God that it is a thing of the past now.
You see, that is why I hate moving from place to place because you just don't know what you'll be facing anywhere you move to. I just maintain my stay where I currently am right now and I pray, the landlord is OK tho, everyone minds his own business in the compound, no pressure...Eventhough I know I have to pray more because anytime I pray, everything seems to get clearer and easier...One truly has to pray very well constantly anywhere we find ourselves coz we live in a cruel world now. I pray God blesses us well so we can all build our own houses and live there in the nearest future. Thank you once again for sharing! I learnt from your experience.

When they can't get you, they increase rent, cowards. This one increased my rent on the 15th, and gave me the end of same month to pay up. I did. Only for his wife to send their asslicker to ask me to lend them 5k a day after because they had an accident and needs to make deposit. Rubbish

That's how they behave. Very evil lots.
One thing I thank God for, is we cannot be tenant forever and change is always constant. They feel they are minigods, no problem.
All those evil landlords, one day their cup go full in Jesus name Amen.

The only advise I can give, before packing into a rented house. Let prayer warriors come and pray in the house. It will dismantle every evil thing the landlord must have dug in that house. Then always be prayerful.

I lost my jovial brother in the house through stroke due to his business collapse and my biz suffered a nose dive cos my clients were no longer seeing me at work, they were not satisfied seeing and having my workers attend to them. They need my prescence their but I need to be With my only brother! I can't divide myself into two!

And I needed to be by my brother's side at the hospital every day. So it affected my biz, my savings. I didn't know God back then.

When I realised as he was about getting better, he will then relapse again. More money was being spent. A Pastor I met on my way home from the hospital saw me and talked about Christ. I gave my life then to God, cos I was so confused, frustrated, as in I didn't get my bearing anymore.
After giving my life to Christ, I started praying in my apartment, that's when my landlord got irritated and said they've increased the rent.
I was like what?

Landlord u know what's going on with me and my brother. He's still. Lying down in the hospital with stroke and u talk of increase of rent.
He didn't hear my plea o. He later sent his lawyers to give me 6months notice if I can't pay the new rent.
By then my account was already red, have sold my car. I was even borrowing money to pay hospital bills and his drugs.

In a nutshell my prayers quickened the landlord moves in evicting me. Before the 6months elapsed my brother died in his sleep. It was as if, I was living dead. All my world came crashing down. No brother, no money, no car, have sold off some. Of my gadgets. And Landlord with his lawyer is breathing down my neck to pack.

That's where I said I had 4 cardiac arrest! On different occasions, I collapsed with a sharp pain piercing through my heart and my body cold from within. I thought my life was over but God in his infinite mercy woke me up.
4 times my heart shut down. 4 times it kicked again and I stood up.

I knew I had to leave the house before 6montbs elapsed
And I left hurriedly before they carry my dead body out of that house. My life first.


So just be close to God. And be prayerful. With constant prayers, your intuition will increase and your guardian angel will be close to you and show u signs when u want to rent a house or take any important step in life. It's either u will dislike it, no matter how fine it looks or u will feel odd about the place.
My brother, this life na prayer. Pray o! Pray! That's my advice.

I entered the compound rich, I left as poor as a church rat and even lost my only brother there.

Such a demonic man and house.

It took me 6years to recover after I ran out of his house. If not for God I would av died in that house.
