he probably not the enemy. Why would you have a friend and you are doing pretty fine but your friend is struggling with life and you aren't move to help him out? Are you sure he's your friend? If you didn't show interest in helping him and he asked you to help him out, i personally see no crime in asking. That's not entitlement. You're his friend. Unless you say NO to his request then it's normal for him to let you be and look elsewhere

Had this guy who I thought was my best friend, met him 2008 in secondary school, he got admitted into NDA in 2012 and immediately started processing for me to join him there, after my moms death in 2013 he and his family single-handedly bought and processed my admission into NDA and when I didn’t make the final list they made sure I tried again in 2015. Well, because if that single act of kindness (even when I never became an Officer) I felt I was indebted to him, I so loved him and was so loyal to him.
Problem started when he was dismissed from the academy in 2016, I started noticing this guy was mentally unstable and a very bad pervert, man wanted to sleep with any girl that came around me, manipulative, was a narcissist, I went through hell in that friendship but guess what, I would always defend him.
But thank God I have taken the bold step of walking away, I don’t owe him anything

Too bad. I guess it was the trauma of his dismissal from the Academy. Probably he wasn't such kind of a person. I sincerely feel for him despite i didn't know him. His future was ruined.

hmmmm, it's very rare for son of a poor man to mingle or associate with the cabals. Poor folks mostly move with themselves. Even those cabals do not want to associate with them. it's happening in private sector. A top shareholder in a private firm can fix you up without blinking an eye. They know obviously the person must have certificate to present hence, he/she is educated and teachable.

I will advise you do Wes evaluation (compulsory) and try writing GRE if possible. There are schools accepting HND certificate in US, most times they call it degree equivalent.

not all school accept or request for WES evaluation. Some school do not also need GRE.

it's really a sad experience. Don't forget this is Nigeria. That king can kill him if possible. The king might come for his family members. Those kind corrupt king are capable of doing that. Even the king too should not be left out. You collected money from the poor guy and refused to help out. Going by how Op described him. He has the power to fix him up even as a full staff. Any interview you attend and the outsourcing manager/ interviewer says he wouldn't condole nepotism and God fatherism. He won't forward the name of those who has someone but couldn't pass the aptitude test and interview. He wants a level playing ground at this stage. Just know you CAN NEVER get the job

The outsource manager was even honest by trying to be fair to all. Many will not say anything. You will just realised you didn't get the job. So many people don't even stressed themselves anymore in applying for jobs. They already know the outcome from the beginning

how did he lose guard biko? Someone applied for a job and get to the final stage. He did medical. They didn't call him to resume. Even those who did medical together, none of them resume work. It is normal for anyone in his shoe to act that way unless the person is not serious with life. That king is a thief. I believe he has the power to help Op get the job after all he get to the final stage and he has done medical. It's not like he's bringing him from no where. I wouldn't have say anything but since its NESTLE i have to say this. My friend has exact experience with NESTLE Nigeria around five years ago.

Infact, I was so annoyed when the guy incharge the process threatned his life for coming for resumption on the stated on the email he got.
I wanted to call the out after getting his pictures from his facebook and also write NESTLE headquarter but my friend his the type with soft balls and he said he don't want his name on media so it won't affect him later in life.

He later got the information that some ogas there changed their names with their own candidates that couldn't pass the exam.
