Jacuzzi in all rooms? seriously? |
There should be some fair stable price range that you could provide, enough to show people you mean business. This idea of "call me" to know the price is a little far fetched for a serious business man. |
kizito96:You're just a sad and disturbed fellow. |
I've always maintained that people must learn to draw their boundaries and be willing to enforce it. You have to let people understand that there are things you wouldn't tolerate not withstanding the relationship you've had with them in the past. |
It would probably help if you provided more information on your skills, what you were doing at your bank before getting laid off, what kind of job you are looking for at the moment and what you think you can offer a potential employer. |
dem even get aso ebi. . lmao. . .orisirisi. |
No son, don't you fret, we aint giving up yet -Violent! |
tkb417:No i don't. By the way, are you going this alone with only your capital involved? |
Don't do it, come back to IB! ![]() On a more serious note, i think what you've got going on is some pretty ambitious project that could either make or break you. The chances of the former far outweigh the possibilities of the latter and in my opinion, the only thing you may have to worry about is appropriate capital and skills, a management team you can rely on (not trust) and a good plan in place to protect your fields from "human" and natural pest. I wouldn't worry too much about natural pest tho, it's the "human" types that are more disturbing. Your clientele will naturally take care of itself, and if you can sufficiently produce enough at low cost, you may just establish another "dangote-ish" monopoly like market! |
@OP: Have you tried checking with your company to see if they are happy to sponsor any or part of your training? |
Thank God some of us too are able to go to Obodo Oyinbo and see white people liveThank you! |
we can do this all day, it will still boil down to you having to point out the legal clause which states this and the punishment for not doing so. Its backwards nonsense that should never be condoned. Why does everything have to come with some kind of legal precedence to make it either acceptable or not? are you listening to yourself at all? Must every daily life issues be backed by some kind of a legal clause? Should i have to resort to the constitution before asking my son to wash my car? |
While she is cooking, is there anything wrong in the husband doing the dishes? These things won't work for me. . . .but then, I'm speaking for just me. I'm not demanding that my wife must work to add to the family income, I see that as my primary responsibility and I'm happy to work my arse off to provide for her and the family the things they will never need. I wouldn't however include cleaning and cooking to those responsibilities, it just wouldn't work with me. |
KnowAll:Institutionalised witch-hunt? Excuse me, but this argument of yours will fall flat even if stacked up against several thousands of unreasonable logic. American Judicial system or not, a terror attack/attempt anywhere in the world is bound to be followed by a public baying for blood,. . . . If the government of Norway puts Anders Behring Breivik in a cage, thousands, if not millions will pay to have a view!. . same thing applied when the body of Ghaddaffi was put on display in in Libya! You can't rule out Public sentiments, it's the sole foundation for justice. It's the assurance people demand that their governments can keep them safe. This is not a circus, 300 families would have had their lives changed forever if this terrorist had succeeded. You can't blame them for howling for blood or Justice, it's why they have hope in the system in the first place and it's the same hope they had that stopped them from delivering Jungle Justice on the underwear bomber If you attempt to kill me unlawfully without success, i wouldn't sleep at night till i know you're are locked away forever or at best six feet below, this is no witch-hunting, it's pure cold Justice! |
Are People this dumb to realize there's no way in hell this story can be true? |
@Knowall If i follow your arguments closely, are you implying that the young man's admission of guilt to all charges is enough to make a case for insanity? Or are you implying that a good twisting of the ear is necessary in this case given that "the guy only plans to kill someone" but "hasn't necessarily killed someone"? From what I have read so far, he's being charged with some of the graviest allegations, one of which includes an attempt to wage war on against the United States of America. The fact that he hasn't succeeded in this attempt does not make him any less culpable for the crime. Under US laws, the motive, plan, and action is all that's needed to lock this young man away for ever, . If a man attempts to rob a bank and was caught in the process, you wouldn't really advocate that a good twisting of the ear should be enough after all he hasn't really robbed the bank, would you? |
justwise:All documents are seen and counted as official. As a matter of fact, the most important document in your application is your application form, because this is a property of the UKBA and it provides a complete representation of yourself to the agency. All other documents are considered supporting evidence, if anything, you will expect that the agency will place more weight on the accuracy of the information submitted on the application forms. Your supporting documents will only be checked for genuineness and relevance. In this case, i will argue against the logic that an official will accept a misspell as genuine on your visa application form while the same would be taken serious enough to deny an applicant a visa if it were on a Waec result certificate. All documents submitted are considered as official documents, and minor inaccuracies will definitely be overlooked. If my middle name was spelt ending with a T in 20 other documents, it will be considered irresponsible and unprofessional for an ECO to deny my application based solely on the fact that my Waec result is missing that T. The UKBA isn't hoping that all applications will be completely devoid of human errors, so long as your documents are 100% genuine and you meet all requirement, you are more than likely safe. |
