This is a big milk factory. No need importing milk. Operation feed the nation. |
This is great deliverance. You better go to church and do thanksgiving ![]() |
Women give money 🤑 to women ke. It must be a miracle. Men are their community, mortgage, commercial, investment, central and world bank. You can add IMF ![]() |
@Treasure17 It's either Aminu or Kayode. One sided government. @me Which other name do you want? Is it emeka? You only reap where you sow. We Igbos hate tinubu and APC. Let's hate their appointments. |
Every Nigerian is so obsessed with the rate of dollar. The reason is because we are a consumption economy. Otherwise a higher dollar rate is good for a production economy. We only think of how to use petrodollar to import finished goods consume and live big. Are there no economic opportunities in a high exchange rate? |
They were there when the NASS budget was passed and the purchase of these cars were included. They voted for it. Why didn't you give guidelines abi nitio that they should reject and vote against such item. You want to start dancing in the sun pretending that you are different and better. Mtcheee |
@IreneChidi if there's one thing I'm certain this rubbish can never happen under Peter Obi. @me Why is it that our people are so brainwashed. The same thing that nnamdi kanu did and all of you believed that buhari was dead and one Yusuf from Sudan was ruling Nigeria. So if Peter Obi is the president he will control the budget of the national assembly. Mtcheee |
@Funkyswagzz Produce what exactly.. with which electricity now that the tarrif is even higher than ever. Even the loan they use to give is now a scarce commodity. Foreign companies are leaving due to high exchange rate. @me Excuse excuse excuse. Continue and the world is moving. |
@Acidosis What is direct tax and how do you make the payment to an entity that has no idea about where you live, what you do, the size of your family, your employer, etc.? @me What is direct tax? A tax that the payer of tax bears the tax burden directly. Where you live? Your details are all over the place e.g. account details, NIN, driver's license, passport details etc. Except you supplied fake information. What you do. The money that enters your account did it fall from the sky. It can be traced. Size of your family. Didn't you fill your details in the above identity that I mentioned? Your employer. The entity where you work is it not registered with CAC? It is the duty of a taxable person to obtain his form, supply his details to the relevant tax authority. Next question ![]() |
@fineboynl Child dedication. Should a child be deducted to a God or gods without their consent? In modern society there is nothing like child dedication, Similar to other form of child rituals and tribal mark. And These modern children are far ahead and better to all the children from regions where they still practice child dedication and other form of rituals during a new born child. Should not a child grow up and decide for themselves. Why does the parents have to dedicate the child to idols, tribal mark and or rituals. Most of this child grow up to be something else. I know its out of fear and protection due to many negative and religious beliefs but the regions that practice all of this for many years are still far behind and not any better. @me Are indians, Asians and Arabs all far behind? Colo mentality. |
@Beremx Charger prick ko, charger toto ni!! @me Bad girl. Stop spoiling young ones like us. |
@Fountainofyouth You see that "brick" ehn, people will turn that word to something else 😏. @me Na so so bad thing you dey think ![]() |
Refusal to pay direct tax. You can't try this in decent societies. |
This reminds me of Dr Awojobi of unilag. An engineering lecturer but represents himself in court and win cases. |
@Judolisco 2023 and our leaders are still fighting over primary and secondary school certificates and mumus are still cheering them.... A person that has been vice president for 8 yrs and a person that has been governor of a state for 8 yrs are busy fighting over primary and secondary school certificates.... Our mumu no 2 much for dis country!? @me My brother I wonder ooo. We have serious issues but we are busy chasing shadows. |
@kennyz247 Nigeria is on a time bomb with tinubu on the wheel... D earlier he resign, the better for Nigeria as a country.. @me People are talking of serious economic issue and you are busy talking politics. What is happening is a culmination of several years of planlessness, lack of foresight and reckless lifestyle by the entire nation. Even if you bring a magician we will still have to go through serious pains to turn things around. |
1Sharon ![]() @me You are laughing on this serious issue ![]() |
Jeon post I won't lie, those in marriage are regretting. This is what I always heard whenever I turned around. @me Regretting ko, lamentation ne. Don't mind them they don't want you to enjoy what they are enjoying. You know human beings once they enter the house of pleasure they lock door 🚪 permanently. |
Reference Why doesn't government start by a more efficient budget. Why doesn't it start by trimming its fats as an act of good faith. We have been talking about the cost of governance for decades. A nation this poor does not need a government this large. And I will continue to say this. The first casualties of a man that loses his job are his personal aides. He drives himself and cooks his food. He doesn't employ more helps. This government to the best of my knowledge has totally avoided the economic issue of the soaring cost of governance and if the citizens are saying there is a disproportionately high volume of resources going to government ( a government which bloats by the day) then there will be a serious flash point ahead. @me I support your assertion. |
When experts talk the ordinary people should listen. Our revenue to GDP ratio is very low. Our income tax to GDP ratio is very low. Why have we been having budget deficits. The answer is funding gap. The gap can only be filled with either loan, ways and means or taxation. We don't want further loan and ways and means therefore more taxes and alternative sources of revenue must be found. The lowest fruit is tax. A lot of people in the informal sector don't pay direct tax. A lot of rich Nigerians don't pay their true tax. How many Nigerians pay capital gains tax and capital transfer tax for all the properties that we sell? The era of petrodollar has gone that's why subsidy has to be removed. Our naira has been artificially overvalued because of petrodollar. Our productivity doesn't match our lifestyle. Recently the UK was looking for how to find money for some social needs. They decided to find it through increasing charges on immigrants. That's how governments are ran. Government must find money somewhere to fund provision of social needs. What we should be asking for should be reduction in cost of governance, corruption and optimal usage of resources. None of these will take the place of the above. Tough and unpopular decisions are required to win back our economy. People are busy wasting time on ordinary paper called certificate. I don't envy president BAT. |
This is japa packaged. Though done wrongly. Oga raise enough money for £20,000 tuition. Add living cost and apply for study visa. They will grant you visa. The UK are into business. They don't do bad business. This your package na bad business. |
While other parts of the country are trying to be inclusive and bring industries and development to their place my igbo brothers are busy hating, abusing and fighting. Afterwards we cry marginalisation. |
@saphiere If the country was working, all these nonsense story wouldn't spring up. This is a case of poor girls trying to survive in a country where even water is a luxury. This is a case of manslaughter. @me Saphi Saphi. I know that you will rise and defend your gender. Poor girls trying to survive through poki poki with the heart to kill a man. I thank my God that the virus will never catch me. |
@Beremx I hope the price of rice, milk and sardine will come down. @me It can't come down because the exchange rate is high. That's why they lifted the restriction. I know say na these ones you go ask. All these ajibo self ![]() |
@mikeapollo After destroying the naira with a useless ''floating market'' exchange rate ? A very clueless and incompetent government. @me Your naira was over valued before. The rate you enjoyed back then was artificial. What do you export to earn fx? Only crude oil. Are you producing enough to meet your fx needs? No. |
@Policewoman Phoolish Agbadorians. Can't they see that all certificates bear his 4 names? They must be arrested for defamation? @me Ah this Peter Obi na olodo. See his results. No wonder he went for philosophy. Is this the best my igbo nation can present? |
@aviara In about 6 months the naira has been devalued by 89%, businesses are shutting down and companies are downsizing. The inflation rate is so high such that alot of families can't feed. Poverty level and suffering in the country is on the increase. Of what use is forged statistical figures to the plight of the common man on the street? @me Your naira has all the while been overvalued. The value has never matched your production. Your exchange rate has been subsidized. Your energy has been subsidized. You have been living above your means. Now petrodollar is not coming enough and your population has been increasing. This is the reality of today. You ate your today yesterday. |
Very shameful. You sell a product. When the price increases you should be happy. But the reverse is the case for Nigeria. Result of bad governance for so many years. Unfortunately all the blame now go to the current occupant. |
@Blitzking U see why dollars can never be enough. @me My brother we all have been living subsidized life. Sell crude oil and import. People were hailing past governments. They believed that we were doing well. Matches and some of these things were produced in this country before. Before now Nigerian drugs ranked next to European drugs. Today all manufacturers import poor quality Asian products. People get rich faster through this. The result is fx scarcity because we are not selling enough crude oil and massive unemployment. When you import you create employment in the exporting country and creat unemployment in the importing country. Meanwhile our population is growing uncontrollably. People don't know what is ahead of us if we don't reform. Let them be talking of certificates. |
This request is no longer needed. It could have been worthwhile if it came before atiku's (Sadiq) expedition. Obi supported atiku (sorry Sadiq) to take it to the end. Therefore there's no need for BAT for supply all these. Whatever he supplies will not override what atiku got. Let the matter run it's true cause. BAT has good advisers. Let him ignore and continue his work while the law runs it's full course. They're worried that the man is not talking. Very good strategy. |
