China introduced COVID to the world IMO to create financial chaos, and undermine standard of living in the West and other places. So that their products basicly will be what most countries can be able to afford ultimately.

How many people globally, esp. Africa and indeed Nigeria, can afford Gadgets or Cars etc from US, Germany, Japan etc.

Simply, China is pushing out Western companies and facilities from all these countries currently.

The Russian war with Ukraine was geared by Putin to escalate the global financial crisis IMO, and further reduce the economic strength and influence of the West.

Both Partners, China & Russia, are systematically countries to their block form a global siege and influence against the Western powers. It's working indeed. .

It would interest you to know that some of us worked with or under some of the key figures in this government. So we have first hand knowledge of their capabilities outside politics.
Have you not noticed that some knowledgeable persons that were in opposition during the election and even helped to package some front line opposition figures have not been publicly criticizing this government's economic policies. They know the truth and the key figures in this government are their professional friends.

It could turn out to be. Past presidents hardly reshuffle cabinet within first one year in office. He touches areas that past leaders wouldn't. Taking hard decisions. Look at his focus on gas. Student loan. Consumer credit. Regional development. Charge to nnpc to romp up crude production. Subsidy removal on PMS and fx. Even his haters agree behind the scene that he's very courageous. Past presidents will not touch all these because it could cost them re-election.

I thought a serious reshuffle is one that requires the appointment of a substantive Minister for Petroleum and sack of the FCT Minister for overheating the polity with his public fisticuffs with a sitting gov. I don't think that level of indiscipline has ever been shown by any government functionary since this republic began.
What the hell is Ministry of Regional Development in a federal state? Is the FG going to now supervise the "development" of each region?
It seems there are now more Ministers of state than substantive Ministers and the ironic thing is that the oil producing Niger Delta no longer has a ministry but cows now have a ministry and a full fledged Minister to booth!!
Mind you Niger Delta is not South South. There are states from SW and SE in Niger Delta commission

1. How can someone earning #100k - that is #1.2m per annum be paying rent of #650 - 800k? That's a mismatch.

2. Your rent shouldn't take more than 15 - 20% of your income.

3. Don't wait until payment period is very close before saving.

4. If your rent is as high as you stated either you change your accommodation to what you can afford or you diversify your sources of income.

5 At the earliest opportunity start planning on how to own your own property. Start small - half or quarter plot. Remote places where land is cheap. Is it possible? Yes. If the Yoruba mama that sells pepper can use ajor to do it you can also.

I believe in BAT's policy because I believe that this is what we need. A forecast is mere estimate. The actual result is what matters. Even when you get the actual result you must do variance analysis to determine why results are equal to forecast, lower than forecast or higher than forecast.
