Dey there dey fool yourself. She wants husband. |
The man. The lady appears ready. |
@1Sharon Women with arms like this can cook well. @me Gbam. Shebi they said that the way to a man's heart is food. She go see market collect. |
@Kingspin Imagine. This is the government that INEC would have denied Abians. @me Where is he getting the money from? Removal of subsidy. He has more federal allocation. The man that made that decision is abused. |
@accordadoga26 Hehehehe Her toto go don turn borehole. @me You are a woman. Can't you pity your gender? ![]() |
@coleon You see zombies like you deserve to be taken to the market square to beat your brain off zombiesm. What policy reform has Tinubu put in place that made you think it will get better in three years or even 8 years. My people always say you will know a good Sunday from the Saturday. Tinubus government is a trial and error government, he copied kpmg recommendation and quickly removed subsidy and devalued the naira thinking he has done something but he ended up causing more problems for everybody. I actually don't pity zombies anymore, I despise them and pray hunger inflicted by Tinubu end up killing them. @me You are talking from the point of view of someone that has political interest that's why you called me zombie. I have none but economic interest. God keeping us alive please call me back one year from today and let's check the economic and social indices. |
So oyibo dey born plenty pikin like this? |
A distorted economy with so many things going wrong - weak revenue, poor power, poor infrastructure, high inflation, scarcity of fx, low GDP, import dependent, high unemployment, high rate of poverty, low productivity etc. cannot be turned around in three months. The average policy gestation period cannot be three months. What we should be looking out for should be signs of focus and policy direction. On this I have confidence in BAT. |
@IfnobeGod20 Which position of the law are you referring to? Did Tinubu apply to be America president or Nigeria president? Nigeria require that you should submit your certificate. Non usage of certificate for employment in America cannot be equate to Nigeria way of life. For the school to have produced the certificates, they knew there are some countries that take usage of certificate as prerequisite and that was why the CSU said it was a Nigeria thing to use certificate because in US it is just a ceremonial thing. Now, if a university called it a ceremonial certificate and the institution still finds it convenient to still produce same ceremonial certificate for her students after graduation and even made provision for its replacement if need be, then, quote that law that says the certificate is useless and not useful. Ok did the university says any of her students can go and forge the certificate at will, that is capital NO. I remember during cross examination of that cloud engineer presented by LP, when she was asked of her I.D and she said, Amazon don't issue I.D. Why didn't she go and forge one because Amazon doesn't give one. The institution gives certificate and they never encourage any of their student to go forging their certificate and that was why they said they cannot authenticate what they didn't give. The question now is, why didn't Tinubu collect the original of his certificate but went for counterfeit? You have not collected original but looking for replacement, does that makes sense to any reasonable human being? Mr. Man, I don't think Atiku ever said Tinubu didn't attend CSU but he was more particular about the inconveniences observed in the certificates Tinubu submitted to INEC and that was what he got. Was Tinubu certificate the same with CSU Verizon issued to others of the same class? I am even perturbed that many of you are not even talking about Tinubu using non-existent secondary school that he said he graduated from in 1970. That wasn't your concern, how a man will claim what he is not. Same way he used secondary and primary schools that he didn't attend to aid his governorship qualification in 1999. All these doesn't bother you people because the man in you died a long time ago. What kind of legacy you people want to leave for your children that you give defence on undefendable issue. I just pity you guys. @me You are bringing another thing altogether different from what I wrote which you replied. You see, when someone's mind is made up he will hardly see the soundness of another person's proposition. I'm simply stating facts and this is it - (I'm repeating what I wrote earlier): The position of Nigerian criminal law is that whosoever asserts should prove. CSU has confirmed that tinubu attended their school and showed evidence of his performance and graduation. They confirmed that they don't issue replacement certificates and it's only issued by third parties. If atiku says that the certificate was forged, in law it's his duty to fish out the third party and prove forgery by making the third party to disown it. The burden is not on tinubu but atiku. Until he does this he should not be talking about forgery. He can even be sued and heavy damages demanded. Ordinary people on social media and the streets can say anything out of ignorance but this is the true position. Atiku and his lawyers are aware that's why they are resorting to propaganda and noise making. |
@IfnobeGod20 Are you aware that Tinubu wasn't even ripe to collect a replacement of certificate? Because he never collected the original certificate printed for him by the school, meaning if he had applied as he supposed to be, the school would have alerted him that his original is still available and there will be no need applying for replacement. I can freely tell you that Tinubu is dubious to say the least. How would somebody graduated from a school but didn't collect his certificate but all he can think of is replacement of what he didn't collect? A man that went to Chatham House to brag to the world that he has collected his certificate from CSU. The question now is, at what time did he collect his certificate from CSU that CSU didn't know that the registrar had to say in deposition in court that his original certificate is still in his file? When you're dubious, you're dubious. @me All these that you are saying are personal opinion. I have stated the position of law. Counter it. Americans have told us that they don't care about certificate. That it's ceremonial. That a lot of their students don't collect theirs. That if you apply for a job just give your details to your employers and they will verify direct from your school. I guess that this was what tinubu did when he worked in Deloitte and ExxonMobil. Atiku thought that it could be proven that tinubu didn't attend the school. He got the opposite. He's aware that what he got could not fly then he decided to wipe up public sentiment calling everyone to gange up with him. Off course in this era of social media every Tom Dick and Harry will. The knowledgeable and the not knowledgeable. |
Indeed there are scarcity of gentle men. What you have is ocho free everywhere. |
@wunmi590 Not everybody who goes to church believed in God, if you know you are not interested in going, stay home and pray to God... There's no place God doesn't answer prayers, as long ad you believe in that God, you will recieve everything you ever pray for, even your friends will think you do ritual, when you are being blessed...... @me So the only reason why you go to church is be blessed with material things? |
@kingbee90 This is very clear..... Tinubu should mention the name of that 3rd party vendor who typed, printed and signed on that certificate issued to him. -The license of the 3rd party vendor should be displayed if they are registered, licenced and authorised by CSU to issue replacement certificates. -The corporate head office of the 3rd party vendor. This will put an end to this certificate forgery issue. Very Simple....... @me The position of law is that forgery takes place when the issuer of a document disowns the content of a document. He who alleges must prove. Atiku has alledged forgery. It's his duty to fish out the vendor and let him disown the document. |
@RandomFellow Na waa ooo... So does it mean all the recent cases judged at the supreme court with respect to certificate forgery will have to be apologized for? What does forgery even mean? I just want to rest easy, knowing I am enlightened. @me Forgery is if you claim what you didn't earn. How can someone accuse me of forgery if a school authenticate that I attended their school, provided evidence of my performance and grade. How can I genuinely forge what I rightly earned? Forget politics this case is dead on arrival. Atiku has helped BAT to make history. The first president in Nigeria that his academic record is open for all to see. |
Number one rule of success in business is separate yourself from your business. |
@jackmrandy The notice window should be after your rent has expired. @me You are wrong. The notice window is 6 months. It could be six months before the expiration of the rent or after the expiration for which the tenant is obligated to pay rent for the six months. By breaking your rent payment to half yearly it means that you are no longer a yearly tenant. The lawyers consent was verbal and not documented. Approach them and beg and promise that you will pay your rent timely. Don't go spending money on a lawyer. They will deceive you and at the end you will still leave. |
@sotall I lost my driver's license a few days ago at a party. It still had 3 years validity. Should i go and print another using third-party vendors or go to FRSC office? Please advice me. @me Go to FRSC to get another one because the only evidence of being a driver is being in possession of a valid driver's license. There's no any other document unlike in academics. Besides the FRSC cannot go to court and swear on oath that you a driver. The analogy doesn't tally. |
I love what BAT and his team is doing. Focus on the job you have and allow the courts to interpret the law. Noise making is not the law. In academics your transcript is superior to a single paper called certificate. It's evidence of your performance course by course. The whole world now know that BAT is truly brilliant. His two opponents don't have this level of performance. I'm an Igbo... you can call me efulefu |
@Nazgul INEC is just a big disgrace. It's really a shame that literally all the elections conducted in the 36 states were settled in courts. If this is now the case, INEC should be scraped and power should be given to he judiciary conduct elections since it's very obvious that INEC doesn't know what they're doing. @me INEC is not primarily the problem. The problem is Nigerian politicians. They don't accept defeat because politics is investment for them. |
Tinubu's lawyers in USA said that atiku was on a fishing expedition. I will rather add that he was indeed on an aimless fishing expedition. Otherwise what is the need. You put up a legal fight in USA for documents that you want to use to support your cause in court. You have obtained the documents. Submit the documents to court and wait for the time to argue your case with them. Why so much noise? Are you ambushing the court? Are you whipping up public sentiment against the court? These were reasons the judges in pept were very angry with you and your partner. Have you surrendered knowing fully well that what you obtained cannot help? What surprises me most is to see his legal team (SANs for that matter) give interpretation and conclusions on documents that they will tender to court. Meanwhile tinubu's lawyers are quiet and calm preparing themselves. This has been their hallmark all through the journey. My advice to president BAT. Instruct all your assistants not to reply. Don't reply yourself. Obviously the case has been won. Instruct your lawyers to carefully study the laws concerning the defamative statements of one or two key actors in this issue and press charges. Drive it to the end. |
It's a lie jor. The breasts were too flat that they couldn't be felt by her. |
@Reference This is because by and large the instruments of Law and Order are exclusively the preserve of the Federal Government. No State has independent law enforcement, no State has an independent judiciary, no State has an independent EFCC like institution, so accountability will be sought where responsibility lies. This is not rocket science. Bring responsibility closer to the people and they will not look further out to demand accountability. And no sir, saying Nigeria is a Federation is just self deception. There is absolutely nothing that Nigerian States are independent in. At least nothing that matters. @me I support your view. We need to restructure this federation. The military brought this pseudo-confederation on us because of their command structure. I believe that if tinubu wins a second term then he will restructure. He has always been an advocate. He might not risk it in his first tenor because it could cost him reelection. |
I can see that this thread is not for all comers. So I will comment. One of the intensions of subsidy removal is to free more funds for the various levels of government. Haven't you noticed that every state governor irrespective of party supports it. Our searchlight should be more on the states and local governments but everyone is focused on tinubu and Abuja. Even if magic is done by the federal government if the subnational governments are not working it will dilute the efforts of the center. One of the worst forms of financial management mismatch for an individual, corporate organization or government is to borrow to pay recurrent expenditure. Repayment will be difficult. If it's not halted it could lead to bankruptcy. Most state governments only spend money but they don't generate money. It's easier to spend than to generate. The states now are receiving enough money after subsidy removal therefore move your focus from tinubu to your state governors. Force your state governors to block leakages and do hard thinking to generate revenue. If Lagos can do it others can relatively do it. I live in Lagos but I presently work in Aba. I see opportunities that the government can generate heavy revenue that are wasted. Everything goes to personal pockets. If you watch tinubu's new government it's clear that he realises that the main fiscal problem is low revenue. You can't spend what you don't have. He's gone ahead to first position those that he cosiders trusted and competent in those units and people are making noise that he is yorubanising federal government finance. Let's go home and hold our governors accountable. They are happy that you are focused on tinubu all the time and that frees them to be lazy and do whatever they like. Nigeria is a federation and not a confederation. |
@webincomeplus So, banks now print money at will? I wonder why you people feel free to embarrass yourself in an attempt to appear enlightened. @me Hahaha ![]() I wanted to reply him but I decided to save my knowledge. Nairaland and all manner of characters. |
This man is funny. I don't think he understands elementary economics. If the lowest worker earns #100k then the highest paid worker will use container to carry his salary. The cost of living will be off the roof and his #100k becomes lower than the old #30k. |
They build house for you? |
Leave that thing Mr Obi. If we begin open all una yansh we will see plenty shit. If we open documents that you filled and presented in UNN we will see plenty discrepancies. For atiku if we start from his diploma in Arabic that he used to work in the customs, his civil service age etc shit go plenty for yansh. Tinubu's yansh self no get plenty shit as a lot of you expected. The truth is that our political class is not our first eleven (Obi and atiku inclusive). Nigeria is just managing the ones that have fair performance. All these saintly acts doesn't hold water. Nobody can deceive me. |
Na so one doctor prescribed a drug and asked me to take three times the dosage. It was the pharmacist at the pharmacy that I went to buy the drug that saved me. The woman shouted: is your situation so bad? That she takes the same drug but a third of the dosage. I quickly googled and discovered that it was true. When I got to the hospital the following day and challenged him he said ehm ehm... you can take the remaining after some time. |
