I don't like wasting my time in discussing with people that divert from main line of discussion. You praised how Atiku's deregulation and privatisation made Nigeria an El Dorado. The overall success of these policies gave us 16 years of widespread prosperity, peace and security with low debt burden that APC and Tinubu have destroyed since 2015.

The telecom sector was only deregulated. Gsm was allowed in because it was the latest technology. Even smaller nations had it. Where are the assets of nitel? Efforts to privatize nitel failed woefully. Atiku and his friends vandalized the once national priced asset.

Privatisation of Nigerian airways to Virgin Atlantic? Are you for real? Nigerian airways that was ran aground? All assets vandalized. Up till now past workers have not been settled their entitlements. Where is our national carrier that replaced Nigeria Airways? Virgin is a British airline and has remained so.

You don't understand political economy. It has layers. No matter what you do at the higher layer if the lower layer do nothing you can't have the desired results.

The subnationals manage the microeconomy and the federal manages macroeconomy. It is not diversion of responsibility but political economic management. In management we call it common goal congurence.

For example PBAT's decision concerning fuel subsidy and fx rate unification has freed more resources to the subnationals but he cannot control them on how they spend it. He can only advise.

Inherited rich foreign reserves but blew it?
That had so much in excess crude account but blew it?
That couldn't provide infrastructure?
That couldn't control his ministers? Deziani, Stella Oduah etc.

That started borrowing again after OBJ cleared much of our external debts?
