The crude is priced at international rate. So all over the world the price will increase even in producing countries except those subsiding.

The only benefit is that without local refining importers and marketers would have started hoarding and there would have been scarcity. This is gone in Nigeria.

1. The notion that the landlord is pastor so he will do no harm.
2. Arrogance because of small achievements.

4. Damaged the interior, didn't repair and when I repaired he refused to pay. Even when I decided to absorb part.
5. My disposition spoiled them. Have you seen in Lagos where a landlord did total renovation of the compound including painting the perimeter fence without increasing the rent?
6. My prayer has always been: Lord anywhere that I build any house give me a tenant that will behave the same way I behaved in other people's properties that I lived in.

Buhari at inauguration clearly thanked Tinubu and acknowledged his major contribution to his election. The same Buhari did everything to prevent Tinubu from succeeding him. The same Buhari is praising Tinubu today.

OBJ singlehandedly made Jonathan governor and picked him to be Yaradua's running mate ahead of Odili that everyone expected. The same OBJ campaigned for Jonathan to win his election. But the same OBJ tore his card and rejected Jonathan during his attempt at re-election.

Just finished dealing with one tenant in my building. The guy came in unknown to me jobless. God blessed him and he got a good job. He has gotten two cars and finished his house in remote location. He confessed that God blessed him in pastor's compound. His head got swollen.

I went for the overkill. Got a lawyer. Signed power of attorney such that I will not appear in court. When he saw fire he started begging and asking neighbors to come and plead.

Long story short, the guy paid #595,000 refund of expenses to me. I decided to have mercy after all I'm a pastor by returning #100,000 to him. I'm handing over the management to the lawyer. I was a very good tenant when I was living in people's house. No tenant will mess with me.
