PoliticsRe: Trends Of Insertions By The National Assembly In The Federal Budget by Vision101(m): 4:09pm On Jun 10, 2025
Brendaniel:
But some people want to make others believe Obi and Igbos are the problem of Nigeria, and the party and person they actually support is the one spearheading the massive fraud going on.
It's all parties affair. Are all parties not in the national Assembly? Are all tribes not in the national Assembly? Reduce your sentiment, tribalism and hatred. My Igbo brothers are seriously demarketing ourselves. It will continue to hurt us.
PoliticsRe: Marketers Engage Global Suppliers To Crash Petrol Price To N700/litre by Vision101(m): 2:49pm On Jun 10, 2025
They factors that we want are:
Quality products
Source your fx
Let the effort bring in jobs. We can't be importing from those countries and creating jobs for them. If a few naira sacrifice will keep the local refining jobs here then I'm for it.
PoliticsRe: Marketers Engage Global Suppliers To Crash Petrol Price To N700/litre by Vision101(m): 2:42pm On Jun 10, 2025
LibertyRep:
Free market

But quality should not be traded off.

Some unscrupulous businessmen could go as low as importing substandard fuel just to make dirty profit.
Exactly..... they have not been happy with the abnormal profits that they have been making before.
PoliticsRe: Marketers Engage Global Suppliers To Crash Petrol Price To N700/litre by Vision101(m): 2:34pm On Jun 10, 2025
helinues:
Abeg do quick. If possible, you can bring the price down more

The market is now free for all after the subsidy was removed
Provided the quality is of high standards and they source their fx outside the formal route.
PoliticsRe: Talk About Today, Not 2027 — Governor Otti Warns Politicians by Vision101(m): 7:39pm On Jun 09, 2025

Will they listen?

He’s the greatest Nigerian politician alive

Bcuz he grabs runs and steal

Only good at grabbing and bribing INEC JUDICIARY POLICE

But when it comes to governance that’s when you’ll see how foolish and useless a 95yr old certificate forger is
But your man Obi started it. Himself and his oga Atiku has been going up and down disturbing everyone about coalition or confusion for 2027.
PoliticsRe: No Democracy In Nigeria Under Tinubu - Peter Obi by Vision101(m): 3:27pm On Jun 09, 2025
Bobloco:
This is a direct indictment of a government that seems more interested in control than democracy. Tinubu’s administration has chosen executive overreach, bypassing constitutional procedures in a bid to suppress dissent and tighten its grip on power.

Declaring State of emergency in a state that isn’t at war is not governance, it’s authoritarianism in disguise. Democracy isn’t just about elections; it’s about respecting the rule of law, even when it’s inconvenient.

Tinubu’s actions risk dragging Nigeria back to the dark days of military-style rule.
Balderdash.....the governor removed has realized that it was the best decision. Tinubu would have kept quiet and allow the situation to snowball to crisis and the same Obi will say that he's weak.
PoliticsRe: I Stand With Tinubu For His Courageous Decision To End Fuel Subdidies- Alex Otti by Vision101(m): 2:59pm On Jun 09, 2025
nairalanda1:
Obi did say he would remove subsidy.

And he would have. By August 2022, it was so obviously obvious that subsidy was no longer sustainable.

At that point government could not even pay NNPC for the losses it incurred in subsidizing fuel for Nigeria anymore. Up till today those losses are being paid for from government money.

Nothing like liver or leever. If obi won and kept subsidy, in a year Nigeria would have been like Sri Lanka when it ran out of money. He knew that, his financial people knew too
But your Obi has been condemning subsidy removal. You are changing your song just to give credit to your never-to-be president.

obi is not in office. tinubu is.

how has tinubu "taken tough decisions" to successfully tackle corruption, nepotism, cronyism, hunger, unemployment, hardship, poverty, inflation, wasteful government spending, budget padding, insecurity, bad governance, failing public infrastructure, poor medial services and falling standard of education?
Commend him for the one that he has done first. It will not harm you.
PoliticsRe: I Stand With Tinubu For His Courageous Decision To End Fuel Subdidies- Alex Otti by Vision101(m): 2:53pm On Jun 09, 2025

He ended subsidy but still continue on borrowing spree. Is that not a strange thing?
Give credit to whom it is due. It's a mark of decency.
PoliticsRe: I Stand With Tinubu For His Courageous Decision To End Fuel Subdidies- Alex Otti by Vision101(m): 2:52pm On Jun 09, 2025
SarkinYarki:
How did he end fuel subsidy and at what cost ?

I mean the Tinubu govt paid subsidy till 2024 November and might even be paying quietly as we speak
Propaganda. You mean that an opposition governor will support the government contrary to facts?
PoliticsRe: Labour Party Senator, Neda Imasuen Set To Defect To APC On June 12 by Vision101(m): 1:45am On Jun 09, 2025

PoliticsRe: Ooni: Universities Should Study How Wike Became Minister Under Tinubu by Vision101(m): 1:19am On Jun 08, 2025
valuedammy:
What is special about how Wike became Minister under Tinubu?
It is only "betrayal" that played out.

Wike and Tinubu are Polithiefians who are only working to enrich their pocket.
The former worked against his party while the latter compensated the former for mobilising People to vote for him....lobatan.

What's there to study about ?
What to study:
Tinubu made an offer to him.
Wike accepted
First time that a sitting governor will openly say that I will work against my party and for the opposition.
Wike delivered
PBAT didn't behave like a typical politician of reneging after having used someone. PBAT delivered
Gave him a juicy position that makes him look like he is a third term governor
Wike is delivering on all fronts bringing honour to PBAT, himself and Nigeria
Everyone is happy and ready to do it again and again.

Mention one time that it has ever happened in Nigerian political history.
PoliticsRe: Otedola Hails Dangote Refinery As ‘eighth Wonder,’ Lauds Tinubu’s Vision by Vision101(m): 1:08am On Jun 08, 2025
jaxxy:
Yes tinubu is a bold visionary, very bold ideas no doubt but the execution of the bold idea and overall purpose and function does not translate or produce the expected benefits to Nigerians.

it is not enough to be a bold visionary. what are the benefits of the bold visions? what is the intention?

Look at dubai, A bold vision devoid of mediocrity or corruption and serving all with enormous benefits.
One benefit of his bold and visionary leadership is his vision behind lekki free trade zone and Atlantic City. That's where the refinery and deep blue seaport is. A vision crafted in 1999 but the fruits are coming now.

You want him to craft the vision at the federal level and you begin to harvest in two years after all the mess done for years.
PoliticsRe: Amaechi’s ‘Not Igbo Comment’ Treacherous – Ohanaeze by Vision101(m): 12:56am On Jun 08, 2025
I have told my Igbo brothers that all their neighbours that they claim to be their kinsmen hate them more than the West and North. The people in the south south believe that we are too domineering. Therefore they don't want to align with us. It happened during the civil war.

But my brothers will rather cry more than the bereaved. Up till now they still fight Adeboye, Soyinka, Tinubu etc that they conspired and chased Jonathan away. They benefited nothing from his regime. Jonathan and south south have moved on and aligned with the west but we are still hating.

Jonathan, Amechi, Wike and others have said it publicly that they are not igbos. The igbos in Delta State will tell you that they are not igbos but ika-igbo. Any time any of these have issues with the west or north we defend them more than their people just to show our hatred and make enemies for ourselves.

All these people rejected being igbos so that the hatred that we have drawn to ourselves will not affect them.
PoliticsRe: Hurricane Tinubu Set To Sweep More States After Governor Eno’s Defection by Vision101(m): 11:49pm On Jun 07, 2025
Zico5:
Hurricane? Maybe they are the one to vote. Governors and senators should continue to defect. We will show them that power belong to the people. Those that want to loot and deceive Tinubu are defecting to APC. I wonder how this affect common man on the street. What happened in Rivers state can never happen again. If Wike try it this time around he will regret it
All these are for here. The electorate will be mobilized. There must be campaign. The campaigns must be funded. Elections require logistics. Someone must pay for them etc.

This new phrase of "2027 is APC and Nigerians" is Atiku/Obi's consolatory statement because they know that PBAT has moved in high gear and the game is over.
PoliticsRe: Akpabio Receives Governor Eno After Defection by Vision101(m): 6:14pm On Jun 06, 2025
gigfx:
With the way this con3 is going, if Emilokan want a 3rd term in office, he will easily get it.
Na Atiku cause am. If he had kept quiet rebuilding PDP PBAT wouldn't have gone this far. Atiku/Obi's whitewashed coalition or is it confusion made PBAT to bring out all the politician in him. And he went for the overdrive. By the time he finishes PDP will be a ghost party.

Lol.

Skilled Worker visa wey don cast for UK or isn't the OP aware of the immigration white paper that was released last month? The threshold for foreign recruitment will be increased to discourage foreign recruitment.

You didn't even specify the pay for this job. This smells like a big SCAM. The pay will definitely not be up to the new threshold being planned.

Ok.

I almost tore my passport , when I saw on CNN and Al-Jazeera, Nigerians digging with hoe and cutlass in a bid to find bodes of missing relatives .

But if same happens abroad , we see all types of state of the art heavy duty equipments on ground accompanied with kanine sniffing dogs and helicopters etc.

APC should be proscribed
APC has been running Nigeria since 1960. Western world has become a standard to measure a third world nation. Are your personal work ethics like that of a guy in a first world?

Leave that thing. It has become a hobby for Nigerians particularly bloggers and social media influencers to harass and insult churches and pastors. They behave as pastors and churches are the cause of their problems. Everyone nobi Adeboye that has enormous connection, power and wealth but choose to ignore them.

Am from amaigbo imo state, and this man's son I law is from eziama the next town, infact he must drive pass my father's compound while going to his house,I can just take a walk to his house because there is joint beside the house where we go to eat ogba and palmwine

When this fool wanted his son inlaw to rule imo.state, though the son inlaw is a good man who has also sent several boys abroad even the son of the woman selling the ogba and palmwine,he even renovated there house for them,he even relocate many guys that found it hard abroad to another country,do you know why we and imo people in general didn't vote uche nwosu his son inlaw? It's simply because we igbos don't tolerate Godfatherism,it's forbidden to our ears,do your turn and hand over we don't care if it will favour us

Yes we don't care because if that man won,am sure we would have felt it,but all we cared about is the betterment if imo state not our selfish gains,am proudly igbo,we are slave to no man,it's in our DNA,that's the major reason why we hate that jagabantis of Lagos apart from him being so corrupt.

Same reason we love obi , because he is for Nigeria and not only Igbos ,no living igbo politician can get block votes from igbo land except obi,I repeat, except PETER OBI

That man is a man I wish I can emulate but it's a hard task, a rare breed

APC-e-rats over to you,am waiting
I'm from Owerri. What would you call the change of governors in Abia state up to Ikpeazu? Not godfatherism? My people eeh. We too beat chest.
