Zocalite: All what this government did is to rob the masses so they can continue to live their luxurious life and for their cronies
What's bad in government having subsidy on petrol for the citizens.
The sharing of audio rice, inefficient student loan, sharing audio money etc were aftermath approach of the consequences of subsidy which isn't resolving anything
Sell the redundant refineries and let production be liberalised, some of the proceeds can start initiatives like cng
Let each state control her vat generated, why bringing it to venter government again for redistribution
The lg financial autonomy has not seen the light of operation since 10months of supreme Court
State police will tackle insecurity
There will be liquidity in the federating units
This is what Atiku Abubakar coalition will resolve because I have followed him and he believes in restructuring
NB, I hope am not speaking to a tinubu sombi, cos it's irrelevant talking to them Let him come out and tell us clearly. All these ones you wrote here are your opinion which I'm sure if we put there the reality will done on you and you will achieve nothing. FYI it's not everyone that sees reality and support it is an APC zombie. You will be surprised at the part of the country that I come from but I support PBAT's reforms because we need them. Let Atiku do what I said and I'll be number one fan of his. |

Zocalite: Nigeria will be restructured under Atiku Abubakar
ie
Nnpc will be privatised and sold
State police will be formed
Exclusive list will be sorted
Revenue sharing formula will be altered to favour state Only these? I pointed out all the things that this regime do and they condemned. Let them tell us how they will do them differently and better. That's all. This should be real opposition politics. |

shortgun: The only way to end the suffering in Nigeria is to remove Tinubu from Office, he's not only incompetent but has also proven to be oppressive and Anti-people with every policy rolled out to further impoverish the Nigerian people and their businesses What we want from Atiku, Obi and the coalition of confusion are: 1 What would you have done differently. Show us workings and not yeh yeh. 2 If we vote you in would you return fuel subsidy and Nigeria will be better? 3 if we vote you in would you return multiple exchange rates and bring down dollar rate to #300 and Nigeria will be better? 4 If we vote you in would you cancel the tax reforms and Nigeria will be better? 5 If we vote you in would you bring back the price of a bag of rice to #8,000? 6 If we vote you in would you cancel the students loans scheme and Nigerians will be happier? 7 If we vote you in would you improve the pace of infrastructure provision in two years better than what this regime is doing now? 8 If we vote you in would you give a higher GDP rate than what this regime is giving us? 9 If we vote you in would you in all honesty give us a better security than what we have now? 10 If we vote you in would you honestly promise that your regime will not borrow? 11 If we vote you in would you promise that there would be zero corruption? 12 Etc. Etc. Sign a bond with us that you would be tied to stakes and we stone you to death if you fail to deliver all of these. We don't want yeh yeh yeh and condemnation of every action of the regime just to grab power. You contributed to what we are facing now. |

Agbegbaorogboye: Read the following CITA by OBJ 2004 PITA 2011 by Jonathan Finance bill 2020 by Buhari PPTA bill 2004 by OBJ As I've said before many of you in APC have been brainwashed to believe nothing was happening in Nigeria at FG level before your political gods took office. That's why you guys hate seeing Obidients who are just a mini version of what you guys were. I wonder what you'll do if they grow to become your full version See you: CITA is usually amended every year through the annual budget to give the tax effect. PITA - personal income tax act has been in existence. Once in a while minor amendments are done to give effective to changes in rates and allowances. No radical overhaul was done by Jonathan. PPTA - petroleum profit tax act. Has always been in existence. It is the basis on which companies in petroleum operations are taxed. No major overhaul was done in 2004 but usual minor amendments. This is a public forum and people from diverse background come here. We must be very careful of what we submit. Never in Nigerian tax history has there been any major and comprehensive tax reform of this nature undertaking. Please feel free to correct me with facts. |

Hmmm. I thank God for helping me through
Tinubu, your days are numbered. You will also be 'former' with the worst tag. Spoilt child. That's how they talk. You have been spoilt by so many years of subsidy. You use NEPA light illegally and you refuse to pay and you are happy 😁. Now no hiding place. |

Let's put it this way, tinubu took money from the masses' pockets and stuffed it into the pocket of the governors and other political elites. Who does that? Nay.... money that the masses are wasting and the elites are enjoying more were taken away and given to the governments at the center and subnational to use for developmental purposes. Hold the center responsible for the portion that was given to it. Hold the subnationals responsible for the portion that was given to them. If things go wrong don't put all blames on the center. |

usmanpogo: During the time of former president Obasanjo, Nigeria was turning into a one party state, the PDP under the tutelage of the former president used every means to frustrate the collapse of opposition parties, one of the parties was the Alliance for democracy (AD).
Then governor Tinubu fought tooth and nail to escape the unjust stranglehold of the PDP under former president Obasanjo, we all admired him for putting up a good fight against such undemocratic injustices.
Today, President Tinubu is practicing the same ideology he fought against, alas all Nigerian politicians are the same after all. Why can't others fight to sustain opposition? Atiku and Obi are going up and down looking for special purpose vehicle SPV to win the presidency. They are not ready to make the sacrifice that PBAT made to build strong opposition. |
