He should start implementing the protocol begining from Onitsha, Umuahia and Aba to redress their inclusion in the reported shaming of the top ten most polluted cities in the world where these three Nigerian cities were featured alongside Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

He should come up with a policy and most importantly an action plan to reduce the carbon emissions in those cities due to increasing heavy economic and commercial activities concentrated on densely populated areas.

Onitsha ke? Are you joking? The same man that gave an address at the UN security council meeting that SS and SE shouldn't expect much of FG intervention since he got only 5%of votes from them. This was after he was asked on the menace called The Avengers and what his plan is for inclusive growth and development for the people of that region.
