There was an advert placement by the ministry of petroleum for graduates on tue or wednesday morn in owerri. Lotta courses were mentioned. I didnt hear da advert.sm1 contacted me. All u have to do is rush down to tha ministry of youth and sports 2mao morning,pick up a form their,fill it,put it in an envelope with your credential and then head to the ministry of petroleum which is in the same owerri-portharcour road,opposite owerri girls and submit it. Seems closing date for submission is 2mao.

Submitted mine today. Each local govt in imo state was given 10 forms from the information i gathered @ the state secretariat today. A special adviser to rochas helped me get the form from his LGA which is close to mine. When i wanted to submit,they said ma lga form is complete. I had to call da dude to ask the lga where he collected it frm and he told me. I now submitted it there. Naija4U

Finally got a form via a special adviser to Rochas Okorocha. It aint about the form oo but the leg. So press buttons. U are in nigeria oo not america

3hours in the cyber now and still no where near completion yet. this internal server error thingy of a thing is pissing me off.

Applying for this jab is becoming a herculean task online. Got to the stage of uploading certificates and it started telling me internal server error for almost an hour. Mehn i don tire. Have tried with phone for 2 nights without success

Nothing is happening @ owerri for now. Learnt they are in a meeting to discuss on modalities of disbursement of the forms. That is gross ineptitude. An advertisement that has been out for a week and disbursement of forms which are supposed to be free is still being discussed.
Meanwhile,prospective applicants are huddling in gropus and discussing politics while waiting earnestly.
I am leaving to go and do the online thingy.

I was @ the owerri federal civil service today. Met an ex coursemate of mine who works their now and he told me to go to the state civil service secretariat and collect the form. He called me aside and was like bro,this form no mean anyfin. If u have buttons,start pressing them now. He didnt apply and was lying down on da bed with his gal fwend and a call came in that he should come to abj and collect his appointment letter. So be wise folks.
Proceeded to da state secretariat and met a crowd. The form wasnt available accordn to them. Am goin again 2mao sha. Luckily i stay in owerri
