What a president.
A president who doesn't give a damn about his nation
A president who dictates when to disappear from the country and reappear at his own will and convenience
A president who addresses his country in his own local dialect meant for ''special'' people
What a president we've had and hopefully, will never have again.

Politics › I Reversed Electricity Tariff Not Jonathan – Sam Amadi Fires Back At Fashola by vivalavida(op): 1:54pm On Jul 15, 2017
Former chairman of the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Sam Amadi has said ex-President Goodluck Jonathan did not order the reversal of electricity tariff in 2014.

In the build-up to the 2015 general elections, NERC announced an increase in electricity tariff, but it later suspended the action.

On Thursday, current Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, claimed the Jonathan administration ordered a reversal of tariff in order to win electoral votes.

But in a statement issued on Friday, Amadi said he and his colleagues at NERC took the decision to suspend the action.

“I have read some piece of news suggesting that President Jonathan ordered the reversal of electricity tariff during his tenure as president. Since I have left office I have avoided issues about electricity regulation in Nigeria to give our successors the best opportunity to do better than we did,” he said.

“My understanding of public office that the best a former public officer should do is to truly step aside and be willing to provide advice if and when it is needed. In the best tradition of public service, you don’t obstruct the new administration.

“But I am constrained to restate the truth of what happened for the purpose of ensuring proper information to enable the present administration do their best to fix the electricity crisis.

“Throughout our five years as commissioners of NERC, there was no single day that President Jonathan ever dictated or instructed policy to the commission concerning any issue on electricity regulation”‎, he added.

You will never know how annoying it is till it happens to you. Mine was during my service year, we all stayed together, my friend and his girlfriend. then mine and my humble self. My friends babe was like my bestie but she redeployed to another state, I trusted him based on how I was free with his own babe. After we secured a house for the three of us, she broke up with me and started been more closer to my friend, initially I tried all best to endure afterall we have broken up only to catch them in sex action.the most annoying part was my friend whom I always confide how still want the girl telling me that, since I'm not dating her. I shouldn't see anything bad.I felt like a fool peepz.

I can't/won't stop that friend from dating her, but he will be excluded to hang out with us while with her.

That is a serious breach of rule #18 of the MEN's code:
rule 18: Thou shall not try to date the ex of your buddy... But, if you lose your damn mind and suddenly wanna date his leftovers, you will be thrown out from that circle of friends until you regain your senses (aka dump her). Even then, series of tests must be carried out to confirm that your sanity is intact. You shall therefore pay a fine (possibly a few rounds) and you MUST never talk about the JeZebel while with any members of the group.
Where can I see that bro code?

I once bookmarked a thread on that on Nairaland. Dunno how I deleted it

With some girls it's emotional unavailability or lack of emotional support from a guy in general.

It could be a myriad of reasons why this particular girl cheated. We all have different needs we seek out of a partner. You obviously didn't meet hers, hence she looked, looked, looked & looked elsewhere. Which is very wrong on her part because come on, several guys at once? Politics › New York Bronx-lebanon Hospital Shooter Identified As Nigerian by vivalavida(op): 9:28pm On Jul 01, 2017
Henry Michael Bello, the gunman who shot six people at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Centre in New York on Friday, has been identified as a Nigerian.

Some Nigerians in New York, who knew Mr. Bello, confirmed to the News Agency of Nigeria on Friday that the NYPD had also identified the man to be a Nigerian-born doctor.

Mr. Bello, 45, shot dead a woman, on the 17th floor and injured at least six others on the 16th floor, before killing himself, the New York Police Department (NYPD) Commissioner James O’Neil, said.

Five of his victims were seriously injured and “fighting for their lives”.

Mr. Bello went into his former workplace wearing a white lab coat with an AR-15 machine gun hidden underneath with the intention of targeting the same individual.

NYPD officials said Mr. Bello asked for a specific doctor on the 16th floor but when he was told the doctor was not there, he became angry and started shooting at everyone.

Officials said Mr. Bello tried to set himself on fire before committing suicide.

Reports said Mr. Bello, who was hired at the hospital in August 2014 as a house physician, had past arrests for sex abuse, turnstile jumping, burglary and public urination.

In September 2004, he was arrested and charged with sex abuse and unlawful imprisonment after a 23-year-old woman told officers he had grabbed her crotch area outside a building on Bleecker Street in Manhattan and tried to penetrate her through her underwear, reports said.

Court records indicated that in September 2004, Mr. Bello pleaded guilty to unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, a misdemeanour, and was sentenced to community service, while the felony sexual abuse charge was dismissed, according to reports.

He was going to be fired by the hospital, after reports of sexual harassments, but instead chose to resign in February 2015 in lieu of termination, reports further said.

Reports from the New York State Education Department said Mr. Bello had received a limited permit to practice as an international medical graduate in order to gain experience so he could be licensed.

The permit was issued on July 1, 2014, and expired on July 1, 2016, while he also had a pharmacy technician license that had been issued in California in 2006.

He went to medical school on the island of Dominica in the Caribbean.

A photo provided by authorities showed him dead on the floor of the hospital, wearing a bloodied doctor’s coat.

Law enforcement officials described Mr. Bello as transient recently, with at least five different addresses since he left the hospital.

The yahoo app I downloaded from Google App Store keeps acting up. It rarely works for a week. I receive my messages but the problem is sending out mails. Whenever I download it, I do everything without stress. But after four days, my sent messages stop delivering and get stuck in the outbox. I now have to delete the app and download it again and the same cycle keeps repeating. Am I the only one experiencing this?

BILLIONAIRE KIDNAPPER: ACP Abba Kyari, the Police officer who nailed Evans, reveals:

"...Evans almost got away with his crimes. No criminal has given me this kind of headache in my career. Not even the case of Godogodo or Vampire. I hardly sleep, even when I am in the toilet, I will be analysing over 100 Numbers, checking out those he had conversation with. What we have gathered is like a book now." He confirmed: " But the case was a hardnut to crack until we found something interesting in one particular number. Out of the all phone lines, it was only number that he was using to communicate with family members in Nnewi. We followed up on that and he was nailed."
