No.. Second Hokage? No... Naruto in kyuubi mode? no What jiraiya did was a type of barrier jutsu. And it stands to reason that whoever can do that jutsu will be granted the same benefits the jutsu brings..
Sage mode grants you increased sensory ability perhaps even greater than that of a sensory ninja and it is within this category that i compare Naruto and Jiraiya..

Jiraiya gave naruto about 3 intel but that doesn't tell him how to use it.. Another person might have that intel and still not last 10mins...

I tell you to stop comparing Jiraiya to Naruto instead of their sage modes. That is only compare them when it comes to abilities that sage mode grants all it's users.
We know that sage mode grants its users high sensory ability.. So the users should be able to sense things the way naruto did. Jiraiya's sensory barrier WAS HIS OWN jutsu which someone rightly pointed out HE DID BEFORE ENTERING SAGE MODE.. If jiraiya wasn't a sensory type, was it Naruto that was a sensory type?
Both men entered Sage mode but naruto displayed better Sensory skills than Jiraiya.. I'm comparing them using the same mode and the same jutsu granted by the same mode...

1. Sage mode's sensory will help naruto to avoid Genjutsu because it will be able to sense beyond the visual illusion that Genjutsu creates. He may be put under the Genjutsu but he will break out.. And now that he's now partners with Kurama, it shouldn't work again.
2. The Puppet was crushed with a senjutsu infused rasengan, and it destroyed that Path because that was the weakest path.
B. It depends on the durability of the person... I daresy that the rasengan cannot kill the 4th Raikage with his lightning armour on..
C. I can say that If it connects with someone without any protection of any sort. It can cause near fatal damage..
3. Has there been any instance where a ninja has been able to sense A jutsu coming? What i have been noticing is the Ninja sensing the enemy (and then anticipating the jutsu or the jutsu trajectory based on the position of the ninja) and then reacting to that presence.
B. So far as we know, naruto was in the presence of friends.. According to wat i wrote above, he would have sensed shikaku as a friend.... Besides no technique is perfect, Itachi himself Said that

1. What else did Jiraiya tell Naruto apart from the fact that they were 6 pains?
2. Katsuyu was there to relay information that Kakashi had discovered about the Deva path and other paths...
3. Lets humble ourselves here, consider the 6 tails vs Deva path fight and lets give it to nagato, looking at that fight and the intensity, bros i began to doubt whether even jiraiya would have been able to really beat pain even if he had known

But you are trying to make the sage belong to the Juubi (belong is a word i'll use for lack of a better word) instead of the Juubi belonging to the sage.

But with what's happened in the last few mangas it's gonna be hard to keep that up e.g obito refers to his techniques as the sage's techniques not the juubi's techniques. Since the only difference between him then and now was getting the Juubi inside him, then i assume he must say that it's the juubi's abilities ...

Now lets consider Picture proof, Obito upon becoming the Juubi Jinchuriki acquired the horns that the Sage had so it's more like proof that the sage had it after becoming Jinchuriki, but what about the staff? The sage had it in the picture when he was facing the juubi, and we all know that the staff is made out of chakra, a physical representation of the fusing to 4 nature types or more.. If he had that staff before becoming the juubi's jinchuriki, then it was most likely his own kekkai... Stay with me

What does obito have in common with the sage before becoming the Jinchuuriki of the juubi, yeah you guessed it, the rinnegan. And what we know about the rinnegan is that the user can use all 6 elements which i'm sure can allow you combine it in many ways.

Then the question arises. Why wasn't obito unable to access the staff and it's abilities since...
I've got only one answer to that NOT ENOUGH CHAKRA. Why do i say so? Once again the only difference between obito before he become a Jinchuuriki and after was exactly that: becoming a jinchuuriki.. That granted him access to a large amount of chakra... Which he didn't have.. Atleast not to the level of the sage...

b. Even nagato admitted that his power level was not up to that of the sage.
c. We must also consider the fact that obito's rinnegan was not his native eye...
So it stands to reason that the reason why obito refers to his techniques as the sage's techniques are because he now has the chakra level to maximise the abilities that the Rinnegan grants him..
