Badeh evacuated his family with NAF helicopter when BH were planning to attack his town. He got first hand information ( possibly also know the attackers and their sponporers). BH eventually attacked after the evacuation killing hundreds of people.

My conspiracy theory: If Badeh knew the attackers/sponsporers but decided to keep mute. Now that election is around the corner, he probably no longer in the same political party/same ideas with the BH sponsporers . He knows too much and might use it against them.
