What if history repeats itself and another civil war starts between IPOB and Arewa? What would be the reaction from other regions? It's sure that SS would align with the SE and SW would probably remain neutral, NC would also most likely tow the part of neutrality. Because of the level of insecurity in the core north thanks to Boko Haram believe that it would be extremely difficult for arewa(hausa/fulani) and their backers in the army to fight a war on two sides.
