Where is the main auditorium building, where is the faculty of engineering buildings with its courtyards and greenery, where is the faculty of sciences (which is about the best building in the school in my opinion and understanding as an architect), the beautiful scenery of the lagoon front? a better and more interesting view of the senate would have been better appreciated plus a view of the new GT bank building will also shed more light on the beauty of the campus and also the julius berger hall? delors: This road shouldnt be an expressway! if there are bus stops, then it not a highway...it is a commercial way; that is why there are bus stops.
No 2, how in heaven will the lights depend on PHCN when we know the capacity and 'efficiency' of PHCN? Street lights that i know off now, are dependent on solar power...and a country like Nigeria where sun (heat) isnt a problem should power street lights using solar power. With the tolls they collect this shouldnt be hard. This is a big scam and absolute disregard of human safety.
If there must be pedestrian bridges, then it must be at every bus stop or at every 250m. More so, speed limit should be set and displayed on the expressway to caution reckless drivers, while pedestrians should be advised to use the pedestrian bridges if available.
When are we gonna learn?

I understand the point of street light, LCC and Lagos state govt have no excuse to give on that, but with the speed limit; it is boldly attached along the express way and mostly it states 50km/hr. But trust my people they go even reach 140km/hr

if the bill is passed, then censorship on movies/programmes on TV should be aborted, Millennium Development Goals should be thrown into trash can, vision 20 2020/2025 should be seen as a mirage; in- short Nigeria should be dismantle before having an insane society. May God help us

There was a particular e-mail address that was assigned for this project last year, no matter the amount of time you tried sending your application, it (will)never (go) went through. I hope it's an exemption this year, because it's frustrating to finish all the processes of applications, but couldn't get a way to submit.pls if you experienced such in 2011/2012, can you pls comment on how you scaled through. GAR3TH: As good as this news is its doesn't solve any of the real problems that the police college has.

You can continue to paint the buildings with a new coat of paint, replace the roofs and plant flowers but who is to say in one year we will be back to were we were before, with another degraded police college.

The main problem with the college was not the infrastructure but rather the incompetent college administration leaders who were suppose to keep the college from degrading and failed.

Why are they all still in their positions after failing to live up to their responsibilities. Renovation of the college is good and I appreciate it but I do not like that the people who caused this did not get charged or fired.
