actually the 419 point made has some truth but it doesn't belong to the article written.

we get 419 people well well. u need a job that has something to do with tracking them to understand. they are still duping funny people out of money every day. when they get duped these people become irrational. i suppose the writer of the article was duped or something and he couldn't help adding the 419 message in the article. but it was in the wrong context.

financial matters are the only concern of efcc. if a website is involved, its their business. but i doubt if domain name disput can come into efcc jurisdiction.

dont be confused yet because i want to give my own definition for the difference.
a programmer is a person who designs and writes and tests computer programs be it web based, desktop or mobile based.
a web developer on the other hand is a person who develops applications designed to be used via the Internet.
a web developer can be a programmer since programming is a common thing amongst all software developers. he might also not be a programmer. this is very dangerous. i have come across many people that can use frontpage, dreamweaver etc to develope their websites without writing a single code. and when their is a problem that just needs a minor tweaking of code problem starts.

but a web developer, whether he can programme or not must know stuff like web servers, http, ftp, html, file types, web forms and all those other stuff that you must know in order to tie a website to a web server and deliver the same website to the end users.

there's no SME in airline industry, the cost of one single plane has already disqualified any airline from benefiting from the loan package because SME from what I understand is a company of less than 500m naira value or less than 300 staff. airline industry is big business. big. big as in BIG. real big. mega. MEGA. money sucking, guzzling thing. we cannot afford to put money there. how about putting that money on the roads. fixing up the damn road network once and for all.

GBOSAA!! ok, from a sane point of view, dem fit ground their planes because of maintainance or credit for fuel issue.

dem politicians will be happy with this move because it ensures they can still fly without fear. dem no dey like travel by road as u know. what with armed robbery, kidnapping in fact just just the view of poor people on the road gives dem nausea and stuff like that.

in any case, i am in support of this extension of loan to aviation industry. plane crash is terrible.
