Then you're not being realistic. A blog with that number of daily page views would be earning between $700 and $1000 per month or even more through Adsense alone.

The standard for selling sites is between x15 and x35 of monthly profit, depending on how long the site has been consistent with its earnings.

Do the math yourself and you'd see why you can't get such a site for less than millions of naira. Or you expect someone whose site that earns about N300,000 per month to sell it for that same amount or for less than a million naira? Only someone who is under a spell would do that.

So, it's either you lower your requirements or you raise your budget!

Economically, those two states alone are richer than the whole of Ghana. But unfortunately, Nigeria has been cursed with leaders who are on a mission to deny masses the benefits of economic profits.

Ghana has better amenities because it has better and selfless leaders. And that's what any country needs to thrive.

Common doesn't mean correct. And Brazil isn't any model country when it comes to driving. You'll never find any reliable source that would tell you it's correct to drive auto with 2 legs. There's a reason why there's a footrest pad for your left leg in all auto cars.

That's why I said "correctly trained". Part of correct training is for the instructor to tell the learner that two legs are only used for manual and only one should be used for auto. Better yet, instructors should ensure that the learner trains an auto for few days at least.

I said "most"; I didn't say "all". You'll rarely find someone whose first car is an auto and who was correctly trained using both legs to drive an auto car.

In this time and age, your best bet is to enrol for a course in digital/internet marketing.
