Politics › Re: El-Rufai To Reject Ministerial Nomination Even If Cleared By Senate - Gazette by wegevv: 7:45am On Aug 10, 2023 |
LegendHero: On a head to head, Walahi Atiku will defeat Peter Obi.
This is how you can tabulate who would win. In the last election, below are the approx result.
—Atiku : 6m (core North) —Peter Obi: 6m (SE + SS + Christian NC (middlebelt)) —Tinubu: 8m (core North + SW * Muslim NC)
Ask yourself, if Tinubu is not on the ballot, who will the core North + Muslim North central + 50% of SW vote for?
If they vote Atiku, then there is no way on earth that Obi will defeat an Atiku. So Atiku will take all of Tinubu’s votes in the SW, SS and NC including the ones the G5 governors wrote for him? lol. Also there will still be a huge sentiment that it is the “turn of the south” so you can’t be so sure everyone will vote based on religion. But even if they did, no one knows the exact split in this country. Many Christians voted Tinubu and even Atiku but could easily change in a head to head Doubt you should be using “Walahi” on something you can’t possibly know |

LegendHero: Even if there is a rerun, none of it will return Obi.
—Obi vs Tinubu, Tinubu wins
—Obi vs Atiku, Atiku wins
—Atiku vs Tinubu, Obi out of the picture
—Atiku vs Tinubu vs Obi, Tinubu still wins.
Any rerun will only favor Tinubu and Atiku. So can you see now that no Ibo man can be president? Obviously you’re just trolling and enjoying your tribal bigotry so don’t let me interrupt you too much sir but not sure how anyone can be so that confident that Atiku beats Obi in a head to head lol |

Zooposki: I see Nigerians all over social media insulting their president, especially over this Niger issue. Do you have any idea that when you go about insulting your president, you insult your country and indirectly insult yourselves? No sense of decorum. I don’t see any other country insulting their president in public except Nigerians. Please stop washing your dirty linens in public. Why don’t you keep the insults in-house? Lmao BAT is that you? Don’t take it so personally, you should see what they’re doing to Biden lol |
Politics › Re: Can Tinubu Win A Free And Fair Election In Nigeria? by wegevv: 10:29pm On Aug 08, 2023 |
iSense247: Despite violence and rigging Tinubu was beaten balablu in his home state of Osun and adopted home state of Lagos. Can such a man win any presidential election that is not fraudulent in this country? So hypothetical scenario with no rigging where Governors were writing votes behind closed doors etc Before the election; possible but most likely on a second ballot. The polls showed no candidate was likely to reach the 25% threshold in 2/3 of states & FCT and I believe without rigging we could have had a runoff Today; impossible, these policies are hitting the people hard even though ultimately they are needed In 4 years time; possible, if he performs well. For better or worse, most Nigerians don’t care too much about politicians embezzling money sef. Just do the work PS: Buhari was a monumental failure and a disgrace to this country |

helinues: No need of mincing words, the Obidients are enemies of Nigeria. Not for once they have wished Nigeria the best since their principal loss in the last election.
The election loss brought out the real inborn hatred and frustration in them. Imagine those sore losers wishing military take over in Nigeria.
Anyways, we are light year ahead of them. All the evil wishes they wished Nigeria during former president Buhari tenure bounced back on them, except if they want more calamity to befall them that they will continue wishing evil to Nigeria

How did your state fair in the last 8 years? that should have been your primary concern.
How many jobs did your state government create & in what sectors, how many people did your state elevate from poverty?
Only the Lazy Almijiris look 👀 to the center for solace as an excuse for their own laziness. All these assumptions just to deflect from the incompetent failure in chief that is PMB lmao Everyone knows he’s a failure even PBAT the man that put him there lol. Apologies if that hurts your feelings |

I commented on it, congratulating her and hoping she does women and youth proud with her performance. Now that post and video is gone. My comment has disappeared too. And you people are hinting that a woman that was so overjoyed at the appointment, that she was on the verge of tears, rejected it. Really? Vinnie2000: You Pple now Try to Blame Buhari.😏
Wasn't Tinubu part of Buhari's Catastrophic Administration? 😒
His Boys Osinbajo, Gbajabiamila, Ahmad Lawan, Fashola, etc were active players in that FAILED APC Govt!
One can't give what he doesn't Have! Tinubu/APC are doomed to FAIL WOEFULLY in governing Nigeria!.😕 I'm don't like APC. And you're right Tinubu has to take the blame for giving us the bigoted and incompetent Buhari while staying silent for 8 years. But it is clear that Buhari was an arrogant president who didn't listen to practically anyone. Just hoping for a better country regardless of who is in charge. Our economic potential is still there even though Baba tried his best to kill it |

See the Ministers' Tinubu appointed after all the Hype! +Plus Corrupt Goons like Akpabio, Wike, Ibori and others!
Tinubu's Govt is Already WORSE than Buhari!😟🙁 Too early to judge if we're being honest. He is trying to remove Buhari's economic illiterate dual naira rate policy which I like. Ending fuel subsidy is needed too although we can question the implementation |

Tingotoe: Power returning to the north after 8 years is inevitable. In Nigeria it's a turn by turn thing. Yesterday Fulani, today Yoruba and tomorrow back to the north. They will surely rise again Turn by turn is slowly dying in Nigeria. It’s dead region wise and religion wise. But people like Tinubu and Wike are pretending it’s alive North/South wise for their personal gain. Don’t be surprised if more people reject North/South “turn by turn” politics in 2031 (or even 2027 if PBAT doesn’t perform). APC have set the precedent. And the last northern president was a monumental failure. Even prominent northerners acknowledge this lol If PBAT performs, he can stay till 2039. I couldn’t care less whose turn it is lol |
