FreeStuffsNG: Sir, does the map of Palestine to Isreal look like this? At best, that map looks more like sovereign state of Lesotho to SA and Lesotho is practically surviving on SA and it is a barren land.
If you are here shouting a fraudulent online country scam campaign by terrorists and can't get a buy in from those who matter in your state houses and NA, then you shouldn't be taken seriously niyen. You are probably one of them IPOB terrorists, not one of the patriotic Nigerians of Igbo extraction who you are frustrating their efforts to get their fellow Nigerians to vote for them. .
All the enemies of Nigeria will lose las las. They always lose. God bless Nigeria forever. Who are the enemies of Nigeria? That is the question you should honestly answer. Nigeria intentionally breeds it's own enemies from among it's people. Every day, the number increases. The IPOB you are quick to mention are visible because they have been very vocal. What about those groups/ethnicities that silently loath the country, and would never hesitate to press for it's implosion when (not if) the opportunity comes? The map of Igboland you circled in the picture, you make it appear like every ethnic group surrounding Igboland are homogeneous and have same motivation and same drive. Comparing it with Lesotho to SA, that seemed so dumb. But then, all Bubu's ass lickers are not known for their ability to think or be logical. |

maaji: I work with the national Primary health Care development agency. I am part of the management support team. Prior to any campaign on polio vaccine, circulars and letters are distributed to all schools so as to be aware of upcoming campaigns and be duely notified. Each school authority is to allow children for mass vaccination. It is a MUST for each school to allow that to happen or will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Now let me break it down. In vaccination, the main aim is to reach as more children as possible included churches, mosques, schools, Islamic school and were children gathers. Children from 0 to 59 months. We have 2 major forms of vaccination
House to house Special teams
The house to house teams visit each household to vaccinate children. Those teams also go to school and do mass vaccination
Now to the issue of parents before any campaign a mandatory and compulsory visit will be made to the authorities including the local government chairman, councillor and all district heads both chiefs and kings
Mobilisation funds will be made available for dissemination of information whether through radio or tv stations will be made to inform parents of oncoming polio vaccination.
The parents already know that thier children will be vaccinated by trusted and well known health worker.
Pardon mu epistly Your "epistly" has been noted. The contention here is, since when is it proper to show up at a school without prior notification about administering vaccine? The school wasn't informed. Parents were not informed. The bellicose woman tore off the visitors log book where she wrote her name. WHY? Does all this add up? Let's agree she wasn't trained on proper etiquette, being from a crude country called Nigeria. Is the school admin supposed to allow her waltz in and jab kids without prior notification to both school personel and parents/guardians?? |

The health worker is trying to prevent an outbreak of polio which if it happens will cause so much problems than we already have in this country.
I think the school should be closed down. Truly stated like the abominable vermin you are. In what world do you administer drugs to kids without their parents knowledge and consent? And you are talking about being logical Such rëtard comment. |

The northern leaders needs to address terrorism and the uselss almijiri system then encourage education.
All regions have their issues All regions have their issues, yes. The sad thing is, all region is expecting a thing called Nigeria to help them resolve the issues! Now, mention one thing that Nigeria has resolved since 1960. Not a single pressing national issue! The more reason why the country should devolve power into regional governments. maxwelltony: Good morning Nairalanders
There is this particular guy that I met on Facebook about two month ago in Facebook, we have been talking and he calls me almost everytime, he has tried to invite me to his house in osun state on different occasions but due to security issue I had to decline his invitation..
We planned to meet on Wednesday and he told me he was coming from osun state, so I told him to drop at Mr Biggs in Iwo Road Ibadan..
I stay at challenge so I had to #200 cab from there down to Iwo road, I was having about #1300 with me before leaving the house, I was already waiting for him for about 40minute before he showed up, he told me his car has fault and that he had to call his mechanic to fix the car for him, we sat down and talked.
During our discussion, he told me to please give him 1k to get something to drink, that he had forgotten his wallet in the car and his phone is off to make a transfer, I gave him and he ordered for soft drinks and meat pie..
Along the line, he told me he needed to make a call and requested for my phone so that he can direct the mechanic bringing down his car, I heard him calling and was directing the man down to Iwo road, all of a sudden he just went outside and before I could know it this guy has dissapeared with my phone and was just looking at him from afar..
I couldn't shout as I was just looking like a fool because I don't know what's happening, I waited for about 1hr thinking he has gone to pick the mechanic, I tried calling my number but was switched off, he has gone with my phone and I don't know his number off hand. I had use the #100 left with me to buy recharge card and was left with nothing.. It was a bitter experience for me as I had to trek all the way from Iwo road to Olorunsogo, When I couldn't continue with trekking I had to approach a lady to please help me out with #100 after explaining my situation to her and she gave me #500 and wished me well.
I thank God it was not more than this, he only went away with my phone, what if he had used me for ritual?
Please ladies be careful about the kind of guy you hang out with, always take your time to know the person you are moving out with..
I had learnt my lesson, and have handed him over to God . I sympathize with you. However, what line did you recharge with 100, since the guy has left with your phone and switched it off? |

Imagine this. The government spends billions subsidizing education for you all, free primary school, free secondary school, cheap universities(compared to other countries) in the hope that when you graduate, you will advance the country but you want to travel out (japa) with all the financial commitments the government have done for you and you still expect this same government to make it easy for you to travel out?
Imagine you spend money sending a woman/man to school thinking when done two of you can marry and be happy but alas, the person falls in love with someone else and says you are below his/her standard but still expects you to foot the wedding bill.
Or you as MD spends money training staff and the staff decides to just up and leave yet expects you to pay for transportation to the new firm.
The Nigerian government owes you nothing in this IELTS fight. Here's one of the mods and his view. Well, it is a matter of time before this pseudo patriotism of yours gets a bloody nose from same govt you're trying to justify. Nigeria is bound to happen to you as well. It is a matter of time. Do you think those guys who travel overseas in search of better living had better option in a Nigeria that has consistently refused to work and put things in place that would encourage it's citizens to stay home? Why didn't you insist that it is the citizen that was supposed to provide stable electricity, water, good roads, security, healthcare and every other factor that will encourage steady development and industrialization? The few who braved the odds to start a business after the below par education the govt "subsidized" got frustrated quick enough and packed it up. Oh, you haven't learned that Nigeria has got one of the worst indices of doing business? I never needed that IELTS, but the argument there is valid. At least why can't the test result be valid for life, no matter the cost of it? |

Oksman: There no need for that even if he said that. The question is where was Nigeria in 1997? The cancelled election, assassinations going on the insecurities at that time were enough to make him make such a comment. Araba is also a Hausa word that can relate to Tinubu's comment used by the July '66 coupists who felt they don't believe in one Nigeria. You're right. The only issue here was, Tinubu was unfortunate to have been quoted on a newspaper headline. Every current politician doesn't really believe in a one Nigeria, but they pretend anyway, because that is what oils their pocket. The state of the country that year (1997) wouldn't make any sane person think the country is one. Even the current president doesn't believe in one Nigeria. But the north will whip up every tactics to cut Tinubu to size. That is what it is. His apology won't suddenly make him a darling to the north. They're bound to look for other excuses against him. |

Guys who make first class in naija are very sound in theories, especially in engineering courses. They need to be trained to be able to have hands-on knowledge, and this is where the country lacks. Moreover, since govt doesn't place much importance on education, syllabuses don't get updated. Last time Nigeria had an overhaul in syllabus was in the 80s and partly in the 90s. Everything is pointing to ibos as being politically inconsequential. I bet Adams Oshiomole is more powerful than any ibo politician in the last 20years. The last time Peter Obi was Atiku's VP, he couldn't stepped into the north to caimpaign.
-Viper You have a point. I can't argue against this But then, if you remember that since after the Biafra war, the rest of Nigeria (especially the north) decided they would never give room for an Igbo president. Almost all the military heads of state were from the north, and they ensured power remained there, even after they retired. Since Nigeria builds powerful individuals instead of strong institutions, and since the constitution ensures that whoever is president is god, then it is not magic that there is not much influential Igbos in the national level. But you and I know that if power and position were to be obtained by merit in this country, Igbos would be everywhere. So, don't knock it if Igbos keep saying they want to leave Nigeria. They have valid reasons for saying so. |
