If a case of adultery is eventually established, It then falls on Suleiman's wife to decide what to do about it: either pardon her husband or ask for a divorce.
The case is more or less a moral, not criminal issue. If the Itobo lady wants to be compensated for damages, then her case needs to be watertight. If she aims at damaging Suleiman's reputation, then that's an easier job.

There are many bureaucratic red tapes and informal obstacles that makes the adoption process shrouded in so much mystery.

BUT...if you are Caucasian, the process is a smooth one!

This reminds me of a certain incident when I was in high school. It was the 90s, the height of the hip hop era, when oversized shirts that goes down to your knees and baggy trousers was the fashion trend.

Nothing wrong with Obama et al giving kudos to Bubu few months after he got into office. Every Nigerian who was fed up with GEJ's administration also did the same. In those few months, we were all waiting for him to gather momentum. He was enjoying everyone's goodwill by then, before we begin to realize that he was making certain retrogressive decisions.
