Trashy and junk journalism. I'm just asking myself, what did the victim write? what magazine? He is said to be a chemist, so I wonder if he's a writer as well, and a if it was a religious piece or something related to his profession that he wrote about. This rubbish just raises more questions than answers. I'm not trying to exonerate our fanatic "brothers" from the north, though. We all know that since the Grand Commander of cattle rarers has relocated to Aso rock, their violence and impunity has taken a giant leap. |
I just love it when a lady with a perky pair of goodness is confident enough to step out like this. If you don't like it, well, avert your gaze. In case you still don't know it yet, starring at titties promotes men's health and well being. ![]() |
daclint:Not exactly. The bad news came 10 months ago. Today's news is enough to make us roll out the drums and celebrate till we pass out. 10 months is long enough to make anyone lose hope of ever seeing this miracle kid alive again. 10 months of anguish and sleeplessness. 10 months of pure hell. But today, this day, heaven has come. The sun is shinning once more. I can't even imagine the pure bliss the parents are feeling now. Halleluyah! Heaven be praised. If only the kidnappers were apprehended, my orgasm would have been a bit more intense. |
eleko1:You just spoke my mind. He suddenly lasts long, but is not happy about it. Why not go back to the Kunle herbalist that did the magic for you? Onisekuse, omo jatijati ![]() |
Abagworo:Otimkpu. How market? |
When I read the the first line, i raised an eyebrow. When I got to number 2, I scratched my head. When I read number 3, I gave up. What a load of horseshit. |
Nothing else for you to do, other than to grow up! Geez! You think like an adolescent. Your mother is clearly the reason behind your unhappiness. You need to "woman up" and cut her off, at least temporarily, until she regains her senses. Sorry to say this, but she was clearly trying to do some gold digging through you. Now, I wonder why your father had to get away from her! She doesn't care about your feelings one bit. Imagine telling you that there's nothing wrong with the other man she wanted for you being a womanizer, and that you can change this quality of his after marriage! That's a ton of bullshit right there! Your problem is, you keep seeking for her endorsement. But she got other plans. It's your life, not hers. It's your marriage, not hers. It's your happiness, not hers. Clearly, her morals isn't screwed on right. Keep her away from you, or remain perpetually miserable. |
Muafrika2:Your description is for when someone intends to rear it as a hobby. if you intend to make profit from it, it will require much more than "an enclosure with a little water" For instance, this report said the crocodile farm occupies a 300 acre spread. That's some serious piece of real estate. bearing in mind that you cannot just site such farm in the middle of a forest where land could be dirt cheap. The biggest challenge to crocodile farming on a medium to large scale is feeding. Remember that they are carnivores. I have been studying how feasible this venture could be in Naija. |
Oh God! First day of September, and the death statistics has kicked off. Life is such a flimsy thing! |
Another thing is, check out how narrow the street is. There is hardly any room for drainage construction, except part of the houses facing the street are demolished. The houses have their front entrance on the street! The houses did not adhere to any building codes, which requires a certain distance to be as setback observed from the road. I'm certain none of the landlords will accept a drainage channel over part of their building getting demolished. Perhaps this is exactly what happened here. |
If they are really a married couple, then the man did the right thing. By walking away, he took the wind out of her sail. It takes a lot of maturity to do that. See the way the woman looked deflated and confused as the man walked away. This is one of those time it's wise to fight fire with water. He has retained the upper hand and kept his dignity. The woman on the other hand, will be in a state of uncertainty, trying to figure out what the man has in store for her later on. On the flip side, it could be the woman is much stronger than the man, and is used to beating him up. Her body language and boxing stance is a pointer to this. If this is the case, the man simply saved himself from public ridicule by walking away. |
Considerate robbers ![]() They robbed with knife in order to "avoid bloodshed". Great. Knives can't maim or kill, right? The lame stories they come up with after they get caught is what pisses me like crazy. |
ctuagent007:Thank you for this. Unfortunately, most of our people don't know this. Africans by their nature want instant gratification. Which is the reason why, you will NEVER see any ambitious long term plan of several years put in place and rigorously implemented. So, even if diamonds are discovered in truckloads at any part of the country, I won't get any excited over it. The prevailing government will just exploit as much as it can for personal gain, and its dirt poor citizens are no better off afterwards. When crude oil was discovered in commercial quantities in the Niger Delta, the word became "forget agriculture!" Now, with the hint of nickel, it has become "forget crude oil" Once the market for nickel goes south, they begin to preach agriculture again. Most rich countries of the world have got no natural resource to speak of. They develop their human capital index. Human capital owns future wealth, not natural resource. Now that even Lagos state has began the exportation of crude, watch how this would turn its fortunes the wrong way once "oyel syndrome" sets in. The black race can be so disgustingly stupid! Remember the diamond fields of Sierra Leone? |
dinomcjohn:Your post interest me. I have heard about this sort of joint venture, but have never taken part in it before. I am curious to know, between the surveyor and the sponsor, who usually takes the larger share of the 60:40 or the 70:30 ratios you cited? Also, you didn't mention the position of a property lawyer in a transaction such as this. |
Tvegas:With requests such as this, its no wonder car dealers keep tampering with odometers. You need a 7 year old car with it's mileage less than 100k miles? Jesu! Since you are in a foreign country, do check out the average mileage done by 5 year old cars for starters, much less 7. |
Is this for Lagos only, or do you deliver nationwide? |
brunofarad:Holluup....after plastering? I thought u don't need to plaster (screed) a wall you plan on doing stonework on? I have seen several walls where the plaster work needed to be chiselled off, so the stonework can be cemented to the underlying blocks. Abeg, come knack me ekwe for head, cos I no understand your yarns for hia, bros. |
dwilliams:It's all good, brother. Wish you well as you begin your journey. I was an undergraduate once. I know how I celebrated mine. No matter how popular or how long you spent in the university, there are much better and even more fun ways to celebrate. What good comes out of being drenched with waste water? |
Huh. The world is seeing an endless supply of ldiots. You'd think after the series of unfortunate incidents involved with this practice, our so called graduates who ought to be enlightened would call it quits with such nonsense....but no! You wrote your final exams, and that means what? That your long-suffering is finally over? Just Negodu! |
HungerBAD:So much crap. You certified him as a drunk, right? Your self righteousness stinks so much. |
I dare say the denizens of Naija are the most endurable people on planet earth. They have been equipped with the strongest shock absorbers known to man. We can endure any situation, walahi! What's more, the reason why all of these record feats and many more are not held by Naija folks is because they haven't bothered to do so. ![]() |
Keep riding on that crest. there's no need to make your boss have a lesser opinion of you. Who says your husband has to honor the dinner invitation soon? Remember, he is a "bank manager" and is mostly occupied with work related issues. Let your boss wait for a while, until your husband has prepared himself mentally and psychologically enough to decide to meet with him. And when the meeting finally happens, have your husband be in control of the setting. Make sure your boss understands that your husband can't stay for more than an hour at most, because he has a whole lot of additional responsibilities he needs to take care of. Only thing I hope is, that your husband is smart and suave enough to pull it off. He need not admit he is, or is not a manager. At worse, he can keep putting the dinner date off until your boss gets something else to distract him. |
Blackberrybabes:Get a life! If a lady is confident enough to go braless, then it's her business. Geez! You make it sound like a national issue. ![]() |
Oh no. Perhaps you can provide more info such as the part of town, or state where the boy resides, when and where last seen, etc. These are important. Hope he gets reunited with his parents soon. |
Hogwash. As if they can follow up or even fully investigate the veracity of the declarations made. Just mere paperwork, to make it seem like the IGP is tough on corruption. After this one time, no follow up is going to be made to check if additional assets they have acquired is commensurate with their earnings. |
Pity! But then, it shouldn't come as a surprise. Bubu and his merry men have no clear cut economic policy. There is no targeted drive in a particular direction since he assumed office. Truth is, you cannot give what you don't have. He hasn't improved on himself since 1985 after he was removed from office. If he couldn't improve on himself (one person) after all these years, then what sort of improvement does the country (over 170 million people) hope to get from him? His definition of "diversification" is to stumble on a major crude oil deposit in the Chad basin. We will keep hoping that the "best hands" he had appointed would suddenly develop a sense of direction and achieve something tangible before the dawn of 2019. As for the anti corruption war, if there are no major convictions before his tenure runs out, then he 's no better than those he's calling corrupt. |
kindex:What's the price of this property, please? |
Use this link to send a complain to NAFDAC. http://www.nafdac.gov.ng/index.php/stakeholders/consumer-safety/send-us-a-complaint I just went through their website in search of a direct email or telephone contact, but there was none. Such a lame website for a national organization. You can also report at a police station. But you need to be careful with this step, else the police just pocket some money from the crook and even let him know who reported the incident. |
Wonder why the video has been removed from Youtube |
So that was Mike Ezuruonye taking d video. Cool though. |
