BruceChang:I'm not sure what specific names they are called here. "Trailers" are the general term used for them. Pictures will serve to explain the specific trailer you are referring to when you try to contact potential buyers. |
Yes, Haulage and construction companies are spot on. I know the stake trailers are used by brewery companies to transport their products. One of the biggest here is Nigeria Breweries Plc. About sending samples, this is quite true. But seeing how costly (financial and time wise) this could be, video presentations can help out. |
BruceChang:FP means front page. Yes, these trailers are certainly found in Nigeria. The flatbeds are quite common though. Logistics and construction companies should be your target. You will require good marketing strategies too. |
Tubaba! The proud father of many nations. Congratulations! |
They got great sense of humor ![]() Let's share in it. Have a great weekend, y'all. cc: Lalasticlala

The following are collections of very funny signposts and notices in different locations in India.

Three other police officers were penciled to take up the position but they all rejected it. ![]() Only the fear of death makes policemen reject promotion or bribery. |
Quite impressive. And where are the very expensive private schools? Or they didn't get to participate in the competition? |
Trailers are still fulfilling their mission on Naija and especially Lagos roads. The impotent government still can't enforce the ban on daytime movement for them. |
@ djnonny, Vaxt: I think it's prudent to also inform people how much is to be paid as development levies, and other sundry charges. There are certain rites that non indigenous buyers are expected to pay. This should be stated, so any interested person knows the additional financial commitments he's going to make. Also, I'm wondering why you couldn't come up with pictures of the said land. At first, you posted a computer generated image. Later, you changed it with these pictures Spyder880 took when he went to inspect lands in Anambra. I don't think he took those pics at Ebenebe. They are from other locations in Awka. |
Double tragedy. The anguish for the family is better imagined. |
Nah. His period just started. No need to stress. He will just go back inside and wear a pad, abi na tampon? |
Seem like most articulated vehicles, aka trailers in Lagos have suddenly become babies who are learning to walk for the first time: They keep falling and tumbling even when there seemed to be no reason to stumble. Government has ordered they shouldn't ply the roads in the daytime anymore. But since governments are nothing to take seriously anymore, accidents like this will keep happening. They are good at making rules which they couldn't enforce. |
Tell tales? More like "tall tales" But seriously, this isn't the sort of question you would want the public to help you with an answer (reason why I think it's a tall tale) The man suggested marriage, and you began to look him in that light. Well, if you think he's suitable, why not? There's nothing ethically, morally, spiritually or physically wrong with getting married to your late sister's hubby. The only obstacle to this is YOU. Do you wholeheartedly accept the idea of marrying him? Everyone and everything else, including family, friends and foes will fall into place once you honestly answer this question. You didn't say if you are identical twin to your sister. If you guys are identical, and I happen to be your late sister's hubby, walahi I will not let you escape me! Perfect replacement. Note this: Once you marry him, mischievous folks will whisper that you killed your sister in order to snatch her hubby. So, I hope you have a thick skin. |
tensazangetsu:WOW!!! Even though this statement was meant to be sarcastic (The part about selling the country to China and let everyone share the proceeds) I think it actually holds some merit. Black Africans are absolutely horrible at governing themselves. We suck at almost everything, apart from fvcking, eating and perhaps, sports. |
spyder880:I totally understand your point of view. However, note that it is not just the people from Owerri/Imo state that would purchase lands here. Potential investors are from every southeast states, and even beyond. The truth is that, spending powers seem to have nosedived since the past one year or so. A bad economy affects the general populace. That doesn't stop us from forging ahead and conquering new frontiers, though. Let's keep pushing. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. |
JAZES:You really think this is a country, or a nation? Think again! In Nigeria, every single person looks out for himself. Don't even think there is a cohesion. Every policeman looks out for himself. Every customs officer looks out for himself. Every business man looks out for himself. Every petty trader looks out for himself. Every civil servant looks out for himself. Every soldier looks out for himself. Every politician looks out for himself. Every professional person looks out for himself. The government rapes the people and its resources all the time, so the people feel no single remorse for getting back at the government whenever they get opportunity. In this sort of society, loyalty or patriotism is the farthest thing on your mind. Survival by any means possible is the first and only rule. In this so called country, it has long become the game of survival of the fittest. It is open season. Take as much as you can, while you can, when you can. The bigger you can steal, the more chances you have at escaping the law. The politicians have proven this theory an uncountable number of times. |
The photos are indeed disturbing. The very stuff horrible nightmares are made of. How does this demented 56 year old feel when he looks into the mirror? Utterly disgusting. Even the so called wife needs to get her head examined for putting up with this caricature. |
spyder880:I thought plots 9 and 31 have been sold already? Check your records. Also, now that you suggest plots 11,13 and 15 be reserved for recreational facilities, what happens to other reserved plots? (18,19,20,21 and 56, 57, 58) Are the original plans they were meant for still intact, or they are going to be changed? |
efepro:. Christianity of the stomach. Your belief was awakened, and you embraced them because of the food? Must have meant a lot to you, seeing as how you took the time to make a list of all the items. Reminds me of this woman who never had anything nice to say about TB Joshua and his ministry...until a certain day when folks from the synagogue arrived their street near Ikotun and gave out bags of rice to people. Since consuming the rice, she has become the unofficial PR person for SCOAN. |
omowolewa:Our president has shown us that court orders shouldn't be obeyed or taken seriously. So.... |
Stalemate! This is the situation where dialogue, negotiation, compromise and a smooth tongue are needed. Man #1 is at more risk, especially if the cliff is a very high one. If man #2 quickly jumps sideways, the short range might ensure the bullet doesn't miss, but it may not hit important organs (head, heart etc) and man #1 plunges to his death. What is he even smiling for? |
This shows the land is on a slope. |
That's nice. The power of social and mass media. Still baffles me how she survives, I mean, bodily functions and all. Looked like she's got just her head and chest, and nothing else! Amazing!!! |
Bunch of thieving bastards. Imagine asking the complainant to pay a "mobilization fee" of N50k. I just pray I won't have any course to visit a police station, or have any dealings with these horrible people in uniform. |
What could be the cause of such traffic jam, on a well spaced apart dual road? Both roads are chocked up. Makes no sense. It can't just be a case of too much vehicles on the road at once, could it? |
Kennycyphers:I commend you for sharing your experience and expenses incurred for this project. I also would like to know how many coaches were constructed. Now, why wouldn't you want to mention the said community? I see nothing wrong in doing so. Everyone knows that development fees are usually demanded almost everywhere, but 200k is rather too high. Please, I want to know what community. I am hoping to acquire plots within Awka, especially around Ebenebe. Keep rising! |
Both parents should be punished for this crime. How does the stup!d woman expect a man to take care of a 2 month old baby, who should still be exclusively feeding on breast milk? Arguably, her action was borne out of anger, and she was trying to make the man feel sorry for abandoning her and the child. As for the man, I'm letting my imagination run wild on the sort of punishment befitting such an animal. What kind of human being could strangle a helpless 2 month old baby, sired from his own loins? I will gladly take part in stabbing him to death with a toothpick! I am that angry!! ![]() This world is indeed wicked and lost. |
Godspikin:Ha. I was thinking the same thing. It's all good. My idea now, is to combine these bricks with conventional blocks. Best of both worlds. |
Godspikin:Yes, thanks. I'm still eager to see how the plumbing is done. Same goes for electrical wiring, especially conduits. |
![]() Somebody is yet to tell us what the beef really is between these two. Did one snatch the others woman? |
