Firstly, go and read (Pension Reform Act 2014), know the time period your pension can be delayed by your employer, know what is your percentage and that of your employer from the 18% stipulated by the act, also know how to calculate your pension by yourself so that you will not be cheated etc.

Secondly, write a petition agains't your former employer to (PENCOM) reporting the company with the details amount they are owning you, request for interest of the said amount to be paid to you if they have remitted your pension as at when due.

finally, know that Pencom is always happy to recieve petition agains't company who default pension remittance because they are going to make money from them while they also ensure with force that they pay your money. I believe opstimistically that after doing this, you will come back to this platform to testify.

The problem we have in this country is that we do not have leaders that are proactive when it comes to this kind of issue. How on earth the president would have waited for the spread of this deadly virus before he could place traveling ban on some of these countries. Not only that, why did he also decleare that those who are outside the country are free to come back home most especially those from the heavily affected nations such as us, uk, italy and china which is the originating spot of this virus to mention but a few. As well this government also fail to protect the life of nigerians by ensuring that, at all the international airport mostly as well the local onece, health worker are mobilised to standby awaiting all incoming travellers to be tested by the help of some security agencies.If it does happen you are positive, you are taken to the already designated quaratine place by the government, If you are not, you are taken to an isolated place for a particular period of time to be monitored and ensure you are free from it. But until when it has spread to a higher percentage, our so called government now remember that there should be some measures put in place to stop or control the deadly virus.this shows that the people we have today in our government offices completely incompetent, redundant and obsolate.
