This is a shame to the entire government of this nation, shame to Nigeria military and a whole security system of Nigeria. who can be bold to say that Nigeria military, police and the entire security system of this country doesn't know anything about this.

Maybe it would be after this generation, the judiciary is not independent. the judiciary officers are appointed by the executive, that is why it's very difficult for it to function the way it suppose to be. they are always influence by the executive.

i think for our judiciary to be trusted, our constitution need to be reviewed and as well changed, in that too much of power will not be given to the execution, other arms of government should be given a constituted authority to remain independent in terms of appointment of it officials etc.

My brother or sister, there's no employment letter that will not come with resumption date on it. So if there was no date on it when you were given the letter, you would have ask. it's a scam.

i am highly disappointed, how can you catch a theif and kill him instantly. don't you suppose to keep him and interrogate inorder to acertain some fact on the same re- occuring theft?. this same issue took place last year when the so called oil survellance contract was given to Tompolo by the federal Government. A whole vessel was set ablaze after capturing it. the question is , why didn't they drain the oil that we could not meet our daily production limit before burning it. Secondly who gave the order that they should burn down any vessel captured with stolen crude. These questions is for you nigerian government.

If you follow this piece of advice, i bet you that you will surely get all your money from them with the interest that supposed to have been acrude to your pension fund if they have remitted it as at when due.

Firstly, go and read (Pension Reform Act 2014), know the time period your pension can be delayed by your employer, know what is your percentage and that of your employer from the 18% stipulated by the act, also know how to calculate your pension by yourself so that you will not be cheated etc.

Secondly, write a petition agains't your former employer to (PENCOM) reporting the company with the details amount they are owning you, request for interest of the said amount to be paid to you if they have remitted your pension as at when due.

finally, know that Pencom is always happy to recieve petition agains't company who default pension remittance because they are going to make money from them while they also ensure with force that they pay your money. I believe opstimistically that after doing this, you will come back to this platform to testify.
