I would have said you should report the case to the police or EFCC as this is a case of fraud, but Nigerian Police nowadays behave like a criminal organization. They will extort you before they do anything, and they would consider the amount too small for their attention.

Nigerians should imbibe a culture of fighting for their rights instead of just complaining on social media.

Is not madness. We agreed to sell the electricity to prevent them from building a dam on the River Niger. If they dam the River Niger to produce electricity, kanji dam would not be able to produce much electricity again as the water pressure would drop considerably.

We have light here, the problem is that the quantity is far below the requirements.
How many KWhs does Benin produce and how many do they require? How many urban cities are in Benin Republic. You cannot sit down in Cotonou and extrapolate the situation there to the whole country. Most villages and even some towns in Benin Republic are not connected to the national grid. It's like comparing the quantum of petrol needed in Nigeria to that needed in Benin Republic. I am sure 1 local government alone in Lagos requires more KWhs if electricity than the whole of Benin Republic.

Having said that that does not exonerate the incompetency of the Nigerian state for the poor power situation given resources available and utilized on power projects over the decades.

I was never in support of U.S. withdrawing from Afghanistan. I believe the US should have build a base in the country just like it did in many other parts of the world. The msin problem with the US is the military industrial complex and it's corrupt officials. US wars are too mired in corruption. That's why the wars are the most expensive anywhere in the world if not in history and that's why the US can't sustain a war beyond a few years. How can a 20 year war cost $2 trillion.

I just watched the video and it does not help your argument. In fact it showed the Taliban broke the agreement even before the ink with which it was written dried.

The Taliban attacked an Afghan military check point, the Afghan military fought back with US Air support. Meanwhile the following week, the US still went ahead with the release of 5000 jailed Taliban fighters and Trump continued his withdrawal arrangement on schedule until he reduced US forces to just 2500 troops, with the plan to withdraw the remaining 2500 by may 31.


Even the Afghan President was complaining in the video that he was against the deal and the release of 5000 Taliban fighters.
