What is the difference between FIRS collecting VAT on behalf of states then SENDING THESE FUNDS 80% to state and 20% to State LGA’s? and the states COLLECTING the VAT on their own and Sharing it themselves?

States collecting VAT on their own would be subject to lots of abuse and manipulations. How will the FG and other states verify the data presented by a state?

I also do not believe the shit about adulterers dying as a curse. I do see adultery as a serious offense and a threat to society though.

I am not religious, I am more of a humanist and I see marriage as an institution that helps protect the future of humanity. The bible and all other religions and cultures made adultery a serious crime and taboo for a reason.

The marriage institution helps protect the woman first (Who are the vulnerable members of the society) and most importantly the children. Children need the protection of their fathers and the love and care of their mother in order to develop to be valuable members of the society. A situation whereby children are raised by only one parent often leads to dysfunctional children and thus a dysfunctional society. The institution of marriage best protects the children.

In this case imagine the trauma Tega's child/children will face especially if the marriage breaks down. They will carry that stigma for the rest of their lives. Families might refuse to marry these children because of the stigma they will be forced to carry for the rest of their lives.
I am not particularly concerned about the secrets behaviour of Tega and her husband. What pains me is the open display of adultery on live TV. Even prostitutes don't do it in front of their children and actors make sure they explain to their children that it's all make believe and not real.

I would have said you should report the case to the police or EFCC as this is a case of fraud, but Nigerian Police nowadays behave like a criminal organization. They will extort you before they do anything, and they would consider the amount too small for their attention.

In Yoruba culture, it's not until you do big wedding in church or Dubai that you are considered married. Ordinarily giving a woman "belle", she is already considered your wife, not to talk of borning 3 children for you.

Is not madness. We agreed to sell the electricity to prevent them from building a dam on the River Niger. If they dam the River Niger to produce electricity, kanji dam would not be able to produce much electricity again as the water pressure would drop considerably.
