You still think ppl like Akpabio give a damn about you? You better wake up , those pple are only in Abuja for their own pocket, they can't fight for you. If you can't come out and fight for what you believe in (like the biafrans are doing) , then forget about it and continue your sufferings. Just like the Igbo top politicians in Abuja, your leaders are all compromised. Your future is in your hand , not in Akpabio hand. |

Politics › Re: Why Pursue Biafra Instead Of National Revolution by wisdomguy4u(m): 4:38pm On Nov 07, 2015 |
The structure of Nigeria makes it impossible to achieve a full blow revolution. Tribalism has eaten deep down our system, in the sense that, with a Northern in power, the Northern youths will give him full support, not that he is doing well, but simply bcus he is their brother. Same goes to other regions of the country.
The youths of Nigeria can never speak with one voice and move in one accord. That is why we are still dealing with the same old corrupt politicians from 1960 till date. These group of politicians are the problem of Nigeria, and they know the structure of Nigeria can't allow any revolution.
The refusal to implement the National conference resolved by Buhari, is a enough reason for a ruthless revolution in Nigeria. But, how can it happen?
Revolution is the only thing that can save Nigeria . Nigeria can't achieve change in a round table discussion. Our old "corrupt" politicians can't create change. Only the masses (youths) can force Change to come through a revolution. |

Wat are the economic plans of biafra, Wat are it's political plans, Wat regions encompasses this biafra, ha so many unanswered questions yet people are demonstrating and agitating. I shows me that my fellow igbo people are daft and premedevial You are the daft here bro. You sit down in your house and say things you know nothing about. Have u ever attend any IPOB meeting? You don't know the plans on ground. You expect the agitators to knock on your door and tell u their level of preparation? or you expect to read in the newspaper? Better sit your arse in your house and stop saying things you know nothing about. If you can't join the agitators, the least u can do for them is to Zip your mouth. |

A lot had happened in this country. Every part of the divide is fighting solely for their selfish interest, rather than the collective interest.
After the civil war , with the Igbos in anguish, the yorubas felt like the king as far as southern Nigeria concern, while the fulanis felt like the king of Nigeria. Together, these two tribe did a lot of heinous adjustments to the detriment of other tribes. |

Like the appointment saga weren't enough, Buhari's went ahead to make that 5% and 95% speech in US. You do not take a major tribes like the Igbo for granted and expect no reaction.
A president is suppose to be the father of all irrespective of tribe, who vote for him and who doesn't. If an Igbo man as the president had done to hausa/fulani what buhari had done to Igbos in this few months, hell would have went loose. |

We can not take it. It is either one Nigeria or we go with our brothers in Edo to anywhere we find ourselves. For your information , delta state and in fact SS is made up of several distinct tribes... If your tribe wants to join Edo, good for you. because POLAND HAS LANGUAGE OR ETHNIC SIMILARITY WITH RUSSIA DOES NOT MAKE IT RUSSIA. In the case of Niger Delta vs Biafra, u guys are emphasizing more on similarity than the real identity.
You people claim as far as Igara, some parts of benue and Kogi. what for? Is it a crime to share similarity with neighbor? Why all this gibberish? Bubewilson: I doubt it if any true Igbo person will have difficulty understanding another Igbo dialect..... Personally I understand the Igbo spoken in Anambra, Enugu, Abia, Imo, Ogba and Ukwuani spoken in parts of Rivers state. The only one I don't understand much is that spoken by Ebonyi people. But good enough they themselves can still speak central Igbo.
And I think there is nothing wrong with Igbo elders speaking their core dialects when they have meetings as their is no difficulty in tunning ones ear to understand what is being said in another variant of the language.
Why encourage the adoption of a central Igbo tongue when you also pointed out that doing same caused the Angas language to diminish in favour of the Hausa language... Does it make sense... Can't you take precaution from the mistake of others......... Abum onye Igbo. Am from Anambra , I understand delta and rivers state igbo more than Ebonyi Igbo , esp that of ikwo, ezii |
