So if they don't give Obi president or Vice should we vote Tinubu then?
Please stop repeating yourself saying the same unintelligent thing over and over like a dog unwilling to let a bone go.

Article author gave his opinion and has not asked you to do anything let alone direct you where to cast your vote.

What is sure is that many voters will see things his way to include those not from the most embittered ethnic group in the world always harbouring malevolence in their heart for those who best them and thus likely to vote hatefully.

Young, idealist and "woke" Yorubas and Middle-Beltan Obidients for example, like Falz and Macaroni etal, followed Obi because of his appeal as a departure from the old boys who ruined Nigeria.

They will not continue following him now he is firmly entrenched in the den of the devilish crew who got Nigeria where she is today.

Malami, for example, is responsible for the penetration of Fulani herdsmen impunity everywhere. Me, you and any truthful Nigerian know this to be 100% true.

Where Malami is, many Yorubas, South South and North-Central folks ,who remember his ignoble role in the proliferation of Fulani herdsmen AK47 criminal menace everywhere, will never go i.e ADC. Not even for Obi.

Ditto Atiku the serial and callous born-to-rule imperialist and the face of historical corruption and cronyism that feasted on the souls and future of many Nigerians.

Same with Aregbe who suffered Nigerians horrendously as interior Minister till Tunji-Ojo restored joy and hope.

El Rufai too who is now scary and unstable talking about he wants to help remove "evil he forced on Nigerians".

So many other ruinous hands are in ADC that sensible Nigerians, genuinely voting for a better Nigeria, and not out of hate or vindictiveness, will never want to assist to gain power because they are sure those folks would be 'more-of-the-same' and unlike the hope they believed Obi was when he stood away from those people in pursuit of his ambition in 2022-2023.

ADC will lose the vote of young, gullible and idealistic voters who were the mainstsay of Obi because they saw him as different in a nation of rapacious and failed 'old school' Vultures they believe have nothing to offer and must be denied power if Nigeria is to make progress.

Obi has joined them and , even as Presidential candidate, will lose the support of that demographic of voters and so will ADC by extensions. Watch and see.

Last last voters apathy is sure as those lot, even if they Wont port to vote Tinubu, will prefer to remain at home and not vote. Tinubu therefore gains by default. It isn't Rocket science bruv.

Defeated Okowa in Delta, etc all without the coalition imagine what will happen in 2027 when they team up. APC underrated Atiku Obi and Kwankwaso thinking they'll cruise home with 70% of the votes but won with less than 40%. 2027 is all against APC

It is always a problem for a people who are.emotionally hateful and bitter towards others.

They are so desirous of victory against those they hate obsessively, they ignore reality to begin projecting the success of various theories they have crafted in their mind against others.

With them, we have seen this same scenario literally a thousand times in history. They sang songs extolling the victory of Kaduna Nzeogwu and co until reprisal came.

They jubilated the beginning of the Civil war to then be crying"genocide" later.

They praised the initial prison breaks of UGM, IPOB etal as "world domination loading" yet we all know how that ended with the arrowhead of the movement in jail and the group floundering today.

Never known a set of adult so ill-prepared for life because they continue to be so emotional and sentimental, from generations to generations, they always get major events, decisions, alliances and considerations wrong.

Here we go again with another round of senselessly premature noismaking and misguided jubilation, over a gathering of desperate failures, before eventual reality happens to shut them up in 2027 till the next round of failure comes along.

They've started again, talking as if they've won the election already. Seems they haven't learnt anything since 2023
Indeed. They will never learn and this is why they remain so childishly excitable and terrible at politics.

Same people before the 2015 elections, since they ignorantly believed GEJ an invincible god that cannot be deposed, shouted "Fulani will never rule Nigeria again" here on NL and everywhere else. I think we all know what happed after that naive noise.

Today, they are at it again because a group of desperado have formed a coalition and taking a few optics-satisfying pictures for those easily excited by visual stimuli whereas politics is about much more.

Tinubu has almost infinite power to defeat these deperados in 2027 ,especially as they have shown their hands and faces early, with a cross-range of approaches to include political strategizing, socio-economic achievements etc, etc.

Again, pertinent to mention Tinubu is not GEJ as it is also important to remind many that initial gra gra, from those most prone to getting carried away to be shouting "Fulani will never rile Nigeria again", usually always ends in tears and failure.

It is necessary and unavoidable temporary tough times that will develop a new Nigeria where Nigerians will live, as obtains worldwide, and not just survive.

Even before Tinubu we were already the infamous owners of some of the worst developmental statistics in the world showing Nigerians, by any standard of comparison, were merely surviving and not living and very far from where we needed to be.

Ralph Nwosu, founder and pioneer Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has said former Senate President David Mark is leading the coalition to the Presidential Villa.

The coalition, which was established to unseat President Bola Tinubu in 2027, had earlier chosen Mark and ex-Governor Rauf Aregbesola as Chairman and Secretary respectively.

ad
Speaking at the YarÁdua Centre in Abuja, where the ADC coalition is being unveiled, Nwosu said, “We all decided to resign so that Mark can paddle this canoe and get us to the Villa.”

Learn more
Nwosu described Aregbesola, estranged ally of Tinubu, as a man of unparalleled service record.

“Nigerians are yearning for change. They are yearning for the coalition. I congratulate you both and assure you that working with the NWC and NEC members you will meet, you have no problem.

“I will be talking as a floor member. My job will not end until we sing the national anthem in the Villa. That will be the real hope. Nigeria has been in ICU. Lives are being lost everyday. My appeal to the emerging political leaders is to take Nigeria from the ICU to global reckoning because we can!

We can help Mark and Aregbesola by the way we conduct ourselves. Anybody who says anything against what we’ve done today is not ADC member. We shouldn’t be apologetic. We need to be ready for this battle. More will come, but the way we are we will surmount them.”

Among those who attended the event were former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar; Peter Obi, Labour Party Presidential Candidate in the 2023 elections; Nasir El-Rufai, former Governor of Kaduna; Rotimi Amaechi, former Transportation Minister; Emeka Ihedioha, former Imo governor, among others.

Aregbe whose 8 years as Interior Minister was horrendous and heavily punitive on Nigerians when Passport took years to get and became scarce like soil from Jupiter?

Same Aregbe that Tunji-Ojo, in only one year, has so stupendously surpassed as Interior Minister, per performance and service delivery, to the extent no Nigerian today wants to even remember Aregbesola was ever Interior Minister because of how inept and worthless he was?

These are the sort they are parading as "performers" and "men of unrivalled performance record" to "liberate" Nigeria . Desperation is real and we dey laugh.

@OP and his supporters.

You are all talking like fearful men but you don't realise it. As Shakespeare proclaimed in his Julius Caesar play:
"Cowards die many times before their deaths but a brave man dies once".

Wike is a brave man who warned Atiku, after he conspired with other Fulani supremacists to thwart Wike's chance of earning the PDP 2023 slot that belonged to the South, and is the cause of the implosion of PDP today, "I will not be second class" in my own nation.

If Wike can bravely fire that shot at Atiku, who he knew could replace Buhari as President having won the PDP 2022 primaries, it is now Tinubu is President that same Wike, a Minister of the ruling government, will be worried or scared?

Even Tinubu proves my point with how he fought GEJ and went before the Code of Conduct Court to face trumped-up charges GEJ cobbled together to intimidate and deter Jagaban from working to remove him from office.

We all saw the iconic image of Jagaban relaxing in the dock , below, as if to say "I no be una mate".

Jagaban never thought of failing let alone worry about facing GEJ's retribution same as Wike is not worried about Atiku becoming President because brave men act secure in the knowledge they will conquer while cowards like Obi and co are always fretting about the reprisal failure may bring.

Your thought does not cross Wike's mind because the man has proven he is no coward , and never fled PDP like Obi, whereas you and others think as you do because you are fearful by character. Just like Obi.

Below is a very powerful image. From that, on to many other struggles and challenges, to become President. All testimony to the fact Jagagan is an extraordinary, fearless and talented leader who is not the mate of Atiku, Obi or any of his peers. Wike is in that mould too.

Precisely. This is because he is too desperate and unintelligent to analytically see the big picture.

Two types of Northerners are looking to succeed Tinubu in 2027 or 2031.

(1) Disgruntled/deposed born-to-rule and dishonourable Northern supremacist ,with no regards for equitable power sharing between North and South, desperate to remove PBAT asap in 2027.

(2) Honourable and ambitious Northerners, many in influential political office currently, who understand the need for equity to sustain peace between North and South for the greater good of Nigeria.

Those in this group would therefore prefer to replace Tinubu in 2031 when it is the legitimate turn of the North and perhaps with the full backing of the outgoing PBAT and the might of incumbency.

Now, what is the advantage of Obi's pledge of doing one term only to any of the two above to convince them to agree to his sycophantic and grovelling plea?

The leader of group 1, I.e Atiku, wants power in 2027 when he will be 80. Advanced age that means 2027 is possibly his last chance to be President and not 2031 when he will be 84 or 2035 when he will be 88 if Obi reneges on his promise as we all know is 90% assured.

Those in group 2, assured of Northern legitimate and rancour-free Presidency in 2031 if they help Tinubu conclude his second term, will be interested in Obi's silly, unfeasible and treachery-prone pledge for what reason?

It isn't Rocket science. Critical thinking and pragmatic Nigerians see what the reality of our nation reveal will happen in 2027. Dreamers can continue deluding themselves.

Hate Wike all you want, he is right about his opposition to Atikus ambition.
Absolutely. We are not ignorant of the history of desperate Atiku and his co-travellers who cumulatively have nothing to offer Nigeria and Nigerians as individuals or as a group.

Take Aregbesola for example. This man heaped misery, pain and suffering on Nigerians as Minister of Interior under Buhari.

Tunji-Ojo, Tinubu's Minister of Interior, has not only put massive smiles on the faces of Nigerians, by showing them what others claim is impossible is easily doable, but has also succeeded to show that Aregbesola is a failed and horrendous political/administrative relic and enemy of Nigeria's progress no sane Nigerian should support or indulge.

Yet, for many reasons, we forgive and forget quickly meaning Aregbesola' sins and costly failings, as Interior Minister under Buhari, are forgotten today.

All because he is now seen as a hero for joining a coalition of desperados trying to depose Tinubu and his working government.

The runaway success of Tunji-Ojo only loudly highlights Aregbesola's own personal failings and how, along with Atiku etal, ADC is nothing but a gang-up of disgruntled elements and failures who have ruined our nation yet whose main interest remains gaining power they do not know how to use effectively but cannot breathe without.

Were it not for the impregnable support of PBAT, Wike would have long been sent packing.

His saving grace is that Tinubu knows how toxic the Nigerian political environment is.

Political enemies are always on the prowl looking for loopholes to bring down their perceived enemies.

Their motto is:

See no good!

Hear no good!

Speak no good!

It is called the PhD syndrome (pull him down syndrome).

Tinubu knows their mission and also cognizant of the fact that they equally detest him emerging as the President of the FRN.

It's visible to the blind that Wike's developmentally transformational strides at the FCT have been unparalleled and asking Tinubu to axe his most outstanding Minister over unsubstantiated allegations smacks of mischief.

Wike, abeg, carry go!

Patriotic Nigerians are solidly behind you!

@hotseat
Well said. For many leaders ( like Obi, Atiku etal) and their follower (Obidients, Atikulates etal) it is crystal clear issues are not about progress and development of Nigeria.

They are not at all interested in the sterling work Wiike is doing, making him best FCT Minister ever in 2 years only, let alone be ready to put politics aside to praise and wish Wike well.

This is the tragedy of our nation and a personal reason I am a fan of regional autonomy I feel must replace hopelessly discredited 'One Nigeria".

When there is no longer a central cake to fixate on, and all us have become fully responsible for our own progress or failure at regional level, we will all learn to put pettiness, ethno-religous bias and political grandstanding aside to focus on what is most important.

I e progress for Nigerians matched with unified and uncompromising support for those delivering it.
