Be like " which kain poo be this ". |
The Ooni designate should sue this people for defamation of character. |
Waiting for Buhari's media spokesmen to explain to us what he actually meant. Did our president say those things from a written text or he spoke extemporaneously? Does he have advisers and speech writers ? His 'one man show ' is not encouraging to say the least. APC please call your leader to order. |
Why won't the economy be bad when a professor of Law is heading the economic team. |
So someone is nominated, screened, confirmed and sworn in as a minister only for him /her to be redundant and only attend FEC meetings. Okay, will all the ministers be entitled to the same remunerations? Or will it be a situation where : " all ministers are equal but some are more equal than others ". I'd rather resign than be a ministerial bench warmer. |
Demmocrats:And most importantly, Amaechi, the Chief Sponsor of APC ( as a sitting governor ). Where did he get all those money from? |
You better buy Gionee M2 or M3 mini. Trust me, you won't regret it. After sales service is excellent and the battery is superb. I use original M2 and I know what I'm talking about. |
All this one na grammar. Oga is slow. Period . |
Nigerian Army over to you if he is a genuine major. |
The message is clear. Those who have ears let them hear. |
My only comment is to the Rivers state people : Vote wisely during the rerun. Don't be swayed by propaganda and outrageous promises by...........you know them . |

Thank God I didn't care to read the first post because I know it must be denied. Who now is stating the obvious and the truth? |
Ofcourse anyone can quote the Bible and draw analogy therefrom. Even the devil does. But we know the lobbyings and horse tradings that went on behind the scene. The Senate speaker confirmed as much. This, to me, is what gave this man the soft landing and not his ' saintness '. |
Controversy trails this man. Assuming he is made a minister, can he avoid it? |
" We will determine Amaechi's fate not Anyanwu's report " - Ndume. So why set up that Committee in the first place? |
NgeneUkwenu and CO must see this. |
NgeneUkwenu:You are suffering from Jonaphobia. Prescription : Go to the lagoon and bath seven times. In case you don't know, your former President is in Tanzania overseeing their general election under the auspices of the Commonwealth of Nations . Can you and yours beat that? |
Why not a Southerner . I thought it's their turn . O yeah , I get it: "as long as he can perform, it doesn't matter where he is from ".Whatever happened to Federal character in appointments? |
Lion of Africa indeed. And imagine saying that Amaechi's sins should be nullified if he is Buhari. In other words selecting those to be probed and others to be forgiven. What type of Anti corruption fight is that? This is exactly what the PDP spokesperson was lamenting: APC'S selective witch hunt. This man just confirmed it - albeit unwittingly. |
I wonder how Amaechi will function if at all he is cleared and made a minister with all these baggages and controversies . Can't APC find another way to compensate him. Do we really need a ' controversial ' minister? |
So what is the hurry in screening and possibly confirming him. Will this not be subjudice as well? Suppose after confirming him he was found guilty? What happens ? He should wait until the case is concluded. But how come that amongst the 37 nominees he's about the only one having issues? There is this saying that " When a child is crying and pointing somewhere, check well - either of his parents is there". I don't think it okay for such a controversial figure to be made a minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria . APC can always compensate him in other ways. |
This allegation is likely to be true from the evidence of the witnesses. The anti corruption agencies should move in and take necessary actions. Or are they waiting for petition - that is stronger than the court evidence? |
Please don't make him the Minister of Information. It will be like selling whiskey to a drunkard. |
But I saw George Uboh live on TV with all the allegations. So it is libelous to report what was broadcast live and everyone is already aware. What happens to George? And the TV station? 0r am I the only one that saw the broadcast ? I just hope that these lawyers will not be used to gag the press. Anyway, this is their time to make money. Oya, The Sun Newspaper, hire your own solicitors and advocates . I hope I didn't sound libelous! I no get money o. |
How many? More than 50% must be women o to avoid gender discrimination . |
Another loophole blocked. But will there be thorough probe and prosecution devoid of bigotry and sentiments ? |
I thought they said that the second list will be submitted today so that the Senate can now open the first and second Ministerial lists today. I'm sure of that only that I can't trace the source for now. They are now saying that the subsequent lists will be forwarded soon. The presidency should stop taking Nigerians for granted. |
The country is grinding to a halt and we are busy 'chasing 'a woman. Where is governance? |
And you expect Buhari to probe Obasanjo so as to expose his lootings. Yarn me another story. This is called e'spirit de corps. No probe, no conviction. Does this exonerate the looters? |
The jailing of this woman ( if found guilty ) will not solve Nigeria's problems just as Ibori's didn't. After reading Bishop Kuka's 'Hysteria, Euphoria and Amnesia ', I've come to appreciate how our political class manipulate the masses to achieve their ambitions . And some people will come to this Forum to chorus what they've been fed by the Propagandists. Deja Vu. |
