Stop making excuses for Nigerian politicians. Peter Obi is currently the best among the set of candidates contesting in this election, but it doesn't make him a saint. He is also guilty of alot of what the other politicians do. I am only rooting for him to win because he is relatively better than the other two hardened criminals, but that does not mean I won't call out his own flaws to do better. This was how Buhari was projected as a Saint, even when we knew fully well his kids were in the UK as at then. The same excuse by supporters was "the children are not depending on Nigerian money". This absolute blind loyalty thing is what is killing Nigeria. These people are not saints, let them know, so that they do better. Instead of making excuses for them GoooodHardDick: |
Peter Obi son too dey the UK GoooodHardDick: |
This is quite realistic.... To take it further: Kogi Tinubu 60% Atiku 25%, others 15% Kwara Tinubu 65% Atiku 20% others 15% Niger Tinubu 50% Atiku 40% others 10% Rugfacts: |
What has attending a Federal Government College got to do with your hatred for a tribe? That is what all hate mongers say "my cousin's aunty's househelp has an ibo friend", "my mother's brother's step son's neighbour is ibo", etc etc. buckeyemedia: |
Oh keep shut with this meaningless cliché you keep rehashing. A party is in power and things have gown down the drain so abysmally and you feel duty bound to defend, all because you're a party man? A tribal man, a religious man? People like you are the vermin of the earth
A better Nigeria all around is all we want at
|
Fake news |
So, why was the man acquitted?? Nigerian law trying to be smart by a half. You leave who rape, dey convict who no rape. |
na real "susidized"! . Dumbo, I believe the word you're looking for is "subjudice".... But you can't know that because the same people that deprived you quality education are the same people you're passionately defending. I have another term for you "Stockholm Syndrome", go look it up ALTERNATEID: |
Go wash plate for your mummy small pikin. When I was your age, I no dey chook mouth when elders dey talk Jack500: |
Buhari registered CPC in 2010, and the following year, CPC came overall second in the presidential elections. Where traditionally, PDP and ANPP had governors, senators, etc. Why? Because of Buhari's cult following in the north. Obi is having same following right now in the southeast and southsouth. You guys should discard this "traditionally, xyz has always voted for abc theory". People are not robots, they vote according to what they want. Even the north with a large illiterate population, knew that CPC was the name in 2011, let alone the south. Obi will poll massively in these areas of southeast and southsouth and parts of the Christian north who identify with him as the only Christian front runner among the top contenders. Tinubu will poll well in the southwest, while Atiku will sweep the core north Goalgetter23: |
Yesterday, I was telling my wife World cup is starting soon. I told her how WE played Argentina in 1994. I was just 11 years old in 1994, I wasn't part of super eagles. The "WE" pronoun here refers to my identifying as a Nigerian. As a Man U fan, I can tell you WE hired Alex Fergusson in1986, when I was just 3years old, shebi that means I sat on the board that hired him abi? Urchins, make una dey try get sense, haba! Moh247: |
You're banking on Tinubu to win yoruba states because his people will vote for him, and Obi to win southeast because his people will also vote for him, but not Atiku to win hausa/Fulani states? Oh! So when it comes to Atiku's people voting for him, they will suddenly rate party above tribe abi? Northerners of all people! . All these children that will hide and take their parents phone to browse. What do you know about traditional votes? Jack500: |
To oust a ruling party at the polls, opposition parties need to come together. All these fragmentation is hurting you guys. I listen to Adewole, the SDP presidential candidate, dude knows he stands no chance, but insists on going on the jamboree. This is the curse of the south, no unity. When the north wants power, they band together, look at how Buhari was installed in 2015 - even the northerners in PDP worked for him, even the inec chairman worked for him, you go to the north, you won't see any mushroom opposition party trying to make a statement, everyone aligned. But down south, y'all are fooling yourselves. Tinubu and Obi are cancelling each other out, while the north are harnessing all their votes. Last minute, Kwakwanso will direct all his supporters to vote Atiku, just like what Tambuwal did. And with a simple majority, he will win, and boom, you have another northerner for 8 years. And the cycle repeats itself. |
Urchins, your God has spoken. Can you now label him an IPOB supporter? Because this was exactly the same thing Obi said and you guys went beserk |
You gave yourself away with the number of times you've mentioned "igbo". You clearly hate the tribe, you're just hiding in the shadows with this dust you're yarning about ibo president coming from Apga or PDP. Your hate for the tribe is self-consuming. It is why things will be so difficult in the country, but you won't mind it remaining so or getting worse because you so hate a tribe. buckeyemedia: |
A bunch of delusional voyeurs and pathetic misfits will converge on a place to try to prove to a world that don't care that they are squandering money. Africans and banality, the black man is a slave to fun seeking. |
So, let me get you straight: Benue people will troop out on presidential election day to vote APC? You're more delusional than I even thought. When it comes to your candidate, you suddenly rely on "party structures" and "historical data" and conveniently toss aside the reality on ground of what the actual people on the ground are going through. Benue that federal backed fulani militias have slaughtered like chicken will troop out and vote another APC federal govt? Delusion is a bad thing sha donphilopus: |
I'm from Owan-East Local Government Area of Edo state, proudly South-South ...So your hatred for Ibo people has nothing to do with me buckeyemedia: |
All these children will take their parents phone and be playing with it. Little boy, even the by-election to replace the late house of reps member for Jos north federal constituency was won by PDP on the mobilization of CAN, this is even though the constituency is about the only one with a sizeable Fulani muslim population. Christians in the north are all out this time around, they've had it rough with APC these past few years. That was why they futiley picked lalong as campaign DG and Jos to launch campaign... It will still not work. As for Cross River in SOUTH SOUTH Nigeria, voting for Tinubu, because your calculation that the Governor is APC, just showed you're really just a child. Ayade, just like Umahi and co joined APC to see if they could get presidential ticket. As the party tossed them aside in disdain and being outgoing governors, they have nothing forseeable for them to continue to gain with APC. Moreover, their people have already made up their minds where to go, they can't do anything about it garfield1: |
Very funny! Just imagine the delusion of urchins. Southeast and South-South have always had that kinship: thats why when Jonathan was in power, ibos carried him on their head. No surprises that South-South is carrying Obi on their heads... See Edo the other day, completely shut down for Obi. The Christian north have now realised they are the orphan of the north, hence they've gravitated to align with the core Christian south i.e southeast and South-South. So, make everybody hold their stronghold. Tinubu, southwest, Obi, southeast, South-South, part of northcentral, Atiku and Kwakwanso northeast and northwest HIGHESTPOPORI: |
I don't care. It has nothing to do with me |
Lol no pretending, if Soludo, urchins and the rest like, make dem go chew barb-wire, na their luck MandelaLives: |
Witches?? |
On nairaland, we have already allocated terms to various classes of people: "URCHINS" are Tinubu suppoters. Please don't confuse neutrals like us ![]() PlayerMeji: |
No need for all that. OP knows she is cheating, but he is too scared of losing her financial support, the wife too knows this. It isn't about her being dickmatised or the boy in question being sweeter, it is common for most women in this clime who have some little change to want to sleep around because they have the psychological leverage to. It is a rare privilege they feel only men have been enjoying. The only solution for OP is to call her bluff and send her packing. He should be ready to do away with the financial support, he shouldn't be afraid. Psychologically, he may even be poor because he is relying on her. If he musters the courage to let her go, he will leave this comfort zone and prosper. SamOchuko: |
Children will just come online and be ranting. If you ask this one what he knows about Edo North, he will start bleating like a ram garfield1: |
Hahahahahahahaaa see the close up pictures. No single wide shot. APC is dead in the South-South. |
Let me tell you as it is: even if you're Hercules, if you attempt to rape a tiny girl and she doesn't want, she will fight you with all her strength. And you will marvel at where that strength came from. This was not rape, he tried his luck, and they accepted. Sometimes, you can actually get a woman like that, no toasting, nothing. |
Yawn*... Who cares? You're taking yourself too seriously. "I'm spending money on myself yen yen yen". Who did you put on this earth to spend it on you before? Whack mentality LadyD22: |
Let me tell you what the problem is: A lot of people have this misguided notion about love, relationship and marriage; they psychologically make themselves believe they are all there is to life. You check these people's social media pages, it is all about love, relationships, marriage. You check their WhatsApp status always memes and videos of relationships and couples. They can't discuss anything that is not love and relationships. These kind of people are needy, They don't love themselves enough (even though they will argue otherwise). Their obsession with love is because they are looking for someone to "complete them". They don't believe they are complete all by themselves - the lowest form of self-esteem. The irony is that these people never find true love. Why? Because you don't find love, it finds you. The best these love-obsessed folks can get are good natured people who may just decide to stay. Other times, they meet down-to-earth people who would not allow themselves be smothered into staying. These down-to-earth folks know the difference between true mutual love and a one-sided idyllic obsession... |
