This naive assumption that you can collect politicians "gifts" without doing their bidding is false! You think the politicians are fools and don't know this?
This fellow just literally sold his votes for these worthless items. He said they took his PVC and wrote some information before handing it back to him (even though I didn't hear him say it was given back to him). The information they collected from the PVC are the unique serial numbers assigned to him. Working with some unscrupulous elements in INEC, they will clone the PVC and transfer the exact details to their party person who will then use it to vote on election day. There are lots of unregistered voters without PVC, so they've met alot of them and also offered them money and gifts and told them they shouldn't worry, they will provide them PVC to vote on election day.

Please reject politicians and their "gifts". Be patient and vote wisely, after that you won't be needing any gift from a politician
