Lexusgs430: A non secured loan, can be charged on a property (collateral or not), (joint ownership or not)......
If a charge goes on a property, both owners would receive a letter from the land registry, informing them of charge......
Shark bone to throat.......... You're a great joker mate. An unsecured loan cannot be charged on a property. Aside that the concept of separate legal entity is in force here...the business took the loan. The worst they could do is for debt collector to be chasing the director, they still have to go through courts to pierce the veil of incorporation. He can file for bankruptcy and they put markers on his credit file which become statute barred after 6 years. He can then become a born again! With this one, UK govt don chop gbese. |

Lexusgs430: If you don't own a property now or ever. very good........
If you own a property, expect a charge on that property........
Some fish bones are not always from mackerel, if shark bone hook you for throat............ Yinmu..how can anyone charge a property that I didnt put down as collateral when applying for a loan. Also, if the property is jointly owned nko? The BBL is so unbelievably flawed. The banks don't care cos the government has already guaranteed defaults. I even heard some Asians got up to 250k using all their dormant accounts. |

Lexusgs430: Monzo and the likes, are disposable accounts favoured by àwọn ọmọ olodus........
Try making a hefty transfer from a traditional account to Monzo or the likes....... Your bank would peg transfer in the cloud............ Na lie. I do more transactions on my Starling than all my other bank accounts. My business account is even with Starling. The checks they do to set you up is more sensible than traditional banks ; they do close fraudulent accounts too. |

missjekyll: This looks very interesting. Could you please explain what you mean. I have only one bank. If i get blocked i m dead. I fear for people with just one bank account o...I have seen such people messed about by the banks so many times. Do you know that most of these banks rely on their systems to make common sense decisions. Hence, the term 'Computer says No'. One of my mates got a letter from Barclays to come and withdraw all his money that the bank would close the account in 30 days and they wouldnt provide any reason. He simply moved his money out to another bank. Imagine having one account. Another case, my colleague used her hsbc bank card to buy fuel, before you say jack, they blocked her account and told her they prevented a fraud. She couldnt have access to the account for a week. You need plan B for every endeavour why not a second bank account. I have 10 bank accounts! It costs nothing to have them, so why not! Why I advocate for these new digital banks like monzo and starling is because you're in control and they dont decline your transactions like these hopeless legacy banks. I still use them though but only route all my transactions through my Monzo, Starling or Revolut. |

Bourne007: If you use a digital bank like Monzo, it will give you the option to accept or decline transaction. Traditional banks will always decline such transactions. Them never step their game up People still don't understand that's one of the benefits of these new banks. You get to see and approve the transactions real time. If HSBC or Halifax block your account peren, to unblock you go hear am. |

donklint86: Please, advice me gurus in the house. In January 2018, I applied for a German tourist visa and in my application, I filled that I'm married (I'm not actually married). I submitted fake marriage certificate and child birth certificate. I was denied visa on the grounds that I do not have enough funds to take care of my stay in Germany.
Fast forward to 2020, I have a fiancee, a Nigerian/British citizen who is planning on coming back this September possibly after restriction is lifted on overseas travel for our wedding.
My question now is if she file for me as her hubby, will the UK embassy dig up my past details from the German tourist visa application about my supposed married status and child? And if they do, what will be my chances of getting the visa? Please, gurus in the house make una help a brother with advice. How can UK access Germany's IT systems to detect your lies? |
