I am Igbo and frankly you people claiming to be Igbo on NL complain and wail too much and real Igbo people do not complain and live in victimhood mindset.
Igbos need to start taking accountability for our condition and any disadvantage the online wailers perceive that we are in.
It is well known that a persons present condition is almost invariably a result of their own past actions and / or inaction. So instead of all the complaining and wailing online, let us retrace our steps and find where we went wrong.

Well Anambra also had terrible past leaders and we are still having terrible leaders presently Our talkative governor Charles Soludo took 2 full years to reconstruct one small road in Onitsha and the road was washed away by the first rains a couple of days after he commissioned it.

Abeg nothing wrong with ceremonies it is a way of officially informing everyone that the project as commenced and all the community and stakeholders can start to monitor the progress and using information and details that is shared at the flag off ceremony.
It may even be the first opportunity the governor is getting to meet the key representatives of the community or even contractors and to even confirm the contractor is mobilised and ready. The ceremonies do not have to cost much money or time.

Aba is a sleeping giant that is being gradually awakened. When Otti builds seaport and airport that he has planned , it will overtake Lagos as the commercial and industrial hub of not only Nigeria but of the entire continent of Africa!
