chronique:Ask the dead man |
chronique:Because everything to your shallow mind is physical. You know where them dem dey come from? |
This Kenyan girl was the finest girl in the Nigerian music industry until she left. |
The Nigerian middle class likes to wait for the upper class to endorse a person before they can vote for them. If you are a graduate you are in that class- never mind that you may not be there economically. Your intellect places you in it. Jesus told the Pharisees that they would not accept him because they were seeking one another's approval. The Pharisees were the enlightened people of their time. They were versed in the law and not at the level of the commoners but they needed to see that someone of high social status was vouching for Jesus before they would follow him. Why do we need OBJ, Tinubu, Danjuma, Babangida and other people in their class to endorse a candidate before we support him or her? Are the above mentioned persons in our class? Do they have our worries? When they were in the middle class in the sixties and seventies and they decided to take over government, did they not just do so? Here is the news and you know it: The change you seek will never come from the upper class. No revolution ever does. They say that necessity is the mother of invention. Obasanjo, Tinubu, Danjuma and Babangida do not have the need we have for a revolution. No real change will be brought by the upper class.

Limitednow:So following your logic, Atiku not providing evidence and just making a press statement and not releasing evidence shows there is something fishy too in his accusations. |
OneCorner:But it is Lagos the writer used as his example. He evidently does not share your opinion. Leave this thread now before you annoy the OP for contradicting him. |
greyham:Which one is "she could have been"? You already have two pic of her there. One she has the fake hair and the other she does not. Make up your mind which one you prefer. |
shachris02:Could you explain what you mean by corridors of power? |
Gandollar:If your heart is not blinded by hate you will think of your fellow humans dying. There are innocent masses suffering. Many of them are Christians. Even if they were not Christians you should remember that Jesus said you should pray even for your enemies. |
Admin401:Well, if they stick around here long enough and spend their time learning instead of fighting intertribal wars they will know these small things. |
id911:It's just inferiority complex that's worrying him. |
dunkem21:But the minimum wage was always a benchmark. That's why it's called MINIMUM wage not maximum. Any state that can is free to pay more. |
id911:Is that not the same criteria they have used for choosing all the other queens? |
delishpot:Not exactly true. A lot of Indians and Venezuelans have won it. In fact the last time I checked, venezuela has produced more beauty queens than any European country. Venezuelans are a mixed people called Lantinos. They have European, native American and black ancestory. |
neksummi:Has anyone been contacted after submission of biz plan? They wrote as if people have already been selected. |
BigBashiru:Are Austrians less educated than Nigerians? Are they faring badly for doing otherwise? You have chosen to hold on to your belief without evidence. The dictionary definition of delusion is holding on to a belief despite evidence to the contrary. |
BigBashiru:You don't need to be a graduate to be president. The Chancellor of Austria is a dropout 30 year old who has no experience outside of politics. The outside world is removing the shackles we place on ourselves with University education. What we don't need is a daft person. Remove the WAEC part. |
kodded:That's not true. He stepped down because he was old and he needed to spend time with his family that he had been away from for 27 years. I have read his autobiography. |
Category1:Please don't abuse people like APC and PDP followers. We supporters of Sowore are different. We are in the world but we are not of the world. #Takeitback |
theoldpretender:That's good that you find Moghalu interesting . I like Sowore. I would advise that you give it thought and decide for sure if you are going to vote for him or not. If you don't vote, let it be because you don't believe in any of the candidates. It is understandable. However, the idea of an election is for you to vote a candidate you think is fit for the job. It is not about who has the chance to win. Look at all those years Buhari's followers kept voting for him even though he kept losing. They are the reason the upper class people later went to support him. If you don't vote for your Moghalu, people will never know his electoral value and support him in the future. Vote for the right candidate. It is not about whether they will win. It is about fitness. Satisfy your conscience and give hope to him and others like him in the future. |
kodded:Mandela was in jail for 27 years having held no public office before then and became president. |
theoldpretender:Your comment is all over the place. What is your position? Will you personally vote for Sowore? If not, why? |

nachinaGod:So your vote is like Naijabet. You vote based on favourable odds not belief in your candidate? |
PreciousJuice:And Swore said he won't do all the things you mentioned before legalising marijuana? |
oilyngbati:Sahara reporters was the first news outlet to break the news of the death of Yaradua which was being kept a secret by the cabal. That helped GEJ |
tobaaro:There are many people who held no political position before becoming presidents. 1. Nelson Mandela of South africa 2. Berlusconi of Italy 3. Donald Trump and four other American Presidents. The list goes on and on. You don't need to have political experience to become president. What is more important is ability to manage and move people. The people who create constitutions all over the world know this that is why they often don't include political experience as a criterion for becoming president. Experience is important, but not necessarily political. There are people who even prefer candidates that have not been a part of the usually corrupt political system. An example is mandela who was not a part of the corrupt system who did well and Zuma who had experience with the corrupt system and messed the country up. |
